He had my car for 7 months. When I got it back it was worse than when I dropped it off. None of the work was done that was supposed to be. We had other mechanics that were willing to do this job but he kept telling me he was getting to it and not to pick up the car. When I did pick up the car it was barely able to make it home and my key was rusted. And the ignition was completely messed up. In the brand new tires that were on the back were swapped out.
Very professional. Always on point. Great service always welcoming. Great experience. The job done is always spectacular. 5 star is not enough for the service they provide. Absolutely amazing!!!
Took my car to Nick & Son’s auto repair to get my front bumper fixed and painted, and it came out great. The paint matches perfectly, and the car looks brand new again. They are super honest, friendly, and easy to work with; I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop in the area.
I took my car in for an oil change and they were expecting me. That is a wonderful feeling. On top of that it took less then 20 minutes and I was on my way. While waiting the young lady at the front desk and I had a wonderful conversation and forgive me for not remembering your name. She made my experience a more personable experience and for that I'm truly greatful to everyone there at Nick & Sons. A special shout out to Cindy who gave me the information so that I could find the auto repair shop. I appreciate you and Nick very much. I highly recommend that everyone bring there business there because you are treated like family.
Good people. Know what they are doing, work with you. Can't beat it, however, they are pretty busy because they are so great but they can always slide you in if their schedule is right.
