I bought a case of beer that had a mail in rebate...mailed it out 5 months later..still nothing...called the store of course they can't help. Funny I bought it from your store. Your flyer had the rebate in it
Friendly staff and will accept cans and bottles for rect if properly sorted without you having to load each individual can or bottle by hand into one of their three or four machines.
Nearly impossible to shop this place when 95% of the product doesn’t have a price label or price sticker. The counter person said I have to ask at the counter how much any product costs. Not worth the hassle.
They do seem to have a large selection but very few items have a price displayed. Strange way of doing business. I found an item that did display a price and it was a good deal. When I went to the register I was overcharged. When I explained that there was a price posted, he reduced it with no questions asked. I’ll stick with The supermarket.
They don't have what you want. Ask them to order what you want and they try to snow you even in the Summer. "Oh we don't know why that particular one of the largest American distributers won't fill our order"
For those of us with few other options near by it is ok but they are often out of stock on the beer you are looking for and the staff are a dice roll %20 are good and polite %50 are indifferent and %30 are plain rude. If you have another option use that but if you’re looking for big name beers they’ll usually have it and you can get what you’re looking for.
The Manager on duty was great, very helpful and Professional. There prices are better than other distributors, they have a great selection of imports and specialty beers. Worth the trip to check it out.
OH man, what can I say.... freakin awesome! They have taps, imports, craft and good old American standards. Great deals. Look around, take your time, discover hidden gems. They are very knowledgeable, not pushy and big selection. Cold display is huge, ciders, beers, spiked water; a lot of choices. I love the 12pack specials for under 12bucks; good beer. And super cheap stuff with great flavor; Crazy Cowboy oh yeah. A must! Kegs to go, ice, bottle return. Great
Great place, great selection of beers, cask knowledge from Jeff and Evan. These guys know their stuff and can recommend something for your taste and preference.
Not as great a selection as you would think given the name, beer city. That being said, it had one I hadn't seen anywhere else, so I have to give it good marks for that! But it was missing some good local (Long island and NYC) breweries that was dissapointing. But the ability to make your own 6 pack is also great. Given how many great beer stores I've been to on long island, I can't give it a 5 star.

This place is massive! Plenty of craft beer, including make your own six pack, and growlers to go. They also carry plenty of the standard beer, as well. I will definitely be coming back here.
