What you see is exactly what you get from this place. I unfortunately had to deal with them after a relative dropped her vehicle here. Huge mistake.
Place looks like a junkyard, everything is disgusting from the second you walk onto the property. The shop, The office, The parking lot absolute filth.
Poorest communication in the world. Just simply wanted to know the status of my sisters car at some points. "call back in 10 minutes" "call you at the end of the day" "hes on lunch will call back in an hour" None of it ever happens. The only way I could really resolve anything was driving to the dump of a shop.
I was given a bill for over 600 dollars for a car that didn't run when it got there(almost 2 weeks ago) and also didn't run when I got it towed today. They admitted they don't know what's wrong with it. I attempted to settle with Behan for a normal fee for labor for someone that was unable to diagnose a car. I thought this was more than fair as my sisters car is literally in the same or possibly even worse condition than it was 2 weeks ago.
I tried to pay with a credit card, the place didn't even have the ability to take a card...
Ended up wasting my own time which is fine but wasted Fallsburg PD and Prestige towing's time which I personally disliked.
I definitely learned today what it seems most of the county already knew.
I might have just accomplished the single most efficient chore of my life. I got there, dropped my key off, told them what i needed, went for a jog, came back, picked up my key, paid, and left.

I have never been here before but my local guy was closed on Saturday and I really needed the brakes done on my extra vehicle. I picked up the brakes and they did the work same day done in 2 hours. No complaints I'll be going back if I need something and my regular guy is not available.
I was in a panic on the side of the highway with a flat tire, a broken lug nut lock, and a camper. The person who picked up on the other end of the phone did their absolute best to accommodate me, calm me down, and find a resolution to the problems at hand. I highly recommend their customer service!!
