Sam was great to deal with, his response times were quick, was available on the weekend and was able to get us special equipment to fit our requirements. He and Mark also came and helped design and install a racking system for a new section of the warehouse. I would recommend Sam and the team at PMT 10/10 times!

What an amazing company! We Needed a part For our Heavy equipment company and called a Company that we’ve been working with for years. Not only did he not get back to me for over two weeks, he didn’t have it in stock. We called PMT Forklifts in West Babylon , Rose set up a Business account so quickly with Julie, and Tony helped me when I was on the phone with him. Great customer service. I started using PMT about a year ago. And I have not been disappointed since. They service both my 5000 and 15,000lb lifts, on all PM's and repairs. They show up when they say they're going to. And they even have loners for big repairs so you're not down without a lift. I highly recommend them. Keep up the great work PMT. ANRON
Great overall experience from the moment I called about making a purchase. Our forklift died and within a day or 2 we were able to purchase a brand new forklift from PMT and they help with removal of our old unit, provided a temporary loaner till new unit arrived. Constant contact throughout the whole process. Whenever we reached out with questions or status updates, we received responses immediately. I would highly recommend MT forklift.
Sean was on top of his game for me and my company. We needed a forklift with very tight measurements and specifications, and he was with us every step of the way. He answered all of our questions, confirmed details with the manufacturer and was on site the day of delivery to ensure this lift was what we needed. Thank you PMT for excellent all-around service!
Needed a new battery and charger for my forklift and I found myself at PMT Forklift. Best decision ever. Sean helped me out so much throughout the process. Mark was very informative and easy to work with as well as Kathy. We had a big meeting at our office and they accommodated us for two separate certification classes on the same day. Paul was also fantastic, our guys truly appreciated coming out to the office.
