They did not do a fair assessment on the car, they overcharged on parts, they tore down my car without my permission, they stated the assessment is incomplete, but submits the assessment to the insurance, and when asking for the assessment information they stated it’s harassment and they no longer have that information in their system and the insurance blocked them. Which doesn’t make sense because they have everything in the system for all their clients and they decided to withhold important information on the car which is fishy. They tried to deem the car not drivable when it drove perfectly fine, and they complained about condition of the inside of the vehicle meanwhile they tossed the car parts from tear down and placing it inside the car making it dirtier and putting a screwdriver repeatedly into the gearshift. Another mechanic gave a fair and honest assessment that was a better price and gaydo’s stated it would be impossible to get a better assessment.

Anyways, These people were so happy to help I offered gifts in exchange for the service multiple times. Jeremy refused every time, got us back on the road & made us feel so comfortable at the same time.

I bought a brand new pickup truck for my new plumbing and heating business in September ‘23, then hit a deer and did serious cosmetic damage to the front corner from top to bottom in December. I called Gaydos and had them take care of it without hesitation. They took extreme care of both me and my truck as I needed it for my business and was my only source of transportation. When I got it back, I couldn’t even tell that anything happened. Looks as new as the day I picked it up. Go with Gaydos. You won’t be disappointed ??
Deer rammed our vehicle & the team at Gaydos fixed it up like it never happened. Really nice folks too! Great coordination with our insurance company so we didn’t have to be involved much. And they returned our vehicle in tip-top shape. All clean & shiny. Such a relief & a pleasure working with them!

I had hit a deer on the front driver side. My insurance company (Allstate) referred me to this repair shop to fix my headlight, bumper, and driver side fender.
Turnaround for the repair was about 3 days. The service was fast and friendly. Bob Gaydos Auto Body had my car all fixed up and looking like new. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Friendly staff and quick response time to my crash site. Excellent communication. From what I saw on location, if the insurance company didn't total my car out, I'd have definitely had BG effect repairs.
The door on my driver’s side wasn’t locking. I brought it to a body shop that my insurance recommended. They were going to charge me $1800 to replace the door. I brought it to Gaydos. Jessica looked at it and saw that a rubber piece was missing for a cost of $15. They are the best!
