Great Autozone. Woke up to a dead battery, after getting it jumped. Friends recommended taking it to this Autozone instead of a garage. James A helped me choose the battery and install the new one. I was in and out in 15 minutes and saved me crazy $$$ for labor that I would have paid at a service station. Thanks James! Highly recommend

These guys are great! They've helped me with headlights, wipers, and most recently a new battery. When I had an issue with the battery, one of the staff was able to test to see if the problem was the battery, starter, or alternator. He changed out my battery right there in the parking lot. Everyone at the White Plains AutoZone store is friendly and helpful.

Just left the store when to make a return of 200 dollars . And also purchase 8 spark plugs ($113) literally my last dollar . Just because THE MANGER STATED There's NO RETURNS ON SUNDAYS LMAOOOOO I WORK for AUTOZONE FOR 4 YEARS STORE NUMBER 1910 . I CALLED EAST Tremont IN THE BRONX AND THE GENTLEMAN TOLD ME THATS A LIE TO COME NOW AND HE WILL RETURN IT OR TMW IN THE AFTERNOON .

I was on the way to an event and my car was stalling so I pulled up to auto zone and I needed a battery. The crew was very friendly and helpful in putting in my battery. Dejuan was very friendly and quick.

So impresssed with the team at this location. This is a testament to Joey (Manager) leadership and work ethic he passes on to his team. I won't go anywhere else for battery, wiper blades or anythinhg else. Install is free and they are so grateful for the business. If you live in the White Plains area this location is the best!

I went yesterday to get some help with my car battery, I was waiting in the line and there were a bunch of employees talking between them and none took the time to help me. I just walked out from there. It is a nice place to get supplies for the car, but the customer service is garbage.

Just walked out of the store after coming in to repurchase the same item I had bought here before. There were a huge number of employees gathered together. I was acknowledged, but they treated me like I was a chore for them, not a human being seeking customer service. Last year, the employee who helped me was warm, offered input and support to install my purchase. This time, the trainees seemed eager and willing to help, but the employee in charge barely made eye contact, staring at me blankly when I approached with a smile asking for help. This is not a way to build business.

The place is nice, but the employees are very rude. Imagine I bought oil in the oil filter in order for them to give me the deal that they have posted online. I have to argue with them for over 10 minutes to get it and they still gave me the wrong oil filters When I went back to exchange the oil filters they gave me hell it’s more than less than the guy was telling me if you don’t like the service, you can go if yourself.

We broke down with our car coming off the highway this AutoZone was the closest thing that we could find for Parts The parts manager Von Couldn’t have been more helpful, caring and patient with helping us to get the parts we needed to get back on the road. I can’t say enough about him and what he did for us. He’s a total asset to your company. I couldn’t thank him enough

My client has a lamp that’s over 20 years old, and we could not find the right replacement bulb anywhere. We stopped by AutoZone, and David went above and beyond to help us. He searched for the exact model but couldn’t find it, so he suggested a similar option that might work. When we got home, the bulb fit perfectly for not knowing the model number! My client is 99 years young , and David’s patience and accommodating service made the experience stress-free. Thank you, David, for being so helpful and kind—service like this is hard to come by!

Joe is the Manager of the White Plains store. He has always been helpful and goes out of his way for my automotive needs! I have a lot of vehicles, from exotic British cars like Aston Martin, to Jaguar, to Range Rover, to Toyota, Mazda, VW, Subaru! I love all kind of automobiles, and have many! I can always depend on Joe and his crew to have what I need! Personable and professional, and always attentive. Wonderful place to go and have a great experience getting what I need! Nice place. AutoZone does their best to help you with everything you need with your vehicle. The employees are trained well. My first choice is AutoZone before considering any other place, unless there isn't any AutoZone nearby where I am at the moment. 4 stars because I was waiting in line and someone walking in and just went to the counter and the person at the register didn't tell him I was next to be assisted and that he should get in line. That part was disappointing for me.

So far, I've gone to two autozone stores. The one I went to today is located at 420 Tarrytown RD W.P. New York, the first one I went too was in Port Chester, New York they both had the same sickness apparently lack of customer service I went to the one in W.P because my mechanic recommended it to me I was are you sure because with my experience at the Port Chester store I was like I don't know but the mechanic told me that he's been to the store and they were very helpful so I took a chance and nope .So I don't recommend either local. Is there an autozone store out there with great customer service probably, but it definitely isn't these two locations. Hopefully, they will get better a big NOPE from me

Jesus the manager went over and beyond to help me! Literally took the product and installed into my car. A simple light bulb lol. But, to see a manager go out of his way I did NOT think he was the manager until I asked for change and was advise due to register the manager needs to open it, to my surprise the gentleman helping me was in fact the manager. What a great leadership, sportsmanship. Thanks Jesus!! Youre the best!

I found what I needed with the help of this stores employees and Juan was huge in helping me figure out my problem with my headlights for my Hyundai venue. That dudes a helpful guy and deserves a raise and so much more. Thanks to Juan big time my man!!!

I came in to Auto Zone early in the morning desperately needing help with getting a new battery and needing it installed. Juan greeted me immediately and jumped in with his expertise that saved me time and a headache. I had rusted connections that someone else probably would’ve turned me away. Juan assured me that he can get the job done with a new technique he learned. Just my luck. Auto zone will always be my go to , plus I have warranty on the battery.

I’m one of those “I never leave reviews” people but I feel like I have to leave a review for this location. I’ve been here a few times with battery issues and everyone has been so nice and helpful and are always willing to help /take their time, even when you show up 30 min before close with a dead battery. Finally had to get my battery replaced today and they were again, extremely friendly and helpful. Believe my guy today was named Gus. They also never seem to treat their female (and younger!) customers any differently which is SO great. I would not hesitate to re-visit this location.

I ordered a cabin filter, paid for it and was told I would get a call once it was in, which would take 24hrs. Didn't get the call, but I had no time to pick it up the next day so I didn't stress. When my husband went to pick it up, a week later and no phone call, he was told there was no order under my name ended though when I placed the order Iprovided all my details and paid with a credit card that had my name on it. He called me and asked me to send him a Pic of the receipt. The staff member still couldn't find it with the receipt number. My husband asked for help from another team member since he wasn't getting anywhere. The new member tried the receipt and still count l couldn't find it. He then asked for my phone number and tada! found the order. HOWEVER, It was under a totally different name that sounded nothing like mine. But hey, what counts is that it was found.

I needed new wiper blades but had no idea what I was doing. Went into this location and Jessica greeted me right away, helped me look my car up (had no idea what type of car I have) and helped me find the right blades. She was very helpful, kind and patient throughout the whole process! She even put them on my car for me. Wonderful experience 10/10

I had a frustrating experience at this AutoZone location. One of the employees seemed disinterested in assisting customers, even appearing to watch cartoons on the store computer instead of helping. When I asked for a price check on oil, he told me he didn’t know how to do it and insisted I bring each product to the counter for him to scan. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help customers is unacceptable. I’ve visited many AutoZone locations, and this level of service is far below the standard. Management should address this immediately to improve customer service at this location.

Showed up at 8 o'clock on a Friday night needing a new battery on the way out of town with the family and couldn't have been happier with the service. One guy helped me find the right battery and another guy helped install. They were both super friendly and super helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for the help!

Needed a new battery, had to wait around about an hour for an install but besides that it was easy and everyone I talked to was helpful. They say you get $20 back if you give them your old battery which is great, but after review of the receipt it seems like there was an EXTRA $20 'core' charge. So not really sure the customer is actually getting anything out of it. For that I'd rate it only FOUR STARS but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it's just something more complicated than what I see on the receipt.
