Literally called to ask if they had a ignition module for a 1993 Mercedes Benz 300se , while I’m talking to a gentleman who sounds young , another person picks up the phone calling me Allen ‘was a bit confused ,telling me that there’s no such thing as a module for that car and tells me “he’s got to go “ hangs up phone probably the most weirdest customer service I’ve ever had and a bit rude not to hearing me out oh, and here’s a photo of it just so you’re aware it does exist 🤔🤔

I often go here and as a female customer, I always feel welcome & comfortable and I am not given the run around. Prices are clear, (I've bought brakes, pads, rotors and anti freeze) and they even went above and beyond helping me and explaining a process that I was not clear on (related to the antifreeze). Thank you! The owner, his son and staff are the nicest and professional.

Called up maybe 10 places on a Saturday morning and nobody had a battery for my 2020 Chevy Spark. I called up this place and they saved the rest of my day. When I arrived to the store 20 minutes later the battery was there on table waiting for me. Thanks guys!

This business i used already for few years to discover this place for gift from the God .Family owned they provided excellent service.Mr.Barry and his son very nice and friendly person despite you not professional mechanic. They're very helpful, they go out of their way to makw sure that all your car needs are met. The prices beat the super chains. I would highly recommend you bring you car to tgem when you need parts for it. They will also explain how to install whatever part you're in need at the time.

I normally purchase parts online since ill find better deals and quality compared to buying at autozone, auto parts, or even out of state dealers and like to research the quality of the parts i purchase. However, i needed to replace brakes and rotors at the last minute and couldn’t wait another week to have it done since im always busy. I was searching online for a parts store and glad I found Myrtle Discount Auto Parts! Barry the owner is genuinely one of a kind. I tend to make a lot of questions and make comparisons before i buy anything and Barry knew exactly what i wanted and needed without trying to hassle me. He managed to get me the parts delivered to the store from his warehouse and even referred me to a reputable shop to have the work done right away! (He made several calls to shops he works with to see who can take me in and with a good price!). This is going above and beyond for his customers and has a great relationship with these shops. The shop i went to also didn’t disappoint as i was out of there in 30 minutes. Truly an amazing person and businessman. His son is also great as he took me straight to the referred shop. Great prices and excellent service. I will definitely purchase all car parts from him and no more waiting for online deliveries. The two gentlemen were very helpful . They were also kind and patient. I was told I’ll get the car parts the same day . They was on point with everything . Also the prices are worth it very cheap for new auto parts . I will definitely come back again I just hope not for the same problem :)

I got to say these guys know what they're doing and I've always gotten the part the same day or no later then the next day.Their prices are great. Call up tell him what you looking for and they call you back with the price and fast. Their prices are just as good as the big franchise auto parts store and sometimes better.

Andrew and Barry are the most professional people I met in the Auto Parts field. You just don't get the TLC from the big auto parts stores out there and here you do.
