Easily the worst managed Copart in I’ve experienced, from top to bottom. The management knowingly approving Sales of inaccurate vehicle listings. Worst location I’ve purchased from by far, And I purchase at least 5-6 cars a month from all locations.

Unbelievable I go into this Copart in newburgh and is was 3:30 they wanna go home the old lady treat me like shit. They don’t let me go in because my account is inactive and then I told them I have a brokers account they say no,, it’s too late so I drive like an hour and a half to check a truck and they look for any excuse for not letting me in definitely the worst Copart location i been ,,,,, I told the manager jack the situation and he said is too late?

The manager of this location is purposefully difficult and unwilling to accommodate a situation thelocation intentionally caused. Losing the keys to a unit, then not allowing a locksmith on site in order to rectify their mistake, even though in the pictures, the unit clearly had keys when it arrived. Just bad people at this location, but, you got to make a living somehow I suppose. Avoid this sublot if possible is my advice, whatever the deal you get on the vehicle will be lost in storage and incompetence.

The purchased my stolen car I paid 7,000 dollars for 900 dollars with a forged title and sold it for 7500 and refuse to admit it. I didn’t even know until I called the DMV and was told that it was retitled in a different state. I was hospitalized at the time of the transaction. The person that sold it to them doesn’t have power attorney over to hand over my title. The contract should be voided due to fraud yet they won’t give me my money or car back.

The worst place I have ever been. My appointment was scheduled for 10 AM. I drove to the office to pick up documents, and they told me to drive down, get the truck, and come back for the documents. After waiting for over 30 minutes in the loading parking lot, I asked the workers how much longer I had to wait, as I had a strict schedule. They told me I was next for loading, but the forklift driver had been standing still for 10 minutes. They told me to keep waiting. After 15 more minutes, the forklift driver stopped 200 feet away from my truck and signaled me with his finger. I signaled back for him to come closer. In response to my gesture, he shrugged his shoulders and drove to another driver. I approached him to clarify which truck I wanted to load, but he said he would skip me and drove away. I started recording a video of him serving another driver and ignoring me. In response, he stopped near me and said that filming was prohibited as it was private property and my appointment for the day was canceled. By that time, I had already waited 45 minutes in the parking lot. After that, the other auction workers approached me and started arguing that I had no right to film, that I didn’t approach when he signaled me, and that they would call the police if I didn't leave. They refused to give me the truck even after I offered to delete the video. I then went back to the office and explained the situation to the manager. After reviewing the situation, the manager also confirmed that I had no right to film on their property and suggested that I make a new appointment, return to the parking lot, and then they would give me the truck. I went back to the parking lot and, after half an hour, they gave me the truck on the condition that I delete the video I had recorded. It was strange that I had to escalate the issue to the managers because initially, they wouldn't agree to the same conditions. In total, I wasted 2 hours of my life just to pick up one truck. This is not the first time at this place where the customer service has been absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful towards the customer. You make money from selling your trucks, yet in return, the customer experiences delays, indifference to their personal time, terrible service, and rudeness. I transport trucks and have been to many auctions where such behavior towards customers is never allowed. Change your service because this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. 0 stars.

Be very careful with this company. Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience. I knew I was going to arrive a few minutes late and I called asking if I could arrive a little later than the time I was scheduled for, which was 3:00pm. The person who answered me told me that I could arrive until 4:00pm and he could load me. I arrived at 3:30pm and made an appointment at the place where they supposedly charge the cars. Around 4:40pm I was waiting for them to load the car, they canceled my order saying I wasn't there even though they had proof on the app saying I was there. They didn't care and one of the drivers tried to run me over with the tractor. I went to try to talk, and a man with tattoos all over his face turned around and told me to leave the place and that my order had been canceled. I tried to tell him that I had been there since 3:30pm but he just turned the tractor around and didn't care. I had to wait until the next day. They are not respectful or helpful at all. Unfortunately the people who load the cars down there are not the most polite and they will lie. I was talking to the supervisor and he didn’t seem to care, saying that he had to believe the guy who loads the cars since. Of all the companies I worked for, this was the worse experience I had. Be careful.

***BUYERS BEWARE: they have an appointment app system for our transporters & don’t honor it -they have the PD there to throw them out!!! I will do my best to steer customers away from purchasing @ this auction yard. Back in 2004, Copart drops thousands of their employees off a cliff on Thanksgiving. Then us buyers had to scramble to get transporters or pay heavy storages. We have awesome transporters & now they are trying to steal these hard working independent small business’ business. According to the anti-Sherman Act CoPart is a Straight up Monopoly and cornering this market. They are punishing transporters by unreasonable tactics and hoops to jump through to get a car. They are trying to take transports back again! Transporters need to rally and get a class-action suit going against this behemoth.

As a transporter I go to many different auto auctions and normally you have to wait online for paperwork and wait online again for cars it’s extremely time consuming…. But at Copart Marlboro ….. getting my paperwork is incredibly quick and easy Lori takes care of it personally and professionally and have never had a problem….. she is always pleasant and easy to deal with….Thank you Lori for all your help and thank you Copart Marlboro

The worst experience ever. We bought a Backhoe and when We picked it up the bucket (a costly part) was missing, We called customer service to claim it they said the part had been found and they asked when We're going to pick it up We told We need to plan it and We'll let them know ASAP. Once We had gotten the pickup date They said the part was missing again so We sent a presentative to speak with the manager at the yard since They never provided a phone number, when our man got there the part was on site but They Charged us $360 storage fee which is crazy.

If I could give a negative review I would. We bought a car from Jason outside of the auction everything was going great until we bought the car and he removed the head rest from the back seat without our knowledge and when we asked he basically said not his problem when we bought the car with everything in it. He said the car had nothing wrong but so much was wrong. Then he didn’t sign the papers fully we asked to meet and he agreed then the morning of he never showed.

I wish I could give less than one star. I visited this location to preview a car before purchasing. The listing was active when I got there and the agent verified this when I arrived. I went down to the yard to see the car and after waiting half an hour, they "couldn't find" the car. When I went back to the office, I waited another half an hour while the manager "tried to figure out what happened". I left - and a few minutes after I left, the listing was updated as sold. I think this car was sold in an arrangement off the website. Perhaps to a valued customer. This car didn't sell in the few minutes it took me to get from the office to the yard. This car was probably already sold. I don't care about the likely off website transaction or preferring certain customers, but you shouldn't waste other customers' time.

As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed help. I explained to the lady my situation and a few of them jumped into action. Unfortunately they were unable to help me but they did take my Information just in case my item appeared. After me losing hope I et a call from Laurie with good news She found my stuff and even took the initiative to return my belongings im sure if you ever encounter Copart you will have a great experience as well Thank you to the staff I appreciate ya

The drivers lie! Had an appointment to have my car towed (someone hit it and it is totaled). I call the previous Friday for an appointment at 3:30pm the following Monday and was told they would call me around 2:30 to confirm the appointment. Monday at 3 I had not received a confirmation call so I called the place. The man I spoke to seemed in a rush and a little annoyed and basically said they don’t usually call before hand but that my appointment is still there and the tow truck is on it’s way, even confirming the address so I know that was accurate. Come 7pm, my crashed car is still on the side of the road and no tow truck. I call the place and they are closed. Completely unprofessional. Not even a call to let me know the tow truck driver will be late. I only used this company because my insurance recommended them but I will be letting my insurance company know what happened and tell them to know recommend them again. Update: just called the following morning and the driver is claiming they attempted to call me yesterday. This is untrue as my phone was on high ring and I had no missed calls. My boyfriend and I also sat on our balcony for HOURS and no tow truck showed up ever. They said they can reschedule for tomorrow afternoon, which will officially make it a week after my car was totaled ? I would give 0 stars if I could.

These are the pictures from 4/25/2020 I have chosen first car from the list on their lot. Both pictures show the same vehicle. 1st picture represents the vehicle bought on January 12th 2020. The vehicle was taken from the lot to a "repair facility" where fake repair was performed. Than the vehicle was brought back to Copart on 04/09/2020 and will be sold soon to an unsuspecting victim. I have checked 85 random vehicles today and 71 of them were all done the same way as this one here. We see this every day. Copart in this location is supporting that kind of business. They make deceiving pictures of these vehicles and allow these crooks to operate the scam for more than 15 years now. I am sending this message directly to Mike Cassata the manager of this location. Mike look at the google score that your location is receiving. You are supporting an illegal business for years. I saw so many angry customers that purchased these vehicles and lost their life savings because of these crooks! Mike please start seeing the harm that your company is causing regular people and small repair facilities that try to make a living! People, please stop buying vehicles from this location! Check them out before you bid on google to see if the vehicle was previously sold. Lastly only buy vehicles that are listed directly by insurance companies and not third party providers (crooks).

The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful in assisting me after my vehicle was involved in an accident. They were kind, caring and even asked about other passengers well-being. This type of service was beyond my expectations- great job Copart

Don't do business with these crooks I bought a run and drive jeep It had frozen water in the throttle body when I received it They never started it ! LIES The headlight were drilled so water wouldn't show in pictures they use low resolution pictures also to mislead on damages So after I bought they ran a loader into the front and would not do anything about it Please register complaints on the way they mislead people

Website says they close at 5pm. That is for the yard, the office closes at 4pm and they are closed weekends. Good to know of you are traveling a few hours to get here. After reading the other reviews I was kind of concerned. But I had already bought my trailer on copart so I had expected the worst. Actually, it was very good. Customer service in the office was great. I got there 5 minutes before they closed and they took care of me. It was quick, they told me what I had to do since it was my first time there. Paid my storage fees and then I drove down to the yard. You take you paperwork to a forklift operator and they let you know where to go. They were helpful, they can't pick up trailers with their equipment so you drive in, hook up and that's it. It was painless.

Was told to leave my title and keys in car because it would be picked up while I was at work. They didn't come until almost 6 to pick up the car. I was also told a check would be left for me and the lady even asked where they should leave it, they never left it but still took my car. I am now waiting to recieve the check in the mail. Not a good experience!

There's been a change in management in that yard and from the past posts, it was long overdue. Out of the 20+ yards I have been to so far, this is by far the busiest. There were issues with all of my 5 items but Mike was great in dealing with them. Jackie in the office was very pleasant and showed genuine concern for the wait I had to experience. I can't say enough about Thomas, the yard manager. He was very helpful in dealing with a less than perfect load. Leave your attitude in the truck and find a great group right here folks. Loaders can't load you any faster than they're going!

This company is the absolute worst, most unprofessional company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with I was trying to donate my used vehicle to a charity and Copart was the vendor who would be doing the car pickup. I called Copart in mid-December and they weren't able to set a date for pick-up until mid January. They failed to show up on the appointed day and did not bother to call to cancel. When I called them, I was told I was taken out of the system for that day because they were too busy. If I hadn't called them, I never would have known. I then rescheduled the pick-up for a few days later and confirmed the day with customer service. For the second time, Copart failed to show up at my house and did not call. I waited for them from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. No call, no explanation, no show. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that no one was available and that I would be called back. No one ever called. I called again the next day with the same request. I was put on hold for so long that I finally hung up. I found another vendor for my car pick-up and had the whole thing taken care of in a few hours. How Copart can stay in business and how any charitable organization can use them as one of their vendors is beyond me. They should be run out of town. Horrible company, rude and discourteous. A train wreck.

I went here today, Dec 31s, New Year's eve. The staff was very friendly and helpful and quick. It was my first time visiting a COPART. The facility was modern and comfortable. I didn't even know my buyers ID number and they looked it up for me through my broker. I don't know how they could have provided better service.

Absolutely trash and deceiving. They did not list this car to have minor dents and scratches!! And you have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than them doing right thing and relisting the car correctly or giving you money back. And I have more deceiving stories from other Copart locations

Not sure what's up with the loaders here but every time u go there it's at least a 2 hour wait to get loaded. I usually only come for one car so it's not worth the wait unless you're loading a 10 car stinger.. i counted how many cars per hour one forklift driver loads and it was 3. Yes 3 cars. Office ladies are very efficient though

Don't even think about going there if you aren't willing to bribe the loading guy. My Driver had 5 hours wait, and they ignore you if you aren't holding up bribe money. Don't buy there. Don't go there. They are rude and unprofessional. Copart's are iffy at best, but this in the most unbelievable. Never got loaded. Had to leave.
