  I could not recommend this company any more highly. After waiting more than two hours for AAA I gave up. It was midnight. I was in downtown White Plains, on a dark street and all alone. I called 1st Class Towing and explained that my car wouldn't start. In less than 10 minutes (!) a calming professional was at my side to help. I'm in love with this company, and wouldn't call anyone else!

  If I could give 10 stars I would!! Called a different tow truck co, after waiting 6.5 hours they told me they can’t do it. I called 1st Class Towing he was there in less then 45min and made it happen!! This is the best customer service I have seen in a decades when they say “prompt professional service” they stand by those words.

  I really found myself in an unexpected vehicle break down Jam in White Plains! 1st class was courteous and quick to share other tow truck resources that were close by if available because of his time constraint. But in the end it was 1st class towing and recovery that came through to assist me in my dire straits ! A Big Thank you !

  I get the impression that this company prides itself on prompt professional service. No voicemail answered the call themselves at 9:17, showed up at 9:40. Made an effort to check the battery even though I asked for a tow which I appreciate. Towed it off to auto garage on time.
