Use to be awesome but when you get here and have to sit 45 minutes in line then they close the inside without letting you sell is bs. Some people count on this money to eat and it should be and suppose to be that once you go across the scale you can go inside also. I see a new scrap yard in my future. Was handled Thank you

This place is nothing but a rip off. Dude came out and told us we had shred metal. It was all aluminum signs, his magnet wouldn't stick to anything but my trailer. I am not in a hurry for money and didn't like the approach to hustling us like we didn't know what we had. Lost our business and I suggest you go somewhere honest. It was like a pawn shop, I'm good
Quick service and good people. Best to go during the week, especially mid morning, no waiting then. On Saturday, it can be 5-10 trucks waiting in line, but even with the long line, they worked quickly to keep the line moving. Very fair assessment of your recyclables. I’ve heard other places “cheat?” Foss was right on the money.
The Lady that works in the office, (I am so bad with names)at the Mebane location, is by far the nicest person I've come across in awhile, when dealing with scrap yards! She also knows what she's doing, which is so refreshing. I have definitely found myself a new place to go to! Wish I could give this location 10 stars!
