Honest. I told them my battery was weak and I had to jump it several times over the weekend. I also told them my job was a different county and I could not leave it or I would have no way home. They told the truth and said they were busy and couldn't do it that day but could finish in my time frame the next day and as long as I had it in the 1st hour they opened the next morning it would be done. They were true to their word and did not even charge me for a full hour of labor(some places charge you an hour for anything under hour 1) Would definitely go back when my car dealer is too backed up.
I needed a Carcor inspection. The woman that answered the phone was pleasant and gave me all the details. The mechanice that did the inpection was great. Would definitely refer people to them.
I sent my customer for a photo inspection there and they filled out the form Completely Wrong!! My customer lost physical coverage on his car because of them and they did not care!! Do Not Use This Place! Horrible!!!

On a Saturday I checked 10 places and couldn't find one opened but this one was.
Martin inspected my car nice and fast he was very professional and a real nice guy.

What a fantastic shop!! I had a stalling issue with my Transit that Steve had figured out when the dealer could not. Great service and professional repair. I will be going back for sure.
So sorry. The comments that I made was for Chappaqua Crossing not S&S mechanics so SMS mechanics were wonderful to me and my truck they took very good care of both of us a little expensive but got the job done asked for Chappaqua delete delete delete
Zero rating. I had the most unprofessional experience in my life. I was totally shaken by Steve’s yelling and hysteria over an issue. For fear of a lawsuit over a simple tire issue he refused to let me drive my car off the premesis and insisted on towing a perfectly drivable safe car to my home. All I wanted was to get my car out of his care. He was loud, rude and sounded paranoid. He hung up on me twice as I simply tried to ask if he took credit or cash. He ended the conversation in loud irate tones stating he takes cash only for towing and said he didn’t care if I paid or not. Good thing. I had no desire to pay $200 for rude and unprofessional service. Very sad. I was totally shaken over the whole ordeal.
Horrible rude nasty disgusting attitudes watched them refuse me and another African American customer . He clearly yelled at me that he didn’t want my business. I’ve never experienced anything like it . Please close them down for good !!! I’m filing a report
My car was hit, and I was unable to drive it. A Greenburg police officer called S & J and it was towed to their shop. The car was left at S&J and was viewed by the insurance. I did not agree to have S&J fix my car. They obtained the estimate from the insurance without my consent. After viewing the estimate amount S & J called to arrange to repair my car with their trusted body shop as they obtained the estimate file from the insurance without my knowledge. The owner assured me that they have body shop within their network who knows how to get more money from the insurance.
Later, I came back to take some pictures of my car to arrange to move my car from there because I was not comfortable with them. When I went there, I was told that it is 4:45 pm and it's their Ice cream break. A few minutes later I was told it is after 5:00 pm and they did not allow me to see my car.
They were very disrespectful and unprofessional! The owner was cursing F** word and fighting with himself. The manager was ready to fight and threatened to hurt me while he approached me with his employees. I called the police to deal with them because I felt that I was not safe to be there… They are the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to and I would never recommend them to anyone.
We have some concerns about how the manager/owner, Steve( ?) runs the service business by seeing how he treated even those who are considered royal costumers. He was very unprofessional. If we could rate 0, we would. It was a nightmare attempting to communicate with him with needed service not gotten at all and it was very urgent. We will absolutely avoid their service from now on and will not recommend them to anyone.
Asked for inspection for company car. Next thing I hear is that they add a list of repairs that I never requested. Even worse was they went on with repairs without my approval. Shady business & would never return here again
August 24 I paid 1000 deposit for frame never came, end October I had to buy frame from Colorado myself for my Jeep said he would install, 2 months latercomplained to DMV, receive letter from his attorney to pick up vehicle, which had to be towed from S&J to my place, frame not installed and money not returned
I have been very happy with S&J's service. I use S&J mostly for my car's annual NY State inspection. You have to make an appointment in advance and drop the car off early in the morning, and they always get it done by the early afternoon. They also changed my headlight bulb once.
Owner very unprofessional..
No patient to answer more than one question.. I tried and he curse me out and tell me I can take my business somewhere else..
