This place is great! Everyone there is pleasant to work with and they always tell you exactly what you need done. Oil change took about an hour and a half. Decent prices and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back!

Very unhelpful. I went to them for an oil change around 4:00. I told them my car just alerted me that my oil was dangerously low and my car wasn’t driving right. I was worried about getting home. Owner was rude and unsympathetic saying they were done for the day despite a garage full of people standing around and hours that said otherwise. I asked if there was anywhere local he could recommend that could help me and he said, “maybe in mt kisco”. I went across the street to Shell and they couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Bring your business there!!!

This is your go to garage for any problems. Great experience. Team is knowledgeable and trustworthy (they dont try to fix things that arent broken). They have serviced all of our cars and solved any issues we've had. We no longer go to dealers.

I would never do business with them again. I guess toy truck driver was having bad day I was already outside when came into drive and had turn around and back in. I get key open car take out the mrs pocket and I turn the toy out truck stand screaming at me about he got I should had f truck ready. Excuses it ready but yelling now I’m yelling back. Being young black man I’m used business thinking treat me anyway but not today and not at my own home will curse and threatened and stand for ot.

Fast service. Fair prices. Great shop. What more can you ask for. My go to spot for inspections, and whenever my car needs some tune up or a service. I have an older car that has little issues pop up from time to time and they handle it well and quickly.

I needed my car inspected as it was more than a month overdue. I had been trying to find the time and unexpectedly found myself in a situation (on a Saturday no less!) where I was going to be in the Armonk area for the next 90 minutes so I took a chance and Googled the closest facility which resulted in this Armonk garage. I drove there within minutes, parked, and walked up to the garage office but before I could enter a gentleman who is working on a car in one of the three garage bay’s approached me and asked if he could help me. I asked if he could complete an inspection in the next 90 minutes and to my surprise he told me he could do it within an hour, but then I told him that I had a dog in the car who is very nervous so I would need to sit in the car until they were ready to take the car into the garage, which he agreed to. No sooner had I settled in to stream some Netflix over the next hour, did I get a knock on my window (about 15 minutes later) by the same gentleman letting me know he was ready to take the car in! I stood in the parking lot for about 10 minutes at the most with my pup in my arms, The inspection was completed and I was charged $37 which is the New York State specified rate I had seen on the Internet. I tipped the gentleman and thanked him for taking us so quickly and he happily replied that he had a soft spot for rescued dogs. Such a pleasant experience!

These guys are crooks Picked up my vehicle to have it towed and it had a dead battery. I put my small booster to charge it and move the vehicle one of the attendants removed my booster charger and I called back to claim it and the guy said that I would have to call back the following day. I call the following day and they claim they do not have it. There was 2 guys one with glasses and the other person I spoke to was Craig. One of them removed it because it was not in the vehicle when I got home. CROOKS

A warning message from my car alerted me that my tire pressure was low on multiple tires while traveling to CT. I used Waze to find the nearest gas station and found the Armonk garage. I spoke to one of the gentlemen working, told him the situation, and he immediately assisted. A few minutes later, the tires were inflated, the sensors reset, and I was on my way. This was outstanding service, and I would highly recommend everyone to have their vehicles fixed here. Awesome Service!!!!

Tow truck driver Craig S. should get a freaking raise. This guy was amazing and really helpful when towing my car. Very few polite and friendly men like him left in the towing industry so please appreciate and protect this man. W manz ????

Brought my Vehicle for a NY inspection. The Gentlemen that helped me out was hilarious. Older guy with a cool sense of humor.

My car broke down on 684 around midnight, they came fast and were very nice. They also held my car for 3 days untill I was able to tow it away. I would recommend using them.

I would give zero stars if I could. Had my car towed using AAA last Sunday. They were unable to tow my car same day so I was told they would be able to tow my car the following morning. (Not a problem but...) The following day, there was no communication and they kept putting off towing my car. I had to call several times, just to be told they didn't begin the tow and they were quoting me a later time every time I called. The only reason I was finally able to get them to tow my car was by calling AAA member relations.

Quick stop for over-priced fuel on the way back to HPN with the rental! Easy access except on the days the landscaper trucks are hiding up the islands...

Dropped my car off early in the morning for an inspection. I waited most of the day for a phone call saying that it was ready. I finally called them around 3pm and it had been ready for some time. If you need "speedy" service by "cheerful" people, then this is NOT the place.

My car broke down on 684 just about 2 years ago. I called AAA and they had the vehicle towed to Armonk Garage. The diagnosis was a bad alternator and battery. Today, the same vehicle broke down and again, it was the alternator and battery. The garage it went to this time is blamming bad parts and work.

I dont know what happened, needed work to pass inspection, gave name, and phone, never called, tried calling keep being told call back later, found a old friend still in business to perform the work, thanks Brian for urging me to go elsewhere.

Great service. Done in timely manner. However, very sure I was overcharged and don't have any recourse to get it resolved. Reciept wasn't itemized. Ive gotten the same work done elsewhere for 2/3 the price.

My car was stuck in March 2019 going up the hill at IBM in Armonk during a snow storm at midnight. These guys were on the only ones willing to come up and help tow. CAA rep tried many and everyone refused. Two gentlemen came and first dropped me off (with my luggage) in their tow truck to the IBM Learning Center, then towed my car to their garage and let me pick it up the next day. No hassle. No damage to my rental car. No ripping me off. I've saved their card so I can one day write a review. Just came across that card and made sure I wrote a review for the excellent service I received.

Couldn't have been treated better. After 35 plus years myself in the automotive service industry I must say that this service team is awesome. I have seen it all and I must recommend Armonk Garage! Thank you very much!

My car broke down in White Plains, and they had a tow truck picking me up within 30 minutes of calling. Very fair price for the tow and the service they provided. Would certainly recommend!

They took an hour and 45 minutes to get to my car and then lied about when they were called out. On top of that, he was incredibly rude.

Despite the negative reviews, this shop is quite honest in pricing as well as diagnostic. I would try it out if your having issues and you aren't a mechanic.

Thieves. Had my car towed there after a breakdown. They told me it was “Done, Gone.” They said, “Give us the title and we’ll wreck it.” They were rude and abrupt with little or no explanation. Had it towed to my mechanic. It was the timing belt: $750 repair. He was madder at them than I was. He said, “They give mechanics a bad name.” I agree. Beware.

I have been using Armonk Garage for over 22 years and they have proven to be VERY RELIABLE AND REPUTABLE. I refer my co-workers to the Garage who also work nearby, and they too have had very good experiences.

I come here and buy there EXPENSIVE gas and am using the windshield squeegie at the pump.. I have a bottle of water so I am quickly using it to wet the windshield before wiping it off (the liquid they have next to the gas pumps is filthy) This random guy came out and tells me in this aggressive snobby tone that. "This is not a car wash move your car somewhere else" I tell him to mind his own business and he gets in my face and tells me to shut up before I get in trouble. I have to actually ask him if he owns the station before this information is conveyed to me... Which is actually worse because what kind of business owner treats his customers that way especially when I am not leaving my car next to the pump for 8 hours I just wanted to wash my windshield. Aweful way to do business. Go to the shell next door they may be just as expensive but don't support this man's behaviour with your business.
