Me and my Father has been dealing with these people and they are friendly and very helpful, they do have used parts that we have been looking for. The service is excellent, not much of a wait time, prices are reasonable, we will be back again. The place is very nice.
The person I spoke to was genuinely interested in helping me. When she did not find my parts in her inventory she gave me the names of two places that likely would. Excellent service.
Well I bought a part for a real good deal a few months ago for a good deal. Face to face. Then I needed another part. Called and that person said yes we have it and gave me a good price. That person said they was gonna have someone get it ready and make sure it was the exact right part. They would call me back. Later someone else called from a different number and said sir we have it come on and get it. I said ok. He then said by they way. It's not gonna be the price you was told. His price was 5 times more than that. That's wrong. I dunno what's up with that. But once you quote someone you should go or what you said. Instead of trying to up the price so high I can buy it brand new for that price and with a warranty. I have bought everything I needed there. I will never ever again. Almost all the parts I've ever needed was from here. But I'll never again return. Only to speak with the owner. You word is your bond. I was given one price 2 times. Then a different person totally jacked up the price. And this is a part that you won't know if it's good till it's on and running. So if I'd of paid that high price and it was bad...then what...
I asked them ahead of time if they had my part in stock, but after I drove 25 miles to get there, they didn't. The man at the desk didn't seem to care.
Clueless man (men?) running the place. The women who work inside know much more and are so much more polite to deal with. The yard is an unorganized mess and none of the parts are handled with care. When you do find the parts you're interested in, they're damaged from not being handled correctly or it'll cost 20x more than the competitor yards would charge for no reason. Prices are made up on the spot.
Used my card and it got messed up after I couldn’t use it anymore afterward couldn’t get nothing off it or anything call the card company said it from we’re it was used to pay for my stuff there
Went looking for a rearview mirror. The lady in the office was very helpful and kind. I was told where to find the mirror and it was there no problems.
ok just no so.le part available. I only need a tag light cover. you mean to tell me ,Out of All those cat. They so he said ,Did Not have a simple ,tag light ,covet ,available, for ,a Dodge .not even off a Chrysler.part ..so the effert,he took to say ,they don't ,gave it ,was not ,really, good ,I respect their, work. there ,but I personally,think ,mayb,. he( ,they) were too busy ,to look for ,the. part,I need l . tho. nothing personal. .lol. out there in the salvage, yard ,for the part lol. any ways ,I think they are alright ,for business thanks ..
They’re charging like they are brand new parts. And then they want to charge you five dollars to use a credit card. I went down the street to another place and the same part for a third of the price and they don’t charge you to use a credit card.
The guys that work there are lazy and does not care to help anyone. They move slow and the service isn’t all the best at all. I don’t consider ever doing business with them again. UNPROFESSIONAL workers and no one take pride and ownership in what they doing there.
I drove all the way to Burlington North Carolina 2 1/2 hours away for them to tell me that they didn’t have the part after the guy told me the day before that he did absolutely horrible customer service
Completely unprofessional and rude staff. My husband called about a wrecked truck he wants to salvage, they wanted to completely rob us and then laughed at my husband over the phone. I don’t see anything funny. Maybe you can laugh at my 1 star rating. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Don't know where to start. The staff here is the best. I was stranded almost 300 miles from home, they helped me get the part I needed and I got my car started and I was on my way. They truly are a blessing, angels in disguise, especially Gary. I wish I lived here so I could shop here more.
I had a few vehicles that didnt run and I was looking to get rid of them. Spoke to Jaime and she was so helpful. I was instructed to send info to Kathy via text about the pick up and vehicle info, and when I did, she responded immediately! Ladies, I cant thank you enough for your help. Stay safe.
Worst place to buy something. They are never organized. Have had several issues with this. Just now I called to see if they had a part which they stated they did. I told them to get it out I wanted it and was on my way. I ran some errands and went there to find out the guy who removes parts was on lunch and then was told I needed to pay for it and then come back.
Crutchfield offered me more money for my Mazda 3 then any other junk yard in the area. My only complaint would be the men I first spoke with when I called. They were very short and grumpy and almost sounded as if my call was a nuisance to them. The 2 men weren't disrespectful or rude really but they certainly were not happy to answer the phone and help me with selling my car.
