My son’s car didn’t start after I had already left for work. We called AAA which dispatched Adam’s towing. Miguel came by so quickly, figured out the issue and had my son on the road to school within an hour from the call. He also kept me in the loop along the way so I didn’t worry. I would definitely use Adam’s Towing again for any car issues.

Driver of burgundy flatbed came in my lane on interstate 85 in Salisbury so I blew the horn to get his attention, he laid on his air horn went back in his lane then swerved 2 feet back in my lane and triton run me off the road. Very unprofessional and dangerous so I called and reported him. Not as much as a call back from their office. I wouldn't trust them to tow my grandkids tricycle.
Was connected with Adam’s through a roadside assistance call to AAA. Brandan was very courteous, kept me posted on his ETA and quickly diagnosed and loaded my vehicle for the tow to the dealership. I also really appreciate his suggestion to call me once he arrived at the car so I could wait inside the mall in the AC until he got there. It was a pleasant, easy and stress-free experience. If I could give a negative star review I would. Waited over two hours for them to show up, and was told they would not change out our tire. Asked if they knew someone local who would and they flat-out said no and left us stranded on the side of the interstate. Hope they are never in a bind and need assistance.
My car broke down twice today & at the 2nd Advanced Auto Parts store I chose to call Triple A thru my membership when we realized it wasn’t my battery.
First call with dispatcher was ok but I told the lady the # on account was old & gave her my cell #. I was like I’m going to repeat this back to you, she literally said to me, “I have it,” (in a snarky voice like she was being bothered by my call) then hung up.
I left the site bc it was going to be 2hrs til towing got there. My husband came to pick
Me up with our 2yr old who was with us throughout the ordeal til I called Triple A. We went home…7minutes away btw. Left at 6:09 (eta for Triple A was 6:23. Showed up & I saw tow truck & I had a missed call. Called back & it was the dispatch lady again “we’ve called you several times but # was disconnected ( was an old #). Tow guy came from out of Advance & I literally told the lady I see him standing right in front of me I’m here I just pulled up. She hung up again on me.
I work in the restaurant business & by no means would any of our staff speak to a client the way she did to me or treat someone so disrespectful. If the dispatch lady needs to learn phone etiquette I will gladly train her for a free oil change in return. The tow driver was extremely helpful & didn’t waste my time knowing my hi & I had our 2yr old with us.
Tow truck drivers act like traffic rules don’t apply to them. Driver double parked his tow truck in parking lot blocking several cars and just disappeared for a while. Wasn’t helping anyone within sight. Had to call their dispatch and send a picture showing him blocking people in so dispatch would contact the driver to get him to move. They didn’t want to believe me or do anything until I sent the picture.
I don’t mind getting towed, when I’m wrong but!
These guys spread chips all around my car, stole my Apple Watch and tried to get into my phone to lock me out of it for 30 min, broke my fishing pole and wet up my seats. I called in and I’m being sent straight to hold

Great service. Mike Allred came to get me. Very personable. Helpful. Kind. Nice. Very fast. Was there in 30 minutes or less. Hooked up my car for a tow really well. Went above and beyond. I would recommend them, especially him. If you need Adams, then ask for Mike. He will treat you well.
My husband’s vehicle belt busted while driving and they were able to get to us in under 1 hour. The driver was professional and kind and helped us feel calm during this stressful experience.
I can't say enough good things about Jeremy from Adams Towing. He was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable—exactly what I needed during a stressful weekend stranded in Greensboro. From the moment he arrived, he reassured me that my car was safe to drive and explained what materials would be needed to get it road-ready.
Even after being called away to assist with a major accident, Jeremy made a point to come back after his shift and meet me at my hotel. He personally wrapped my car with plastic and duct tape so I could make it back to Georgia safely. He truly went above and beyond, and his help turned what could have been a horrible experience into something manageable.

Jeremey pulled off a particularly tricky job recovering my car from a steep, very muddy ditch. Everyone, including his own supervisor, did not think it would be possible without bringing in some very expensive extra equipment — I was preparing to say farewell to my car since it didn’t seem recovery was possible without damaging it more than it already was. I was absolutely ecstatic when Jeremey managed to get the car out safely without all the extra equipment, and I got to drive away in my own car at a standard price. Thank you thank you!!
I had a blown out tire on the rear of my vehicle. I called road side assistance and they sent Adam's towing and recovery. I was told the wait time would be 90 minutes. Mike, was at my location in 30 minutes and was completed with the job of replacing my flat with the spare in 15 to 20 minutes. He was polite and courteous and a pleasure to talk to. With employees like Mike working for Adam's towing you are in great hands. With extreme gratitude, thank you Mike and Adam's towing.

I had a damaged tire. I was fortunate to have made it to my house. I contacted Triple A who immediately called Adams Towing. Their driver, Mike, was here in 20 minutes or so. Mike from Adams Towing & Recovery is absolutely the BEST! not only did he arrive to our location within minutes, he was very kind and professional throughout the entire process. My mom’s car was damaged due to vandalism and needed to be towed to an auto body repair shop as soon as possible. Mike expressed empathy and even took the time out to give my mom a courtesy call to let her know her vehicle was towed safely to the destination. Can’t thank Adams Towing enough for their help today! They called me back quickly to get a tow scheduled for my daughter’s car. I asked for 12:30pm and the driver Mike arrived promptly. He took a look at the car and was able to get it started, saving us a big bill at the dealership. Very professional, I highly recommend.

Matt from Adams towing was awesome. He treated us with respect and kindness and made it a great experience as far as towing goes. They were much faster than we expected and handle the situation with great care and priority. We will always use this and recommend them to anyone that is in any situation that require this. Hopefully we won't have to recommend him because I don't wish this on anyone but they said things always happens and Adam's time will be there for us or anyone else when they do.

Tow truck driver Chuck showed up BEFORE I was told a tow would be there. I was in my car on I40 for over 2 1/2 hours! He was kind, courteous, efficient, and thorough. I would recommend Adams Towing all day long! Thsnk you all so very much! Dianne
We had a blow out on 85 North mile marker 119...we were in the suicide left shoulder.... AAA dropped the ball on the first call... after waiting over a hour plus I called AAA Back and they reissued a ticket and Adams Towing caught it... Withing 5 mins got a call from Bradley with a ETA.. and arrived way ahead of it... The young man was very professional and helpful, great sense of humor to lighten up a rough day... The young lady from Adams called while Bradley was there to make sure everything was OK and all was good. THANK YOU ADAMS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.
Quick response time and Jimmy the driver was professional, quick to get my car out of a tight traffic spot and loaded in minutes, and very polite. He also unloaded my car right into the carport which required great skill since my gravel parking area was small. Great job all around and will use Adam's again for future towing needs
I didn’t get his last name ,but Blake was extremely helpful, kind and informative. I had a flat tire that I thought could be patched, but he assured me after inflating the tire that it would not be possible. He changed the tire to the spare quickly and efficiently and explained potential next steps I could use to get back on the road and prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you Blake for teaching me more about my vehicle I really appreciate it. 5 stars
Adams Towing company failed to hook my car up properly and my car rolled off of their flat bed and hit another vehicle. Adams refuse to give me their insurance information to pay for the damages. I had to sue them in small claims court for damages.
