In today’s economy, everyone’s trying to save that extra dollar, and the pricing to your materials, including mechanical services are very fair here. The staff is amazing, friendly and get to you as quickly as possible no sitting around no attitudes like most places just straight friendly business.
They do the job right the first time so you don’t have to come to the second time for the same job.

If you need tires, your car worked on professionally, propane, burn barrels, 100% real local honey without the corn syrup, and more at a decent price, This is the place to go. Jerry The Mechanic is normally the one I request, he’s honest, even if you don’t like the answer and he takes that extra mile for you if need be.
The other guys are good too from what I hear, but I’ve always dealt with Jerry when it comes to my TAHOE needing work that I can’t do.

This is THE BEST place I have ever been. David, Mr. Everette and the mechanics are a great team. They display the characteristics of a true Christian. They are honest, kind, friendly and they actually fix your car. David greets people by name, with a smile, handshake and says 'goodbye'. They treat their mechanics like family (because they are) greeting each other with hugs and even eating/fellowshipping each day. They are upfront about car issues & pricing following up with you just like they said they would. The service and customer experience is outstanding. I have been going to these folks for 29 years, and besides being extraordinarily competent, they are absolutely honest. A rarity in automotive repair and maintenance. I take all of my cars here for routine maintenance, and over the years the team at Arrowhead has bailed me out of more than one jam, by responding quickly to dead batteries and flat tires. If Arrowhead is capable of a specific repair that I need, this is where I go. If it is something that they do not do, they will tell you so and recommend a quality and trustworthy local alternative.
We were traveling up to Charlotte and noticed my car wobbling. Luckily we pulled off at the first exit and came across this jewel of a place! Pure southern hospitality everywhere! They were able to assess the problem and fix it right away. We were in and out in no time!!!
Every time I come here I am always welcomed with such a warm and heartfelt greeting. I especially love the hospitality provided from the kind gentleman in the front. Oh yeah and the service on the car is always spot on! The mechanics here are friendly and not pushy at all. They explain everything to me where I can understand what's going on. This will always be my choice for auto repair.

Arrowhead Towing is owned by the nicest family in the world. They are all knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The owner himself personally helped me and my fiancé out when we were in a tough spot. I would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area!!
Had a battery installed there today everyone was very nice especially Everett and his son very nice people will be going there for my oil changes and any other maintenance for my car
Very accommodating, kind, and helpful. They could not fix my car because it likely needs a new engine, which is beyond their scope of service. I appreciate the honestly about not being able to do the work, and about recommendations for where to take it for this kind of job. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
By far the best experience I have ever had at an auto shop. Jerry was fast, knowledgeable, affordable and honest. I will not take my care anywhere else but here. Highly recommend!

I'd never been here but my son-in-law told me they'd take care of my needing a tire replacement. I showed up late morning on Saturday and although it was busy, didn't wait very long. They were super solicitous and friendly, professional and patient with everyone. They even let me get cash back on my card so I could tip the young man myself in cash, and I really appreciated that. They are obviously doing something right, and were exemplary in every way. I'll patronize them in the future.
I’ve been going here for years and I’ve always felt safe and like I was being taken care of. However recently things have changed and I will never go back here again. My car was making a weird noise so I took it here to have it diagnosed and was told it was my alternator and it would be over $600 to fix. After asking why it was so much and getting my explanation, I went to leave and an employee came out after us and said “ITS NOT BECAUSE YOURE A WOMAN!” And I turned and said “no one said anything about that?” And the employee pointed at my father who came with me and said “he gave me a look!” Which truly pissed me off. A look? My father didn’t speak a word to this man.
I left and got a second opinion and was told it was my tension belt and would be $120 to fix, while I was at the second place I asked if the noise could be my alternator. They told me no and showed me the belt and why it was making that noise.
I went back to Everett’s and confronted them and also asked for my money back since my car was misdiagnosed. Multiple employees treated me very horribly making me feel stupid and they seemed angry I got a second opinion and by then I had the belt replaced and the noise stopped. Arrowhead told me to come back in a week and if the noise was still gone they’d refund me my money. I came back a week later and they did refund me but I was told “you’ll be back, you’re wrong about the belt” the same employee who pointed at my father when we confronted them about the cost of the repair again pointed at my father and made a comment about the “look” my dad gave him.
I have never felt so disrespected as a customer, so angry about someone talking about my father or just disappointed at how things have taken a turn for the worse at this establishment.
It’s now 3 months later and my car hasn’t nice made a noise since the belt was replaced at the second location after being told I needed a new $600 alternator at arrowhead.
Once again, I needed help and went to Arrowhead for a tire issue. Every time I have used them, I get the very best service, they are reasonable and honest. I have even bought their pain relief cream and it works better than anything a doctor has recommended…lol. While not the shiniest or newest building they have built a business over 50 years and there’s a reason they are still standing! Highly recommend this awesome business.
A homey feel and they are very honest people! I love the relationship that is shared here. Everyone respects the owner and you can tell they care about the work they do. I have visited here multiple times and will continue to do so! They do just about everything on your vehicle here! I have purchased a full set of tires and gotten them installed, gotten an oil change, and have gotten some sound advice about caring for my vehicle. They aren’t just trying to get a sale. They are at the tops of my list when it comes to my car needs.
Get your quote from a big name mechanic or dealership, and then ask what Arrowhead charges for the same. It is almost always better, and they could not be friendlier. I drive from Durham to use Arrowhead.
I have my.oil changed here it's just a pleasure to sit and talk with Mr. Everett. All of the employees are dependable honest and efficient. Even once Brandon assisted with getting my motorcycle battery connected the correct way in only a matter of 30mins. I'm very grateful to have a honest place to go for car repair tires and oil changes
I have never been to a repair shop where the atmosphere is always pleasant! Mr. Everett runs a tight ship and I love the love he receives from his employees. Whenever I take my car in, they are on it. Far most the best auto repair shop I have been to!
Honesty and respect are in full view here. I've been coming here since I moved to the area 12 years ago and have never been disappointed with the service or prices. This is truly the best shop around.
I must say, however, that while I fully respect a business's right to display whatever they want, I wish those pictured in the big frame in the top center as you walk in were as polite and respectful as the gentlemen who work here. Absolutely wonderful. The absolute best mechanics you could find. And it's no wonder because they have the best boss ever. He knew of the troubles my regular mechanic had caused and they took care of me very fast and now it's running better than ever. The honey is great too. Local honey too. Very tasty. Thank you!!
Some of the best folks run this place. My family moved a few miles away from here 29 years ago and have been coming back since! Always a pleasure coming here for tires, firewood, and some mechanical repairs. If they can't fix what you need they will always steer you in the direction of a reputable shop that can.
I was driving through the area when I had a flat on my vehicle. I pulled into the shop with about 15 minutes left until they closed. They were so very kind and professional to me. They stayed almost an hour after closing to get my truck up and running with new tires. The young men that work there are so respectful, such a refreshing thing to experience today. The owner was nothing less than a blessing to me, the very example of a Christian! I have nothing but great things to say about this company and highly recommend them!
