Excellent service from this wonderful team! We needed a tow as we were stuck due to bad road conditions from the weather ! This was not a normal day as the snow was coming down and the road conditions deteriorated so fast! The care we received from the time of the call to when the tow was done was excellent! The empathy, the expertise and just overall kindness and professionalism was awesome and so much appreciated on a day that was already so long! So grateful for the service we received! I just left from a basketball game at night hosted by the school I work for I was not expecting to get a flat tire. I called a tow company literally down the street from me and they had nobody that could help when I called first class towing, they came all the way from where they were. The driver was in Port Chester came all the way to Scarsdale Central Avenue to get metowed my car dropped it off at my mechanic took pictures and made sure that everything was safe and good to go. I absolutely cannot stress enough how safe reliable and understanding they are. I would choose this towing company hands-down any day.

Highly recommended!!! This was my first car accident and i was very nervous. I called the first towing company and they made me wait for 5hrs and never showed up. I called another towing place and they gave me an absurd price. Finally i got 1th Class towing Chris was professional,efficient and friendly. He arrived in 15 min. I could not recommend this company any more highly. After waiting more than two hours for AAA I gave up. It was midnight. I was in downtown White Plains, on a dark street and all alone. I called 1st Class Towing and explained that my car wouldn't start. In less than 10 minutes (!) a calming professional was at my side to help. I'm in love with this company, and wouldn't call anyone else!
