Showed up 5 minutes before close for one thing. The guy working decided to look at me and continue to disappear behind the counter, just decided to close up early tonight.
I had a slow flat and one of the assistants not only recommended a particular repair kit, he actually made the repair for me in the parking lot out front. Service beyond duty! Thanks!
Went for wiper blades and knew it would be an easy experience. Guy had no problem helping me out and didn't act like I was bothering him when I asked if he could install them. Yes I know it's part of their job, but he genuinely didn't seem to mind. Took him all of 2 mins to put them on.
Service isn’t good, called ti see if they had a part and said Honda Accord and the guy kept mistaking me and saying ford and when I explained no not ford Honda Accord he hung up. O’Reillys up the road is so much better.
Worst store in history. I've thought long and hard about posting this. Even stopped myself a few times. Ive been restoring a vehicle of mine for a few months now. Ordering parts from this store in the beginning. From the moment I stepped into this store i was met with blatant poor customer service. From straight unknwodgeable workers, to laziness and disorganization. LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE part I've ordered from this store has either been lost, delayed, or even the wrong part. Causing my vehicle to be left on a lift for multiple days. Even with simple oil selection. Nearly giving me the wrong oil, and myself having to find it for them. Ive tried so hard not to avoid my hometown store since I prefer to shop local, however Most recently I specifically asked for the "hatch glass lift supports" multiple times. And I'm now left with TRUNK lifts that dont even fit my car! I now resort to ordering everything of mine online, by myself, for myself. And since have had no issues. Thanks for nothing Advanced Auto!
I do business here because they have parts I need in stock, and they do not require their employees to be the mask police. I am American so I have a right to choose, and I choose to do business with companies that allow individual choice.
The one star is for having parts in stock, but when it comes to customer service, it is non existent. No one acknowledges you when you come in or if they see you trying to find parts. When you finally find what you are looking for and come to pay at the counter, there is no greeting, they continue having their personal conversation, no eye contact until it's time to pay. "Anything else?" is the on word directed to you. This store is in sore need of customer service training. There are plenty of places to go where you can feel good about going to spend your money. There are a couple of other parts stores in Granville, Napa Auto and O'Reiley's. I will be buying my parts at these locations. Definitely not Advanced Auto Parts.
I came to drop off oil for it to be recycled. I found out that I had too much oil for them to be able to take. Thankfully, Alex one of the workers in customer service was able to find me a shop within the same area to bring the oil too. Great customer support and networking.
Great location. Staff I've encountered has limited knowledge. Good for wiper blades and fluids. Parts...I'll take my business elsewhere; unless, I need something quick, on a weekend or late. The hours open save it.

Last night at 6:20 I went to go to town and found I had a dead battery in my car. Got to Advance at 3 minutes to closing. They close at 7 on Saturdays. Rick and Jack were on and were AWESOME. Having a Buick my battery is not an easy change, They chose to stay late and get my battery changed for me so I would not be left stranded. For this I am Thankful. You two guys were awesome. Sorry you got burnt Jack. 5 Stars for you guys.
