Had a flat on tatonic. i was towed 10 minutes to a mavis and he charged me for 30 minutes? Post invoice? thats exactly what your driver told me. just to get more money. your crooked. The gentleman clearly told me its 15 minutes but I am going to charge for for 30 minutes and the ride was actually 8 minutes

Best roadside assistance I have ever had. The owner personally came out in the dark and pouring rain to fix my flat tire. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Professional from start to finish, with a level of customer service you rarely see in the automotive industry.

Came to the rescue on a holiday for a great price! We had a flat tire and our spare just wasn't going to make it 150 more miles. He managed to find us a tire to make it home with and got to us in less than an hour.

Had a accident on the bronx river, county police called them for a tow, when i went the next day to see the vehicle and get my belongings I found the truck ransacked and I was missing a pair of Oakley's and ray bans as well as my official parking placard. Bunch of thieves. Don't trust them to tow, get your own tow

Do not call these people. This is the second time I got strung along and wound up having to call somebody else. Today I sat for over 2 hours after they told me a half hour at first. Come to find out they're not even authorized to tow me from this location! Couldn't have just told me that up front?! Never again

Got my car impound and they charged unfairly. They took it at 7pm Thursday and I picked it up the next day at around 12 midday. They over charged me. It says on NY website that it’s 20$ for over night and they charged 50$ a day so 100$ total and a yard fee for 65$ is ridiculous.

Fortunate to find a professional, consistent and caring automotive business in the local community. Always top tier service, timely completion as promised and reasonable pricing. My family had a tire blowout when they were traveling on the northern most section of the Saw Mill River Parkway. I called Stiloski's Automotive for help. The dispatcher that answered my call had a flatbed there within 30 minutes to bring the vehicle back to their shop in Tarrytown where they replaced the tire. I highly recommend Stiloski's Automotive.

John Stiloski is the most kindest man. Has always been good to my family and I. I love how he loves our country. He has done so much for many. I don't want to hear anything less about him. The people that have nothing better to say should look at themselves in the mirror. They must be very unhappy with them selves. God bless John, his family and his business.

Dropped pick-up truck off for body repair as agreed upon. Received call to retrieve truck within period of time I was told it would be ready. Truck was flawlessly repaired and entire trucks exterior was washed. Not just the damaged side. Paid by check to agreed amount. Not a penny more. Huge tow trucks on hand. Obvisoulsy repairs trucks & cars. No issue on this end. Thank you. Would return.

I was parked when my Mini Cooper got side-swiped, and I braced myself for what I thought would be a hefty repair bill. Thankfully, John introduced me to his bodyman, who took a look at my car and assured me he could work his magic. He claimed he could buff out the damage, making it virtually disappear, and even touch up the rest of the car so everything would blend seamlessly. When I saw the results, I was absolutely blown away! The car looked incredible—like new! It was hard to believe there ever was any damage to the doors at all. It feels amazing to find a reputable shop with an honest owner—no hidden fees or surprises. It truly restores your faith in the repair process!

My RV broke down while camping at Croton Point Park. I called for service and a team of guys came, jacked the camper off of my truck and fixed the Jack which had failed. They were there within 20 minutes of my call and had me back up and running within 30 minutes. They charged me an extremely low rate and it was on a weekend!!! These guys were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I first spoke to a RV service guy and he tried to charge me 4 times as much as Stiloski’s did. Crazy!!! You couldn’t find a better company if you tried!! Thank you Stiloski’s! Won’t forget how you helped me and my family!

I brought my Murano in as a first time customer today, with minor rear door issues. They fixed the issues quickly, no nonsense....and did not even charge me. Good people, a fixture in the village apparently.

Rudest employees ever. I walked in and I wasn’t even greeted warmly. I had handed over my credit card to pay and the man behind the counter who I’m guessing is the owner coldly replied “cash only.” When I came back with cash and paid I asked for a ride back to the impound lot and he rudely said “call us when you get there”. They wouldn’t even cut me a break. I kinda got the sense that I was treated that way because I was a man of color. I will never use Stokowski Towing again.

Our RV brakes went bad on a trip home from MA to PA on a Sunday. Nobody would help us b/c it was Sunday. Finally got really bad & we found and called Stiloskis & they told us to come in. These guys were open and fixed us up right on the street!! We could not have asked for better service or luck that they were available and willing to help us!! Thank you!!

Was having problems with my front tires losing air. They figured out the problem quickly and replaced my valves for a reasonable price. They were professional and courteous. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer group of people. Would highly recommend them 👍

Very unprofessional staff beginning with the owner (assuming John Stilowski is the owner and the man we spoke with was indeed him). I get that they deal with a lot of people that are down and out but they freely judge them and are extremely rude. Regardless of why they are there, they are still customers. Refused to give quote over the phone, and they don’t take credit cards, forcing people to make two trips if they don’t bring enough cash the first time. They have a captive audience, but if you ever have a chance to pick a towing company, do not use them.

I knew I was going to get screwed when my car's alternator went while driving but Stiloski's didn't even use lube (pardon the pun)! I pulled over behind a Stiloski's truck that was already towing another car when John came over and asked if he could help. He said I could get the car towed to where ever I wanted, however, they can take care of me and get me out within an hour and a half (this was @8am). After setting my expectations, they were the most rude and unfriendly staff as well as the owner at this place. I asked what the status of my car was @12pm and they hadn't even looked at it yet. I asked again @1pm, and was told they can't find the alternator. @3pm, they just received it and said to check back again @5pm. When I asked how long does the mechanic think it will take as I don't want to just wait around if I don't have to, he said that he didn't know and that's what the mechanic told him. At 5:30pm, the response was just we're working on it and to stop bothering and asking so many questions. I was furious and said if you hadn't set my expectations, but now I will make sure that I let as many people know as I can how unprofessional and conniving thieves you are to overcharge when one is stranded. Scoring the Tarrytown police dept's contract for servicing their vehicles can keep you afloat but your staff needs some customer service skills.

I have to say I am thoroughly impressed I have a pearl white Toyota Camry and I have had body work done on my car before and no shop can ever seem to get my color right but I decided to bring my car to Stiloski’s for a dent in my door and was nervous about the color matching but this shop did a amazing job not only can you not tell that the car had any body work done on it but the color matches perfectly. John and his crew did a outstanding job and had the car done in a timely manor I genuinely couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys so much for the outstanding work and the professionalism I will certainly be bringing any of my vehicles back in the future.

The most unprofessional, rude business owners and workers I have ever dealt with. you own a business that performs services for people and depends on repeat business it might be in your best interest to treat each customer with respect and decency. Their website says 24/7 and the male individual who answered the evening call used extremely foul language and was extremely insulting to a me, a customer. I was trying to inquire about money that I needed to pay them to release my car, before work the next morning, but all I got was a cranky man who indicated he could not help me.

This is my first review I have ever given out to any company and it's simply because this was the WORST experience I have ever had. There was one polite person working for Stiloski's who was actually very compassionate and had good customer service skills. I had my vehicle towed (a car I was selling THAT DAY) for a price that was more than half of what I was selling my car for. Not only are they overpriced and cash only but they don't even have decent humans working for them. This towing company literally had the rudest employees I have ever come across. If you're not a people person don't run a business and don't work for one.

I am truly stunned at the blatant rudeness they express towards their customers. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in the automotive industry. They told me 60-70 minutes, they arrived 3 hours later! When I would call to check I would get a oh he will be there in 5-10 or 20-30 minutes, and the service members have horrendous customer service, I also was hung up on. When the tow truck guy arrived he was rude and very upset that he had to tow my truck great than a few miles. He also called me a "fuc***g moron" ...I was rendered speechless after this moment. I would recommend everyone avoid this place at all costs! They are simply atrocious.
