Went here for an inspection must’ve been the fool of the day because they tried to sell over $800 in labor for ball joints that I didn’t need will not be returning here . Place will try to reach in ur pockets .

Excellent customer service in the shop and roadside. Labor rates are very reasonable for the quality of work. Roadside service showed up much faster than expected and the tow operator was awesome.

Great people here. They towed my vehicle and the driver safely off the highway quickly and gave me excellent service. Very much appreciated!

Man I had trouble with my car traveling. I met a guy name Joe and he was such a great soul. Helped me out a lot and gave me the confidence to make it to my destination. Any car troubles please stop at this shop. The people are great. He represents the company well

These guys were awesome! We were in town from out of state and got a screw in our tire. They were able to patch it in just a short time and get us on our way again! Was a fair price for the work too!

Last year I had a complete timing belt kit put into my 2012 Honda Accord at Rock Hill Auto ,i86. Last week the check engine light came on and the car was misfiring. I had the car towed to a different shop that I felt is more qualified to handle the check engine light and the misfire problem. When the mechanic opened up the engine he found that the Timing Belt was about 2/3 gone and the front valve bank was covered in orange gunk. The failure by Rock Hill Auto to replace the timing belt and adjust the tensioner correctly created the issue with the valves misfiring. The engine is killed and the car had to be scraped. I'm am extremely disappointed with Rock Hill Auto for doing such a sloppy job with the Timing Belt installation. I would not recommend anyone to use this business for their vehicle repairs. I wish I could give a Zero Star Rating for this business . Please see pictures attached to this review as proof of a horrible and sloppy job that probably cost me over $1000 a year ago.

Came in with a leaky tire. Patched up in less than an hour. Fast, efficient, reasonably priced and above all friendly service!

My car wouldn’t start at like 4am so I called triple A. Rodney from rock hill showed up and saved the day. He is a very nice person to have come out and offer more than enough help to me. It was freezing cold outside and I was truly stuck and have run out of options. Thanks again for everything Rodney! You went beyond the call of duty and I really appreciate that.

I called AAA because i locked my keys in the car and my battery died. Rodney arrived quickly within 10 minutes despite being told it would take up to 90 minutes for someone to arrive. He was efficient, pleasant for an 8 am call, and extremely helpful. He was able to open my car door within 5 minutes or less and get my battery running despite the freezing temperatures. He made sure we were OK before driving off. Thank you!

Got roadside assistance today from this company through AAA. The driver, named Rodney, provided a great service and took good care of my car. I needed a tow and a ride back home, I was not in the best of moods, but Rodney made my day better. Glad I met him. All the best brother

I got a flat tire on Rt. 17 East while heading home late on New Year's Day 2025. It was dark, cold, and windy. I called AAA and they dispatched Rock Hill Service Center to assist. Rodney Wilson was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He worked quickly, installed my spare, and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes! I offered him some home made white bean turkey chili as a "Thank You!" which he politely declined (LOL)!

Called AAA to tow my car from the Catskills to Queens at 6:30 am on a Sunday. Rodney came quickly, was super friendly, and the 2 hour drive was very enjoyable.

We got a flat tire on Route 17 and called AAA. Quincy from Rock Hill Service Center responded to the call. He jumped right in and discovered the hybrid car doesn’t have a spare but a repair kit which he knew how to use but the tire was beyond repair. He waited with us while AAA rerouted the request to a tow which Quincy was able to do. Quincy was very friendly and helpful and put us at ease. He helped make a stressful situation better!

I had a minor problem driving down route 17. Pulled in, they were extremely helpful and really nice. Fixed the car, at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

I went for annual inspection and found out I needed 4 new tires. They were ordered and installed to my satisfaction at a fair price. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. My only suggestion is that they need more comfortable seating in their waiting area. Thank you.

I was having issues with with my car maintaining tire pressure per warnings on my dash. I called RHCS and was told to bring my car over. They checked all my tires, reset my computer, and test drove it. Amazing service! Thank you so very much for turning my day around : )

A deer walked into my sideview mirror 😬 Jim and the folks Rock Hill service center fixed my mirror and made it like new. Pleased with the service received, and they were close to home. I was able to bring my car in the same day of the call I made to get looked at. My mirror model needed to be ordered, but once it was received, I was practically in and out of the shop. Will be back for any work thats needed in the future! Thank you!!!

Sean came out yesterday on *The 4th of July* to rescue us from the side of the highway and drove us and my van 2 hours from Monroe to Oneonta area when at least 5 other places that AAA called first declined the call! He was a real sweetheart and even took us the root with the shorter mileage to keep the cost lower. He said he was happy to find a new way to go! Helped us save $100 that way! He was very kind and professional and I would recommend him and their towing service to EVERYONE!! a million stars if I could! I was recently leaving work when I drove into an area of dirt road that was very soft from rain and construction. My front tires sank into the mud and my car got stuck. I called Rock Hill Service, but they were closed. Within five minutes, I received a phone call from Danny at Rock Hill Service. He told me he'd be right there to help. He arrived in five minutes, assessed the situation and towed my car out as carefully as he could. He then put my bumper back together, checked my car over and told me to call him if I had any problems getting home. I can't say enough good things about Danny and Rock Hill Towing. Great company with great and caring employees.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. My timing belt broke on the highway on a late Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately the force of the break also destroyed my car's engine. I was several hours from home, midway to Syracuse to be with my severely injured daughter who had just been hospitalized and operated on. AAA recommended them as the closest garage. Needless to say I was in quite a state. Not only did the staff wait for me for at least an hour past their regular closing time, they saw to it that I made it to the closest car rental facility. They did their best to repair my 2003 Mitsubishi, but could not find parts they felt were safe to use. They stored my car for several weeks while I sorted things out and even gave my new (used) car a complimentary inspection. They went above and beyond the call of duty at very little benefit to themselves. I hope to do business again with them someday. Awesome people.

We had an engine issue 6 hours from home on a Saturday afternoon and luckily happened to be right in front of Rock Hill Service. These guys didn't hesitate to get us in and got us back on the road within an hour. Price was more than reasonable and the guys were great! Thanks!
