Absolutely Automotive is top-notch. Great service, stand-up people, and very fair pricing. You don’t have to bat an eye because they’re straightforward, honest, and transparent. Highly recommend.
I've gotten tons of oil changes, inspections, Brakes, Rotors, tires, balances and rotations here. Ken always hooks it up, really nice guys and reasonable prices for they job they do.
This is by far the best car shop. They won’t take advantage of you just for not knowing how cars work and that’s hard to come by in the auto industry as they are notorious for it. My entire family has used them for as long as I can remember. They know return customers by name and are geniune. They even asked about my dad when he was going through medical issues.

I brought my car in for breaks job and service. I got it back and the problem with the breaks persists. In addition the car has a strong smell of something burning. When I called, the owner did not want to take responsibility and said they could not see me for a week. After spending $750 there I’m going to cut my loses and go somewhere else.
They are amazing. They help with whatever you need. Answers questions that you might have. They are very professional and friendly. Great place to go for all automobiles!!!!

My car broke down I had time to get to this shop and they helped me putting my car in neutral also they allowed my car to stay there for the weekend because no town truck will take it to my dealer in NJ!! Hit a deer and went to absolute. Ken hooked me up. He made my car look brand new. He even fixed more then he had too. I’m happy with their services and glad with my first experience will definitely recommend

My first/only time here I came in with a donut ( ran over a nail) they saw me immediately and fixed my tire and wouldn't charge me! They were very pleasant and professional over the phone and in person. I would come back solely because they were accomodating and kind.

My girlfriends car got towed. They charged and unbelievable amount of money and also stole money that was in the car. They also looked for more things to steal, as things weren't were she left them, like the broken iphone they almost stole until they realized it was broken. They're scumbags.
They know what they're doing they don't rip you off there has been times when they said it was going to cost a certain amount and they said it was so easy to install they charge me less when's the last time you can say that about shop
I wouldn’t recommend this business to any one. I had a used motor put into my car and I also needed tires for my car so I told them to give me 4 new tires with a wheel alignment after getting the car back I drove down the road and the wheel wobbled so I went back and asked them if they aligned the front end and the owner said I didn’t ask for a wheel alignment and I replied yes I did ask for a wheel alignment and it was back and forth that I didn’t ask for a wheel alignment and I said (who gets 4 new tires balanced with out an wheel alignment) then he tells me I needed a tie rod I would have paid for one if he would have told me that I needed one. After getting home I notice that they didn’t give me new valve stems. Now it’s been a while since I had the work done and I’m looking underneath my car and 2 motor bolts were never put in properly 1 didn’t have the nut on it and the other one the bolt backed out and was scraping against my front axle and that is why I’m writing this review. BAD EXPERIENCE and bad work by this place but he would probably have a excuse.
I am new in orange County and could not find any Auto Shop to work with me, but Ken was just so helpful and pleasant to work with. My car door got fix, and ABSOLUTELY, I will be keeping this shop in mind for all my car needs. See you in October.
Horrible company!!! This company towed my grandfather’s car after he had an accident. He paid the bill. He then learned he can be reimbursed through his insurance. He called, the claims department at his insurance company called, his insurance rep called, and they cursed and hung up. Apparently they only keep paper files and have no way to go back through them to help a senior citizen get reimbursed. They have no compassion and no heart. They can tow a car just fine, but their customer service is disgusting.
Best auto repair shop in the area, Other shops wanted to charge me over $200 to install my rear brakes & rotors (I already bought the parts) and this great shop only charged me $95 for 1 hour of labor to install my parts, This is now the only shop I will let do repairs on all my vehicles, Thank you so much for the fast work and great price :)
One of the best auto service stations I have ever used. Everything from body work (Thank you Kenny!) to any service your car may need. They will always find a way to fit you in on your schedule and never over charge for their services. I highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for auto service and will continue to use them myself in the future.
