I had to have a very, very old car that was ready for the junk yard towed today. It was very challenging because of the age of the car it had extreme frame rot which required real professional finesse to safely get the car onto the flatbed truck. The driver, Carlos took the time necessary to get the job done properly and safely with no damage to my property. I greatly appreciate his professional approach to the situation. I definitely would use Figueroa Towing in the future if needed and I highly recommend them !
I was very happy with the driver he showed up earlier than expected knocked on the door and was very patient while I removed items from my vehicle so he could tow it to the auto shop. I would definitely recommend this towing company for any other needs
Car wouldn’t start and roadside assistance hooked us up with Figueroa. Arrived in less time than what was estimated and was so friendly / helpful in answering questions over the phone (ie, was it ok to tow to a dealership that was closed). The gentleman who arrived to tow our car was also so kind and professional as well. Can’t say enough positive things in what was a stressful situation.
These guys are number one car stopped running called these guys up fast and courteous people and if they tell you it’s gonna be 15-20 it’s gonna be that I love the honesty and transparency
The driver got to me very quickly. He made the process easy as well. I think altogether it was an hour between waiting, getting the car up on the truck and dropping it off. Usually you wait hours for a tow truck to come
I do not know anyone from Figuroa personally . They are a 5 star tow company. On time, safety conscious and and they pay attention to detail and their customers. They transported a classic motorcycle for me like it was their own. Osmond the driver did a fantastic job. Try them, you won't be disappointed.
I'm so grateful for Figueroa towing. And especially to Carlos, who came out in the middle of a freezing cold night to help get my dead electric vehicle to a charging station. The first station was down for maintenance but Carlos was so patient while I arranged through my roadside assistance to have him bring me to the next station. He had to load & unload the car twice but despite all this he was so kind about it, & he maintained a friendly and pleasant demeanor the whole time which really helped calm my stressed nerves. He also hung around each time to make sure the car was charging before attempting to leave, which I appreciate so much. Carlos, Thank you very much for all your help & making sure I got there safe and sound. 10/10 I would recommend their towing services.
