Easy going experiance. I did not feel pressure and they gave me a great price for a great car. A few weeks later I had a small issue, and the took care of it immediately. Johnny and Joe are great. Highly recommend, and I send all my friends who need a car there.

This was our best used car buying experience. Jhnny was extremely helpful in working through various financing approaches and working with us on the price. He even delivered the car and the papers to our location knowing we were stuck using Uber. The final title and papers were available within a few days and he personally delivered those as well. We are very happy with our purchase. The car is awesome and we have a new friend. We highly recommend buying from Reiners.

I will say I still have the car running well. No mechanical problem the price was grate. The only disappointment I have is, the Air conditioning system is not working. Since I purchase the car in the winter I didn't check the Ac system. I only check the heat at the time. The heat works great. I call the dealership when I found out, and their response was, I purchased the car as it is. I feel like there was some sort of misleading there because I wasn't informed about that part but life goes on I take the losses. The car is a 2013 Dodge dart

Horrible experience with salesman and owner. Bought a 2015 BMW in April of 2024. Title paperwork was lost and had to open a case against them with the DMV and finally issued title in feb 2025. The owner never returned my calls when he said he would. I would call a day after he said he would and he acted like he was just going to call me. They never followed through and always had different excuses on why paper work was lost. I had to open a case with the dmv and was told they will get a slap on the wrist. When I stepped into office I told them I had leukemia and didn't want no problems. First problem was mileage didn't match ad because salesman told me he drove it for a while. They did take off some money because of that but then customer service went downhill from there. I have bought cars for over 40 years and never had this problem of buying a car with no title. Please what ever the owner says in his response dont believe his lies. I have texts and paperwork to back all this up. Ask him about car max car and titles. He told me that he opened a case with the DMV also but funny thing is the DMV never contacted me about his case nor did they say there was a case when I filed mine.

.You are telling lies and I have the texts also. Do you feel its ok for a customer to have so many texts to you after a sale of a car? I had to do the leg work and goto DMV for the car to be inspected and I had to file a complaint . I have paperwork and texts to back this up. You did not take $2k off the car for falsely advertising the mileage in the ad, you refunded the credit card processing fee of about $450 . My car was left at your place for a few hours so I can get a buddy to drive me back to pick up car not days like you state. You also bothered me at 6pm on a Saturday about my review on google that I had to block your phone number. You were fined $425.07 from DMV as u stated for doing everything right??? You sent me one temporary registration that expired in August of 2024. Show me proof where you sent me 7 months of temp registration?? I have the texts telling you it expired and you did nothing about it the second time. Its February of 2025 and with the help of the DMV(not you) I finally have a title for a car I bought in April of 2024. Even the fact that you said the title was mailed to me is false because its takes several weeks after the matter is settled to receive one I was told by the DMV. My "condition" is leukemia and I did say some naughty words to a grown man after being ignored for weeks at a time. For you to defend this with lies like you took 2k off the price is very sad. You have my address so send me proof of that. The kicker is your last text to me before i blocked you was and I quote "Whatever concentrate on your health and not this lousy BMW. You messed up the handling of my title and timely responses to my texts so just move on, I never asked for any money or special treatment nor did I return the car like you stated I could(you never said at full price) You made it so that was my only option to get rid of the car if I needed to because I couldn't resell it on the open market for what price I chose since I didnt have a title. Send me any proof to back up your claims and I will revise this review, especially the 2k off and the 5 days leaving my other car at your mechanic {which I see is out of business or moved} video proof of car on lot not one of your friends saying it was there..

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this place so far, and they all have worked flawlessly. Whenever I have a set budget, Jhony always respects it, and gives me options that fit the bill. So I’ve always left with a working vehicle in great conditions, and within budget. Definitely come here for well kept vehicles, no bad lemons here!

I recently bought a 2012 Nissan Sentra from Rieners Auto Sales. I was kinda nervous because I've never had any luck with used cars especially when they are that old. I was not disappointed! I have to share my experience since it's been a very positive one with Reiners Auto Sales. We purchased a BMW back in 2023 from them and the car was a great value with a no hassle experience. The reason for this review is because we started having a couple of issues recently with the car and decided to reach out to them for some advice because I was getting nowhere with getting it repaired elsewhere. Without hesitation they not only offered help in getting it repaired but also saved me money in the process. They really stand behind their sales and I will certainly recommend them to anyone shopping for a car. It's good to see nowadays there are still businesses that try to do the right thing.

It the world of small business there is nothing more important than a shop keeper’s word. The staff at Reiner’s represent everything you wish the used car business could be. Owner Johny and his sales person, Joe, really helped make this a smooth transaction. Everything was upfront and the pricing never changed. No hidden fees. Not bait and switch. No “financed” pricing. Instead of going to a major dealer I came here fell in love with the prices and cars here. So I decided to buy a benz test drove it car drives great so I bought it . Drove off the lot Everything was legit got my title to my car with no problem customer service 6 stars . I purchased a 2013 Land Rover LR4. Within the first 2 weeks it had transmission issues. I called Johny, advised him that I couldn't drive it to him. To my surprise, he said, he'll take care of it immediately. He arranged for a tow truck to pick it up @ my home, & within a few days due to the holidays, he called me to advise that it was ready & what was done to repair it. I had the BEST experience with Reiners. They helped me as a single mom without much automotive knowledge get a reliable used car far my 17 year old daughter. Im always worried as a single woman with to walk in to dealerships and be taken advantage. Johnnie was incredible to work with. He helped me get the right car for the right price. He even had their mechanic make some adjustments at my request before the purchase. He is very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we were happy. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this auto sales group! I came in looking for a pick up truck after chasing down many dead ends for weeks. Johnny spent a good amount of time with myself and father figuring out what exactly I was looking for and did research to see what he had in his own inventory that would match my criteria in my price range. Never did I feel that I was being pushed or forced into anything I didn't want, which many other places have done. I was also extremely impressed with his in depth knowledge of every vehicle he had on his lot.
