Terrific folks running this place. I showed up just before closing on a Saturday, in the rain, with a battery (and potentially alternator) issue. The guys stayed open late to service my vehicle, walked me through what I needed to know, and put my mind at ease. Luckily the issue was not as bad as what I thought it might be. They could have turned me away like several other local shops did, but went above and beyond instead. Thanks, Cozy’s!
I recently had new brake pads installed at Cozy's Auto Group and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
When I arrived, the staff greeted me promptly and treated me with respect. They took the time to listen to my concerns.
The mechanic did an outstanding job installing the brake pads. The car now stops crisply and quietly, with no grinding or vibration. It's clear they used high‑quality parts and followed best practices.
The work was done right on schedule. I dropped off the car in the morning and got it back by early afternoon, just as promised. There were no surprises or hidden fees, and the final bill matched the estimate.
They cleaned up after themselves -- no greasy fingerprints .
I'm extremely satisfied with the service. If I ever need brake work or other automotive repairs in the future, I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled mechanics.
After relocating back to the area I was in desperate need of tires, brakes, oil change and a tune up. I passed this location a few times and decided to try it out. I saw there was a bad review and I asked the owner about it and he took the time to explain to me his side of things (which is important, always more than one side) so I gave them a shot. I already had the tires, pads and filter. They gave me an estimate and the following week I brought my vehicle in. What I appreciated was the over communication when things changed or a different part was needed. The explanation of why it was needed and how it worked. Double checking with me before they made a move. For example I brought the wrong rear pads for my type of vehicle, Cozy/Dana and crew was able to get the right pads which normally cost more for an even exchange. When my tire stem needed replacement there was no crazy up charge but a fair number. I say this all to say they showed care, they took that I don't know much about cars and made sure I left with my vehicle road ready again and soon inspection ready when I go back there for a tune up. They offered me drop-off and pick-up which was super convenient for me an added stress for their small team. But again, they focus on putting you first. I also got an extra detail and shine to my car that it's a week later and she is still sparkling. I highly recommend Cozy and his team for their effort and communication.
Walked in with a potential problem. They put my car up immediately and checked it out. They also took the oil filter I already had and did a quick oil change for me since my oil was dark. Amazing service, great attitude, knowledgeable, and they actually show you and educate you on your vehicle
Terrible!!!! Stay away!!!! I am only giving 1 star because that is the only way to post a review. We just spent over $350.00 to purchase a spare tire & mounting kit for our brand new 2025 Acura TLX as new cars no longer come with them.
We thought that we would try a new local place to simply mount the tire to the rim. My husband went there & asked that they be very care to avoid scratchs and damage. Nelson said he would be very careful and would even put tape on the tire iron. My husband took the protective wrapper off and gave him the new rim. It ended there.
To mount the tire, he used grease instead of soapy water (which one should never use on rubber as it destroys it over time).
The rim is gouged and badly scratched, inside and out. And he did not even line up the tire stem mark with the rim! He had no idea that was what the yellow spot on the tire was for until I pointed it out after the fact.
He didn't charge me. I guess that I was supposed to be happy about that after he screwed up the whole thing! He had the audacity to ask that I leave him a good review!
I went back today to see Alexander , thinking that he was the owner and the tire had already lost 5lbs of air over night. They were not even open on time and then couldn't be bothered with making things right. The best that they did was offer to check for leaks when I said that it already lost air, they didn't even offer to clean the grease off and remount it. Quite honestly, I would not have wanted them to do any further damage but they could have at least offered. Happy to share pictures.

Alex- Beyond hospitable. Very humble young man..He showed me what needed to be done with my car, Piece by Piece, he explained to me why I needed the car parts. He was very informative.
