Was getting ready for lease turn in for a long-time friend that is not mobile at this time, called Chrysler and they wanted to see Power of Attorney. Really? Called the dealer, they said just drop the car off at your leisure and we'll take care of the rest. Very, very, business smart, courteous, and professional. If I lived in NY, I'd be shopping here.

We've bought four cars from Alfa Romeo Fiat Of Larchmont since Fiat came back to the country in 2011. Always great, personable service from this family run dealership. They are true Fiat and Alfa Romeo enthusiasts and supporters of the brand. They really know and understand these cars. You owe it to yourself to visit and see for yourself.

I had the interesting experience of the dealership having neither phone nor internet service due to a recent storm when I wanted to purchase my car. Thiago, the product specialist, phoned on his personal number to help make that happen. I had gone in on a Saturday and by Monday, I had the keys, registration, and plates along with a new vehicle. Everything was taken care of on their end. All I needed to do was show up sign and pay. Overall, it was a painless experience. (There internet and phone lines are back up, by the way.)

Thiago and Oliver were the best at helping us secure the right Fiat and the right financing for our family. We love our new Fiat 500x and really enjoyed hearing the history of this long standing Fiat dealership which has a history dating back to 1961! We highly recommend using Fiat of Larchmont!

I popped in after brunch at a nearby place and ended up leaving with a new Alfa Romeo. It's small enough to provide attention to each buyer, but has a substantial inventory. Delivery of the new vehicle was lengthy and I feel I got a reasonably good deal. I have since used the service department for normal car and I'm always pleased with the result.

Had an interesting experience when I went a few weeks ago after the storm we had with the dealership having no internet and working phones, but it was still a great experience. Thiago was a great salesman to work with and the team at fiat of Larchmont were great with getting me into my first Fiat Abarth! Highly recommend very professional. Leased the car from this dealership. Didn’t have a good experience from the beginning. The trade-in allowance was delayed by a month. The plates were also delayed and I had to drive with expired temporary plates. The sales person never discussed the end of the lease “Disposition fee”. After returning my car, I get a surprise bill for $395 from Chrysler Capital. Contacted the dealership and was told that it’s not their problem and this fee was somewhere in the original contract. I would never buy or lease from this dealership again.

I have owned my car for 4 years. In that time, I have had 1 oil change that was not with the dealership. Every time I have brought my car there, something has been done incorrectly or there has been further damage. They replaced an outdoor handle & the inside handle came back with a huge scratch in the chrome. They rebuilt my front end after I had an accident, one of the fog lights has a broken mounting bracket & isn't flush with the trim. Both of these items were promised to be fixed by the head of service but never were. On my latest visit, I went in for a simple oil change & a hose wasn't connected correctly, which could have killed the engine. This car is very hard to get serviced anywhere else then at the dealerships in this area. I have started to research other options. I love my Abarth but if I can't rely on the dealership to do an oil change properly, I'll have to trade it in. For a dealership that's been around for over 50 years, I have been extremely disappointed.

I went in just to compare lease prices and actually decided to lease an Alfa Romeo Stelvio considering that it was better than its competitors. The guys there are not pushy sales people but car enthusiast. Eric really knows the cars inside and out and goes beyond to help you get what you want. He even recommends outside places and parts that can really customize the car to what you like. In my opinion, they don't just sell cars, they build relationships.

I went in after seeing an advert for great lease deals on the 2019 models. Eric was very knowledgeable about the different models available and took us for a test drive. The Guilia is an amazing car. Afterwards I actually called around all the other dealers in the NEw York area trying to find a better deal but ended up coming back to Larchmont. I agreed to buy 2019 Guilia on a 27 month lease. The car was ready next day and I drove away very happy. I then asked them to change it to a 39 month lease which they did without hassle or extra money. Thanks to Mike and Oliver too.

I purchased a new fiat from Fiat of Larchmont (my second Fiat from this dealership) I will tell you that I found the people at the Larchmont dealership to be very pleasant to deal with, very professional, and available to respond to questions. In a day and age where car dealers have a less than stellar reputation (probably just above going to a dentist), I enjoyed working with this particular dealer. In fact, the reason I purchased this car was because of the dealer. I think they go the extra mile, sell a terrific car, and their way of negotiation left me feeling good about the value I received. Check your deal. Check it twice. I have never been more sorry about customer loyalty. Having bought one car from Fiat of Larchmont, you would think they would give me the best deal. Nope! They were priced over $1000 higher! And when I brought them the deal, they agreed to match it -- and then when they wrote up the deal, they changed the numbers. No more. I can take my business to other dealers who appreciate a repeat buyer.

Worst customer service from a dealership I’ve ever experienced. Tried to return a leased car today. Was told no problem, no appointment needed. Called TWICE to ensure this. Showed up today and was turned away by a seriously nasty Sales person. Even when Service said they could help Sales said NO, lot is full. (Hey, that would have been nice to know when we called THIS MORNING and they said sure, come on down.) Sales and Service don’t communicate. They literally argued in front of us. Misinformation is given to customers. Wasted a day off of work to get nothing but aggravation and incredibly rude treatment. I am sure if I was renewing the lease or buying the Fiat it would have been a totally different story. What a shame.

DO NOT GO TO THE SERVICE DEPT. STEVE took close to 4 WEEKS to REFUND me the difference after overcharging me for a light bulb change! The absolute nightmare of an experience to call them after waiting days/weeks. On top of that, he has the audacity to have an attitude in dealing with the customer like he's doing me a favor! TREAT HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. Potential Customers be aware.

Great service. Had my Fiat 500c back in less than one hour. New battery, oil change and it feels like it has new life. My little Italian car (fiat) served my well yesterday in the snow storm that stopped New York. (Nov 2018) Small enough to fit through tight traffic. Economical enough to not run out of gas. So many people was buying gas can at the service station I held up in for a while. But what impressed me the most was that it made it up snowy/icey Hills where many others couldn't make it.

Great service..... Can't say enough good things about them. When I was shopping for an Alfa Romeo Stelvio I checked google like everyone else and started to call my local dealers in the area. I visited a dealer that was close to my home but when I got there, they were ok but when discussing pricing and leasing, it all felt like smokes and mirrors.I didn't even decide which model and they were already discussing price and terms and payments. (How they calculate this before knowing the model is beyond me) So..... I went back on google and found Alfa Romeo of Larchmont and called. I spoke with a very polite sales associate named Javier and I told them I will be there after work. I didn't realize they closed at 8:00pm and I got there right before closing on a weekday when it was pouring rain with scattered thunderstorms. It took me a while to get there but they were there waiting for me. The sales associate Javier introduced us to Oliver the manager and we looked at different models and options. We were there until almost 9:00pm. The owner was also there with all of us and none of them were rushing us. I really appreciated the fact that everyone stayed behind way after closing time just to go over the car. Even staying that late, they did not push us and they were not being aggressive to "close" the deal. They told me to think about it, take my time and that they are there for me. It was just super pleasant. Also, they went through each model with the price and showed me exactly what I would be paying per month on EACH of the vehicles I was thinking about. WOW. He explained how much payments would go up or down depending on the VIN numbers of the vehicles I was interested in. He didn't give me some general number. I really appreciated that. I ended up making the purchase and arranging for a pickup on Sunday. I brought the whole family, kids and all to make the pickup. To be honest, there was a small hiccup at the pickup day but they quickly resolved the issues for me. The car had to be taken out of ship mode and the service manager who does that is normally off on Sunday. They contacted him and he actually came from home just to get the car ready for us. I really love the car and would highly recommend it to anyone. But most importantly, I would highly recommend buying your Alfa or Fiat at Larchmont. Ask for Javier or Oliver.

I just moved to this part of NY from south Texas. The cold nights killed the battery in my Fiat. Steve, the service manager, suggested I call Fiat Road Service to tow my car to the dealership. Within 60 minutes my car was jump started and driven to the dealership at no charge. Fiat of Larchmont did a fabulous job of putting in the new battery and getting me on my way in short order. My experience at Fiat of Larchmont was much better than the dealer I had to deal with in Houston: friendlier, more prompt and did you know Fiat of Larchmont was the first Fiat dealer in the US? Yes indeed. You won't be disappointed to do business with them.

The overall experience at this dealership is great, they greet and treat you well. Sales person Eric Nazarov went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, he answered all of my questions I had about getting a new car. He is super friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and made my family and I feel welcomed. Alfa Romeo of Larchmont for the excellent customer service! You guys are awesome!

Horrible experience. I normally would never comment on someones service in this manner but I have been so annoyed by this experience that I had to share it. I visited Alfa Larchmont and was serviced by Eric Nazarov a poor excuse of a "sales rep" who showed absolutely no interest in actually selling a car. He was unwilling to go for a test drive and was reluctant to even open the floor model so we could check it out claiming he "did not have access to the keys". He made no attempt to share any benefits or features of the cars and looked annoyed that he was even having to service us. We were looking to downsize from our current Land Rover and when we saw the recent Alfa commercials we decided to stop in on a whim. The experience was so uncomfortable that we decided to just leave. Unable to comment on the actual performance of any cars but there are plenty of luxury dealerships in very close proximity that would bend over backwards for their customers. If management is unable to identify such an obvious issue on their own sales floor or worse if this is what is accepted as part of their selling culture than I can only imagine what type of service you can expect moving forward. If your still interested in an Alfa shop elsewhere or skip this company completely.

7/12/2016 Silvana called to resolve a few outstanding questions pertaining to warranty, roadside assistance coverage, and electronics. I had been frustrated, and she responded promptly This is what you must know: This car dealership is unlike any you have experienced. It is more like an auto boutique. Yes, of course, they sell cars, but never in that pushy way we all dread, where car salespeople speak an unintelligible language of false promises and hyperbole. Thank you, John and Silvana. The administrative staff is also unusually polished yet friendly. Steve, the service manager is...unbelievably polite, well spoken, competent, and knowledgeable. In addition, service appointment times for delivery and pickup are honored, so you don't see 100s of people sitting and waiting. The top technician, Juvenal, knows more about Fiats than anyone in North America. The ambiance and professionalism can surely be credited to the founder, Alfredo Gulla, who is simply the epitome of gracious business conduct. My current light green Fiat 500L retro limited w edition is a delight and second Fiat 500 Pop purchase from Larchmont Fiat. I was once stopped by a policeman who wanted to know the price how it was to drive. Children and adults routinely smile when Daisy (car name) appears. Is this dealership perfect? Nothing is perfect. But it would be difficult to come across a dealership that compares to Larchmont Fiat.

Fiat of Larchmont was an amazing experience for me. After searching for a car for many months , and going to many different dealerships , I finally made an appointment at Fiat and purchased the 500X . I can honestly say that I'm very, very happy with my new car and what made it such a wonderful experience was my sales Rep Vito , he is awesome.. He made it very easy for me to purchase, because I felt no pressure what so ever my transaction was gimmick free with no hidden fees and the finance manager Kevin sealed the deal.... The service department is very undesirable. I love driving a FIAT, but unfortunately I will not buy another one. The Dealership in Stamford CT had great service; but they are now closed. I have tried Manhattan and Larchmont and both service departments are the worst I have experienced in my life. It is very sad that such great cars have such a horrible post-sales service. Think twice, talk to the people that will service your car before you buy.

Purchased my Fiat about two weeks ago from here. Was in between buying a Prius or Fiat. John was my sales person and he was very friendly. He was patient and wasn't pushy at all. I had never been inside a Fiat and John was very knowledgeable and took my mom and I on numerous test drives. As a first time car buyer, I wasnt expecting to purchase a 2015 Fiat 500 Pop but when we added up the costs for the used car versus the new car, it made more sense to get the new one. The rest of the team such as Kevin & Adam were also helpful and made my experience go smoothly. Overall I'm happy with my decision!

I was referred to Larchmont by a friend, who had a nice experience there. First I checked them on the web, and went back and forth a few times via email before finally making it in there. I am bad with names, so I will just tell you that from starting online to visiting the first time to the sales and delivery process, this is one of the best dealers I have ever used. For the guy who drilled his own wheel lock lugs, all you had to do was go to the dealer. They have master locking lugs and could have easily removed them. But since YOU messed up, you blame them. Not right, and not even close to being accurate. This dealer is the best. Great pricing, great staff, and when I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for my Abarth to arrive the way I wanted, they had it in 3, and it was perfect. If you buy a Fiat, you need to go here. It will be your first and last stop!

I love this dealership and I love my car!!! The only time in my life that buying a car has been easy, fast, HONEST, pleasant - no hard sales pressure, no BS, no games. Just totally straightforward. The price they told me was a fair price with no haggling. The finance department didn't run me around and in fact ended up getting me better financing details than what they first quoted me; when has that ever happened at a car dealership?! Special shout out to Kevin, Greg, Natividad and Silvana. Best and easiest car buying experience EVER! I highly recommend this dealership and FIAT the car rocks!!

The absolute most disrespectful and frustrating dealership experience I've dealt with thus far, anywhere. I had purchased a Fiat in 2012 from Fiat of Alexandria in Virginia. The car came with wheel locks on the wheels, but no key for the locks. When I decided to change the wheels on the car, I had to air chisel the locks to get the leverage to remove them, ultimately destroying the locks and leaving me driving with 3 bolts on each wheel, which is not the safest thing you can do in pot-hole ridden Westchester County. I was told over the phone by a sales representative to come down to the dealership to purchase another set of locks, which he confirmed they had. When I had arrived, the rep I spoke with had left for the day and the wheel locks were not there to be sold. Nobody at the dealership was willing to do anything to rectify the situation and I was told to leave because everybody wanted to close up as soon as possible (granted it was the end of the day). 4 bolts from a show room model could have easily been sold to me. They could have easily replaced those bolts on that showroom model the following Tuesday when the parts department opened back up. Nobody is driving a showroom model (which has center caps that cover the bolts anyway), but I'm driving around in my only car unsafely because of two mistakes on Fiats behalf. I will never purchase a Fiat again, let alone return to this joke of a dealership.

A rare find. These are good people. I am going to name drop for your reference when you decide you're ready to buy a Fiat (and you should buy one - for many many reasons - but this is a separate discussion). I initially dealt with GREG AGNELLO, mainly through email. We went back and forth for about a month and exchanged approximately 30 emails - if not more - to get the deal just right. He answered promptly, whether it was during office ours or after mid-night. When it came time to come in and make the purchase, I had the pleasure to deal with KEVIN PRATT. Kevin is very kind, unrushed, cool headed and has a good sense of humor (the purchase itself takes a few hours so it helps to have someone like Kevin working with you during the process). I got to meet the owner too, a soft spoken old school Italian fellow who congratulated me on the purchase and wished me the best of luck. I am thrilled I purchased a Fiat, and completely satisfied with the service from Fiat of Larchmont. They still keep in touch (even AFTER the purchase) to make sure I am satisfied and happy with the vehicle. So, get in touch with these people and go buy a Fiat! You will be thrilled that you did!
