They are very honest. I was expecting that I needed a much bigger job done to fix my heating system. It took very little time and was a reasonable cost.
I was really impressed with their service. I was stuck upstate and needed a major repair done, but could only reach them later in the day. To help me out, they had someone stay after hours to make sure I could get home with my family that same day. The staff was wonderful to deal with—highly recommended!
A fantastic Garage with great customer service! I called for two inspections at a very unhelpful time for my cars and they were not only accommodating, but fast! I couldn't be happier.

Three vehicles went in (running) for minor repairs and all 3 were returned stripped and inoperable, and were only returned because the DMV made him.
This Is how I found the vehicles on the day I came to pick them up. Body damage, missing parts and holes in the gas tank that leaked right up until it went on the trailer.
He somehow got some images removed. I’m putting them back up.

Russell’s Garage are excellent mechanics. They are honest and always give 100% to help their customers. I highly recommend them but I suggest you call for appointments ahead of time.
They are TOP in customer service!! They try to save you money and take responsibility for their slip ups - which was promptly and completely remedied. They are personable and professional. I recommend everyone to use them! All nice people there. And because they are so popular, you should expect to have to make an appt for them to check out your vehicle. So call before going to them.
Had to be towed and Mike was there within 15 minutes. Reasonable tow rate and fixed my car in a reasonable time at a reasonable rate. Would do business here again!
I live about a half-hour away from Russell's Garage...late one afternoon, my car broke a belt as I was backing down my driveway. Russell's Garage sent a tow truck out within the hour (the tow truck driver was super nice; he told me that they accept emergency tow calls 24 hours a day); they were able to get parts (the serpentine belt and a pulley to replace one that malfunctioned) and do the repair the very next day, at a fair price. I was quickly back on the road! Thank you so much, Russell's Garage...I am grateful that you are in the area, and I will be back.
Have estimate in my hand , tried to give me an estimate for a part that's almost brand new , gave me a $ 741.00 estimate on my car that only needed 6 spark plugs to fix the problem on my car. Yes , found a mechanic that was honest with me. I've been going to Russell's for almost 2 years so don't know how many times I've been ripped off by Michael but have every receipt that my new mechanic is going to go through just to see how much he's over charged me for parts etc for 2 years. I am very disappointed with Michael. On top of it the last year I had cancer , on chemo , surgeries and had to quit work so Michael has been ripping my friends and family off who has paid to fix my car.
He has screwed us for the last time.
Best of the best, professional, experienced, have the tools and equipment to diagnose and replace whats needed not just wasting your money on parts like other repair shops. Done right the first time. Ryan and his crew are awsome!
Honest & hard-working mechanics. Have helped my family and I out on multiple occasions when we were having issues with our car whether it was a broken headlight, alternator replacement, brake jobs, oil changes, etc. Highly recommend.
Got a huge hole in my back tire and normally my insurance takes hours to find someone (all I needed was a spare switch or a plug) but russels was right at wal mart and came ASAP. 💟

I went to one stop on Wednesday if they did a horrible job on my break told me my back brake pads and rotors look good I heard grinding went to Russell's they fix everything at a fair price to awesome timing highly highly recommend
I have dealt with this company before and they were good but I was told over the phone I have to wait an entire week for a vehicle inspection which would only take minutes. To me that's ridiculous

Super local service station....recommended by Sherman's Garage when we had a "mishap" with our farm tractor. Driver came right out and got the tractor righted and helped get it out of the way. Very reasonable price, friendly and helpful office staff, timely service. Thanks!
