Needed a NYS inspection for a late model Porsche. They were able to get me in that day, and get it done faster than they said. Did the same for my wife's BMW. Nice guys. I was also told they are equipped and able to service the Porsche. I've not done that as nothing is do yet, but I'm thinking I might...

I go to Valero everytime my car needs anything done to it. The guys are friendly, patient and timely! There’s never a long wait for my car. It’s usually ready the day off drop off unless a lot needs to be done. I would definitely recommend Valero!

I have used Hasting Tires for years to service our cars. John and Chris have always been a pleasure to deal with. Most of all I trust them completely. They do not upsell or do work that is not necessary. On many occasions I have been expecting to have a major bill because of what i thought the problem was, only to have them find that it was something else which was an easy and much cheaper fix. That’s very rare in this or any service industry these days. I can’t recommend them enough!

Excellent knowledge, efficient repair and super customer friendly. Have had two visits with different vehicles and excellent service on both occasions.

What started off promisingly turned into a disappointing experience with Hastings Tire. I brought my car in for rear wheel bearings to be replaced. They were not hammered in correctly. 600 miles and two days later, when the car was in a different state, a loud sound from the rear alerted us to the issue. A local mechanic has to fix it and when I asked Hastings Tire to talk with the local mechanic and discuss what the issue was, they refused to have that conversation. I essentially paid twice for the same work with much inconvenience. I guess they got their money from me. I will not be using them again.

This review is based on an interaction and not service: Now, it's 7/4/25, it shows on Google maps that they are open. I arrived and the garage door was opened. I parked the car, went inside and saw a heavy set man sitting and on his phone. I knock on the door, open it and tell him that I need help with my tire as it has a leak. His response to me was "can't you see that the garage is closed?" I say excuse me? How is it closed if the garage door is opened? And that it says opened on Google maps? He then tells me "do you see anyone there?, if no, that means they are closed".... I had to really compose myself to not respond to him unprofessionally. He continued complaining about the fact that I walked in through the opened garage door! I asked him if there are any other places close by that I can get my tire fixed and he tells me go to the Bronx! I will say this to the business owner, if you're closed, let Google maps and other Internet platforms that you list your hours know you are closed! Also, if you are closed, make sure that the man working there doesn't have the garage door opened which contradicts you guys being closed! Place a sign in front of the opened garage door to state you are closed! Place a sign for customers to go in through the gas station if they are not allowed to walk into the garage to ask for help when it comes to repairs! And lastly, teach the person who works there to speak to people in a professional manner because this is a business and not the streets! I work not that far from there and you just lost a potential customer who will never recommend your place of business just because of that guy who pumps the gas! As you can see from the photos that it says open. Look at your other reviews of people saying that they had the same interaction with this guy......

I had a screwdriver piece in my tire going back home towards upstate and I stop at this Hastings Tire place. They we’re already closed, but they were so kind to fix my tire in less that 15 minutes. I was amazed. Thank you guys for your kindness and rapid service 🙏🏼🫶🏼👍🏼

I went to Hastings Tires because my tire pressure light came on. I left my car with them and they checked all 4 tires to see what was the issue! I had a screw in one of them, they were cordial, honest, and professional!! They will be my new car caretaker!!!

We have brought our cars here over the years for inspections, flat tires and other miscellaneous problems. Always great service, fast and well priced. Great local spot!

I love Hastings Tire. I was recommended by a friend when I had trouble with my car at a dealership. I took my car out of the dishonest dealership service center and I brought my car to Hastings Tire. They were so nice and friendly and respectful and they fixed a minor issue that the dealership told me was a major issue. Professional and honest. I have found a mechanic shop that I trust and will continue taking my car to them.

We have been using Hastings Tire for maintenance and repairs for many years. They are very competent and communicate well. Work is done on time. We recommend them highly.

I've been going to Hasting Tire for years to get repairs, most recently a week ago when I needed a new alternator. As always I found them to be polite, professional, and very accommodating with scheduling. Bought the car in around 2 and had it back that evening.

We were in town from out of state and needed a replacement tire after a flat. A smooth process from the first phone call (Tony) to our experience at the shop (John and Norris) . Totally impressed! And, if you have to wait, there's an excellent deli right there! (Amjo"s)

They were great. I had my car back at the end of the day! This is the second time I took my car to the shop for repairs, and the price was fair for both jobs. I will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues. Thank you so much!!

At first I was nervous that someone would not be available to help because it looked like it was just a gas station. The flat on my tire was very bad and it looked like I needed to get a new tire. It was not in my budget to get a new tire at all. They were able to double patch my tire and save me from the extra tire right away. The service was also quick and efficient which I appreciated.

Great service. They turn around the work quickly, charge fair prices and do good work. They also gave me a free Carfax report on my car, which was unexpected and very appreciated.

Tony, Chris and Jon are the knowledgable and trustworthy! Morris and the technicians are top notch. They offer the same parts as the dealerships and you don't wait days for your car to be done. And their prices are reasonable. Thank you team Valero! The best around.

It’s a business many town people trust & use! The owner is very accommodating & price is reasonable! Work is done in timely manner & not a push sales! I’ve gotten push sales from the dealer when I go in for recall visits then I get second opinion from this place & many times it’s work that can either wait or not recommend so I feel like they run a honest business which I appreciate very much!! Pump gas here too bc they offer full service which is really nice for a bit of extra cost! Highly recommend this place!

Came in with a bad tire on my Audi and they helped me out tremendously! It’s so nice having a great local shop like this to go to when you’re in a jam! Very professional, friendly and affordable. Great quality service and good communication too. Very thankful they were able to help me out such short notice!

I hate to leave negative reviews but the experience I’ve had here was awful. I’ve caught my first flat tire and of course, I didn’t know what to do. As my new Kia Forte GT 2023 did not come with a spare tire or donut. My friend & I was able to fill my tire with air and drive to the nearest tire shop which was this place. When I first pulled in, yes I blocked the gas pump. I was a bit nervous and not sure what to do and figured I’d be seen at the white door for someone to come out and look at my tire. Here comes the large overweight caucasian man (who’s pumping gas for customers this day) who rudely says you need to back up, you’re blocking the pump for the customers. I kindly reverse to where I am in this photo. You can clearly see there’s enough space for other vehicles to drive in for gas here. The man still carried on & complains about customers coming in to get gas. We’ve asked about getting my flat tire looked at and he’s like “ahh well idk, it’s 3:10 and we close at 5PM”. I’m not an expert but the business is still open and I’m here within business operation hours for some decent help & tire service. No employee has bothered to acknowledge me, help or look at the rear left flat tire. A gentleman asks.. what’s the tire size and other information, we clearly didn’t know at the time. Instead of just coming outside to at least look at the car and throughly help me. It was a very unpleasant experience 03/05/23 at 3PM. I would not recommend as the employees were rude, dismissive, unprofessional and quite lazy as they had no care or purpose in the world besides pump gas for other people who drove in. Ive lost trust in this business for help. I took my chances and drove to my car service center and long story short I was able to get wonderful care service there :)

Hastings Tire never lets me down. They are SO much more than ‘just a tire fix-it’ operation. I’ve been taking my BMW here for several years. I appreciate that they have the capabilities and know-how to work on this car in its entirety. I totally trust them with it. Pricing is certainly reasonable, customer service is great as is location.
