Eric and Amber are really great people. The service is great. The shop is quick turn around. I bring my trucks here that I rely on for my livelihood, so that should say something.
Fast & prompt service. However, Eric replaced additional parts without informing me of the extra cost. It happens for a 2nd time. Not very professional.
I've been going to Mariner for over 15 years, and have always had a good experience. I recommended them to family and friends, who all had positive feedback too.
What a gem of a business!! Our car battery failed us on vacation and we were lucky to be referred over to Mariners. Eric the owner greeted us and immediately took control of the situation. Not only did he take good care of us but he went above and beyond, sending us off with fresh oil and wiper fluid. The customer service was beyond impeccable. They were genuinely concerned for us and interested in knowing us as people. The place itself is clean, obviously well run and family oriented. We feel so fortunate to have found them!
This place is the best out in the Hamptons. I've taken my Jeep to other mechanics in the past but now I only let Eric work on my JK....He is extremely knowledgeable, well priced, super friendly, with no pretense.....and best of all Honest. I won't just let anyone work on my Jeep......but Mariners I trust and so should you. You won't be disappointed.

Quality work done in a completely professional and courteous manner. Reliable standing behind all repairs. Great value for any necessary work done. It is rare that I've felt this confident with any auto service shop!
Helpful, professional and straight to the point.
Coolant fluid was leaking, went there after finding it on google. They spotted the issue immediately. 10 minutes later we had the solution. On top of that they included an inspection and repaired my AC.
So far so good. What else is there to say.
Mariners Auto saved the day! This is by far the best Auto Repair shop that I have ever dealt with - the Owner and employees were attentive, thorough, fair and fast - all in all an absolute pleasure to work with. After a stressful day of car trouble and a long ride on a tow truck - they really helped to make the best of a bad situation, put a smile right back on my face and got me back out the door and on the road in record time. I really can't thank them enough, I only wish that I lived closer so that I could make Mariners my full time go-to repair shop - HIGHLY recommended!
