Ive been using firestone for all of my autocare needs for several years. Ive found them to be honest and professional and its easy to get an appointment. I definitely recommend them!

Just changes oxygen sensor yesterday and paid over $500 and it came back on. I have no idea what happened and afraid to go back and they say it’s different issue and pay for something else. Anyway I will have to contact them again tomorrow and find out

Eddie was wonderful! He got the tires I was looking for and price matched them. He set up installation before the upcoming snow storm even though they were very busy since everyone was trying to get in before the snow.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years. The most embarrassing part of this whole experience is that I actually told my sister, 'These guys always manage to fix my vehicle,' right before dropping it off. I vouched for this shop, and they completely let me down. I brought my Jeep in for a misfire. They charged me over $300, replaced a battery terminal, and assured me they test drove it and the jerking was gone. They were wrong. The tech replaced the battery terminal before scanning the engine, which wiped the computer's memory. They charged me $118 to scan a blank computer, found 'no codes,' and sent me home. The jerking came back 20 minutes later. I had to fix it myself in my driveway with a OBD Scanner & $20 spark plugs (Code P0303). I feel foolish for trusting them and recommending them to my family.

Very happy with this place. The mechanics stayed after hours to complete my car today. Gary is wonderful. Very respectful too!

First time here for a nail in the tire. Repaired quickly while I waited on a Saturday without a prior appointment. The place was a bit busy with lots of customers but the people and staff were friendly and appeared to really enjoy working there. Total cost to fix a flat including taking off and replacing the wheel on my car with special locking nuts was $32.63, very reasonable rates. They fixed the tire without any fuss and didn't try to sell me a new tire. Very happy with the service although I just realized last time I had fine to the nearby Pep Boys and received excellent service. Regardless, both of these stores are very good in my experience for tire issues.

My car needed an inspection recently (and had some maintenance issues) and Firestone in Port Jeff Station has given me reliable service for years. The guys who work there are WONDERFUL. Gary D is great -a straight-shooter who gives a woman like me (who knows NOTHING about cars) advice I can trust. Happy to give them 5 Stars!!

Took my Grand Cherokee in to replace 2 back tires. Gary was very helpful, went over pricing and helped get me the tires the next day. When I got my truck home I realized they had scratched the rims when changing the tire. I brought it back and Eddie immediately set up an appointment to have the rims refinished/fixed. Their customer service was above & beyond. I would highly recommend using the guys at Firestone in Port Jefferson as they are consummate professionals!!!

I am always satisfied with my service experiences at Firestone in Port Jefferson. I have had several services performed on my Nissan Altima from new tires and rebalancing to oil changes and new brakes (today’s service). Gary was the Manager this evening and was super professional and the service was performed quickly and efficiently… all of the managers are polite and explain the options you have when repairing your vehicle. They also endeavor to complete needed services economically. Keep up the great job Firestone - I will be a repeat customer .

The Firestone team at the Port Jefferson location was excellent to work with. Eddy went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, helped me find the correct tire size, and even hooked me up with some savings and a mail-in rebate. Super professional and friendly service — I’m really glad I came here to get my tires done!

I live out of state, caught a bolt in the sidewall of my tire and had to leave in the AM. Paul, gary and the rest at this Firestone saved the day. Had a new tire and checked the rest in under an hour! Fast and reasonable cost! Highly recommend 👌

Shout out Mike! I came in for an oil change and somehow left with a new perspective on life. The guy at the counter whispered “synthetic blend” like it was a secret prophecy, and suddenly I could see through time. While my car was in the bay, I swear I heard the mechanics chanting in perfect harmony — either Gregorian monks or the Beach Boys, hard to tell. They gave my Camry fresh oil, but also, in a way, they gave me fresh oil. I don’t know what that means, but I feel it in my bones. My dipstick is shinier, my soul is quieter, and my glove box feels funny. I wanted my tires rotated but instead I feel I was rotated…

Had an appointment for 10am - oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Dropped it off at 9:50am. At 12, was told my car was being worked on and it would be another hour. Nobody touched my car until 12:43pm. Work complete at 1:20pm. I wouldn’t mind the wait if I was told it would be a while, but there were also other customers who showed up after me & were helped before me. Not sure how they decide who gets taken first (especially when I wasn’t getting any major services done) but seems like an appointment doesn’t really mean anything here.

I've been a long standing customer of Firestone since the mid 1990's. I used to say that I was solely responsible for paying the quarterly rent on the building and the technicians salaries,I was there so much but that was some time ago. Things have since changed and I have since sold the account draining vehicles. I'm always treated respectfully when I need to schedule an appointment and when I am on site. Wait times vary depending upon the influx of vehicles, but typically times to wait are reasonable. The technicians are top notch. They're the only techs that I allow to touch or work on my vehicles. It appears as though management has been greatly improved and upgraded in this location, which has been an even greatly customer experience. All in all, I feel as though the parts and labor pricing as of late has been much more fair since new management, in this location. Good people, I've known most of the staff in this location for quite a long time.

Would rate a 0 if possible. Took my car in this Sunday afternoon around 2 pm for a simple battery inspection and a tune-up (if needed) and was told by the receptionist they could get me in before the end of the day (5 pm). Considering the volume of cars in front of me, I decided to wait there patiently. While waiting, I would see multiple walk-ins come in with more complicated complaints which would receive service right away and would leave right away. After waiting for about 2 hours (4pm), the receptionist came over to me and questioned if I planned on leaving the car behind as they were too busy. If that were the case, I would've went elsewhere 2 hours ago!!! Very dissatisfied with the service and will not be returning.

I needed an exhaust repair on a Saturday and Paul and the Firestone Team came through. They took my car right away and put it on the list to inspect. All was explained immediately without any hesitation and a price quote. In less than an hour, my car was repaired. Could not be happier with the service. This is my second time with another car and I would not hesitate to come back.

Eddie and his staff provided excellent customer service. Eddie went above and beyond advocating for me with the warranty company to ensure my repairs were covered. The work was completed quickly and Eddie patiently explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!!

Hands down the GO TO tire shop in Suffolk. I had a screw in my tire, called 10 minutes before closing and these amazing people we're willing to get my car in and fixed. They were honest and reasonably priced and after waiting for 2 hours at Mavis then being told to come back tomorrow because they were closing. Just can't say enough good things. The entire crew are angels.

I needed a New York State Inspection and decided to go to the Firestone Store in Port Jeff Station. This was the friendliest place I have ever frequented to get a car inspection. While I was there, an elderly customer with a walker was trying to get credit card approval for the work that was done and at first approved. The store manager was very empathetic and adjusted the cost of the completed work. This was a first in my experience as well. I highly recommend this business that employs competent, friendly, helpful workers. They do quality work and are good people. 5 stars are not enough.

Always greeted with a smile from the front desk. The staff is very professional when explaining everything. Work is always done on time. Mechanics always take great care of your vehicle. I've been a customer for over twenty years. I've never had a problem with Firestone. Keep up the good work 👏 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
