Needed a relay for my truck. Guy close to 6' tall helped me. Sorry I didn't catch his name. Computer was acting up that day but instead of making a fuss about it he did it the old school way and got the part I needed. Price was fair service was excellent. Good business highly recommend.

THESE PEOPLE SUCK DRIVE 30 MILES TO PICK SOMETHING UP THAT THEY SAID THEY HAD ONLY TO BE TOLD WE COULD NOT FIND IT. MAKES YOU WONDER HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS.

Guy answering the phone should get an attitude check. Called for help with an online order and received a snarky attitude ridden response.

The counterperson was surely and had a bad attitude Like I was bothering him and the store was Deserted. he told me. To go back to the manufacturer with the Vin number. Because she couldn't tell me what part to Get needed. I didn't argue with him. Because oldsmobile has been closed for a long time

I bought some Eneos oil there. All good!

Best place for parts! If they don't have it in hand they can get it for you. I've purchased plenty of parts from them over the years and will continue to do so. One of the last true auto parts stores in the area. The crew is great to talk with.

The counter person was very helpful and even though they didn't have everything I needed in stock he was able to have it for me the next day.

So I stopped in last night due to a very bad experience that I had up the road at Mavis in Port Jeff Station. These guys were not only very receptive but they were heartfelt and I know for an auto parts store this may not be important or usual but for me it mad a big impression. Thank you guys! I would go out of my way to stop here and suggest anyone needing anything stop in they are a great bunch.
