The hours on google say they are open till 8pm and they don’t answer their phones. Then I see a review that says they close at 7pm they definitely need to update their times if so!! Super annoying!
Horrible customer service. The store was dead and it took almost 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me as I waited by the registers. When the cashier (who was behind the counter the entire time) finally addressed me , he made no eye contact and starred at the monitor when he spoke to me. Just felt very unwelcoming and strange. Would not recommend any POC spending their money here.
Side note: I left and went to AutoZone on Tarrytown Rd and was treated warmly. Shoutout to their entire team
I've been going here for years most aftermarket auto parts stores are tuck to deal with because of staff or uneducated but this place has been open for years and are well qualified people and loosely 95% of the time get you the right part at a good price
You know what really ticks me off? Sitting on hold to check if something is in stock? You know what ticks me off more? Coming out to the store because they said they had it and they don't. Man. That's why I called ahead so I don't waste my time in a hurry but these guys doubled down.
Small and cramped inside. Found what I was looking for with some help by a not so friendly employee. All employees were behind the counter and weren't in any hurry to assist me. Plus one of the staff while working on the computer decided to belch out loud with no apology. Not sure if I'll go back. Maybe you might have better luck than me.
I went into the store grabbed a quart of oil off the Shelf went to the counter to pay the guy said I can't sell you that you don't have a mask on, so I asked if he can provide one for me ? I forgot mine in my car He said he can sell me a Box for $60. Really
Extremely rude to customers both in store and over phone. Treated me rudely over the phone and I have seen them berate customers in the store. Used to use them but no more. Would give zero stars if I could and I typically do not leave reviews.
Always an incredibly helpful staff that obviously enjoy what they do and are very knowledgeable. Recent renovations have been a slight inconvenience but it will be for the better. I've been using them for a decade and as long as I'm in N.Y. and need parts I will continue to use Bridge Auto Parts. My beard approves of this joint.
They've been in this location for a long time and are currently tied to Napa Auto Parts. I trust Bridge before going to one of the other larger chains.
