My very first encounter with prime towing my car had broken down, I called numerous places and everyone was a wait, but not at prime towing@ he was there within the hour! Very very reasonable prices as well!, a few weeks later I needed a car towed from an accident he came immediately! He even went out of his way due to my crazy work schedule and brought me my plates and items left in the car. I will ALWAYS use prime towing and refer anyone I can to him!
They were very good from the phone call to the pick up of my vehicle. They were cheaper than the other company we originally called and they let us know what time they will be there to pick up our car and what time they would drop it off. I would totally recommend them.

They have Illegally took my vehicle that I still have a title to and is refusing to give me my vehicle back unless I pay them a $175, which is a towing fee, which I didn't even have the vehicle towed. Somebody else did without my permission and lied to have it towed. I also have a police report that states. It was illegally towed, and Mr. MO will not answer my phone calls or in any way. Help me get my vehicle out of his yard. I recommend nobody use this towing company because they will lose their vehicles and anything they had valuable in them

My tie rod broke I called them they showed up dropped it where I asked to have it dropped. And showed up when he said he was and charged what he said no hidden charges. Would definitely recommend them hands down
Great service, very sweet gentlemen helped me out, my car died in an area with no cell service and he was so kind and accommodating to pick me up 2-3 miles down the road where I could get cell service and drive to the car with me then 40 minutes home. 10/10 would recommend, I have never used a tow service before but this was a amazing first experience.
