Zero stars!!!!! So far one of the worse experiences ever. They have had our vehicle for 3 days without allowing the check to clear or proper reason. They are not persistent at all. They used sales pitches to get you in, keep you on hold for hours at time, transfer to different associated groups.. we still have no resolution resolved from this.

Representatives made the process pretty easy. We had a small hiccup in the beginning but our rep kept in contact and got everything squared away. Process was pretty simple. Somehow one of the departments decided we had a newer title issued which was not the case. Then they had reservations about the title not being reissued after we paid the car off but we still had the Leon release letter so it got sorted out. Thanks so much

Very frustrating experience. Although we were pleased with the offer it took numerous texts, phone calls and emails with several different people. Photos of car, title, notary seal requested more than once after I submitted more than once. Then offer was reduced twice from original amount we accepted. Set appointment for tow truck to pick up vehicle. Was told repeatedly we had to be there with keys and notarized title to hand to driver to receive our check. Car was towed without our knowledge, without keys or title. And NO CHECK to us. Many plans to meet driver at some point to get check. Never happened. We finally had to drive to Copart in Mebane to pick up our check and then drive to Greensboro to deposit in our bank. Seems like nobody knew what they were doing. But thanks for buying our car.

The local folks were professional & courteous. I felt valued as they worked with my schedule to pick up my car. The process started with their national call center … for this part the logistics of getting paperwork notarized delayed things on our end resulting in frequent calls/texted conveying a sense of impatience for that stage of the process. But my local outlet was great!
Everything went great until I repeat until I was left with a check that I wasn’t able to cash the same day. I received the check. No one bothered to tell me there was just gonna be a 2 to 3 day. Hold on the check. There was not a two or three day hold on me, giving up the car after you receive the title and I did not appreciate that. That was poor customer service. Someone should’ve told me from the beginning that the check I would be receiving would not be able to be cashed until two or three days afterwards because I definitely would have not done the business with this company. If I gave up the car, I expect to be paid on site . Would not recommend them to somebody else.

Incredibly easy / fast. Our car's engine seized and needed a $7000 repair to make it run. Our mechanic said the most the junkyard will pay is a couple hundred dollars (ours was a 2010 Lincoln Navigator). We towed brought it home and used Cash for Cars. They bought it for $1000 in an incredibly easy / painless process. Would recommend them in a heartbeat if you have a junked car lying around that you just want to get out of the way.

My car was picked up earlier than expected (a plus) and I received my check at the time of pick up. I had no problems cashing the check.
