uses “emergency services” as an excuse to cut people off on the highway and endanger lives. when i called to complain about his driving to management, he said he’s management and he doesn’t care about it because he can do as he pleases. disgusting person and business!
The service truck arrived in a timely matter. Took care of my bus. I was very grateful for the quick response. Because I needed to pick up my group in the area.
If I could give them 100 star review I would!! My Audi E-Tron got out of charge while driving back from Montreal Canada to Charlotte, NC and having my wife and my 9 month old son with me and lost power and heat and was freezing night. Called Audi road side assistance and was helpless. Called mueller and they offered me to bring their own pickup truck to drive it having my wife and my son in it with heat to help us with my son to not get sick and followed him to the drop off destination WITH NO EXTRA COST. Thank you so so so so much

Called them for a truck with frozen fuel.
they charged us close to $700.00 to bring a gallon of Kerosene, and no fuel filters....
then left the truck stranded...
These people have a relationship with the police so if you are in an accident they will be the ones that tow your vehicle. They will then charge you a ridiculous fee for their services easily in the thousands for a few miles of towing
I had a broken s-cam tube , they came out and repaired on the spot . Ron the technician was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge got us going to make our delivery
We broke down a long way from home on 87S on our way home from our end-of summer camping trip. By the time we got towed to Mueller's, it was closing time, and they said they wouldn't be able to get to it until around noon the next day because there were 6 or 7 people in front of us.
We found a motel, and my wife reserved a rental car so she could head home early the next day. She's a librarian at an elementary school, and she had to get back right away because the school year was starting in two days and she had a lot of stuff to get done. Time was so tight that she had to leave the kids with me.
The next morning I called Mueller's to tell them what was going on. I said I really needed to get my kids home that day and basically just pled my case. I guess they took pity on me, because they bumped me to the front of the line, and our minivan was running and ready to go by 11.
They helped me when I really needed it, and I"m grateful to them for it.
Extremely poor business I have to take them to court after they promised they would fix my driveway and camper roof from ONE tow !!! My driveway has an 8 foot gouge in pavement and my campers AC was ripped off ! Owners are tool bags no pun and the driver didn’t even know how to use the controls on the tow truck !!!!
AAA that went wrong on a Sunday night and now they have to pay me back.
A girl from Stewart's shop call a towing company for my daughter and said they took AAA. Well what a surprise I got. They dont take AAA . But I didnt call them I had to pay for towing $150 just to put the car on the truck . Another 200 to tow my car to there shop plus taxes. Total 374.50 .
The dispatcher told me the longer I argue on who was going to pay the driver she's going to charge me more an hour for him to wait there
So I gave in tow my car to there shop and had AAA take my car to my house the next day
I have never dealt with a scam artist company like Mueller & Sons .
I would stay away from this business
They charged astronomical price for simple welding job that should take no more than 2 hours
My bill was over $600

I was stuck on the side of the road. They sent a very nice young lad to repair my truck. In the end it cost me nearly 500$ cdn to basically clean and jostle a few wires around. This took all of 30 minutes. You decide if this is a good review!?!?
Great service by Ron! Was up here for the weekend and woke up to a flat tire. Called the number and they were able to meet me within 45 minutes and repair! Amazing!

I had my truck there 3 days waiting on parts which have never came, they have never even ordered them !!! They just want to charge u for tow and parking !!! wouldn't do any job on the truck !!! It's the worset place you may consider taking your truck to !!! My bill for 3 DAYS parking and 20 miles tow was for 1900 $$$

My truck broke down 5miles away from their shop.
They towed my truck to their place, I waited a week for a steering axle hub that never arrived......When I asked if I can overnight the part the owner Bob told me he has to charge me $1000 extra for Outside parts?????? When I asked them when they will have the parts I was told "whenever they get here"
I ended up paying $2375 for STORAGE charges for a week in their shop and 5 mile tow.
When I got another tow truck to take my truck to a real shop my driver and the other driver found out that Muller guys did not disconnected the drive shaft when towing and broke it
I ended up paying $6000 for a $800 repair

Truck is still in shop right now. Told transmission r&r will be complete tonight. Will update when job is complete. So far so good with the experience. Waiting to see the total to see how honest they truly are.

Truck is completely done and everything went as well as I could ask. People were great and price was honest.
Tow 20 miles? Plus pulling a trans out ordering a replacement (remanufactured) with two year unlimited mileage warranty. Bill total was just a little over 5,000 in total.
They got me our as promised and was right with their original estimate.
Update:
My truck was put out of service by the DOT for a minor adjustment to the center bearing which is about 20 minutes of work tops for any mechanic. To drive out 40 miles and work on my truck for no more than 30 min, if that, this repair shop charged me over $430. They charged me for the miles they drove out to my truck and back to their repair shop, which I understand but on top of that they charged me for the time it took them to drive out and counted it as labor. They seems to think money grows on trees. If I could make almost half a grand for 30 minutes of work I would not be in this business. DO NOT USE THEM! They overcharged me for a minor repair. I don't even want to imagine if this was a major repair.
