I could not recommend this company any more highly. After waiting more than two hours for AAA I gave up. It was midnight. I was in downtown White Plains, on a dark street and all alone. I called 1st Class Towing and explained that my car wouldn't start. In less than 10 minutes (!) a calming professional was at my side to help. I'm in love with this company, and wouldn't call anyone else!
These guys were so fast to come and help. Super helpful and knowledgeable, gave me piece of mind. Will definitely call them again if run into trouble in the future!

I get the impression that this company prides itself on prompt professional service. No voicemail answered the call themselves at 9:17, showed up at 9:40. Made an effort to check the battery even though I asked for a tow which I appreciate. Towed it off to auto garage on time.
A lot of times skies in the Towing industry can be a little rough around the edges. Not Chris. He is a gentleman and professional. Sunday night I was stranded and within a short timeframe, he came to me no issues as opposed to the people my insurance were trying to send,which kept me waiting for hours without response. Chris and his wife Dani restored my faith in humanity. They were the nicest people I’ve met in a very long time. My car broke down and I had my 4 year old autistic son with me. Chris looked at my battery and tried to start it once he figured out that it was completely dead he towed me to auto zone made sure the worker fixed the battery and stayed with me to make sure that everything was working fine and I was able to go on my way. They were both kind and supportive people. I rarely write reviews but these people are quite possibly the greatest and I would recommend them to anyone who needed it!!!

I was in a crunch time to get my car delivered to a service station, I was given Chris' number to call. Chris' immediately reassured and guided me on what can be done to deliver my car on time to the service station.
