Stacks hits different. I've never felt so welcomed at the mechanics in my life. Been there twice now with different staff and all the gentlemen have high qualities of customer service and hospitality. Kinda wanna gatekeep but they deserve 5 stars.

Change to go on a road trip, I called and TJ told me bring the car in and the services was provided the same day! I was extremely impressed that they added me to their busy schedule, this is how their clients are treated. Stacks auto team can be trusted and their work is top tier. I’ve never had an issue with their work, from brake pad changes to tire replacement always great service. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!
First time using Stack's after a recommendation from my son. Very pleased with the care n time they took to asses what needed to be done. Very nice waiting area. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very busy place. They must be doing something right . My car rides like a dream ! Thank You TJ!
Recently moved back to Long Island after many years being gone. I knew Stack's would still be my auto place because they ALWAYS did well by me, but the fact that I walked in and TJ remembered me like it was yesterday made me feel valued. There are so many mechanic but this place is the only one I've found that honest and makes it their responsibility to make you feel like you're family. Stacks will ALWAYS be my place now that I'm back
I usually don’t trust mechanics or anyone with my car honestly but these guys at Stacks Auto are beyond trust worthy AND they ensure the most safety when fixing your car. Also they are respectful men who honor genuine people and they are also affordable!

Needed to be first in and out and that is what Stack's provided. Made my appointment a few days in advance for that purpose and Stack's was accommodating. They also had the windshield wipers I like in the correct size.

The team at stacks went out of their way to help me when iI I a flat tire. Unbeknownst to me I hadn’t changed my tires since 2017. Eek. With the winter ahead I knew it was best to get them replaced the gave me a great price for 4 tires, drove me home, fixed them in 1.5 hours, picked me up. All so quick and they were so amazing all if the staff. I’ve lived here a long time and never went there but there I’d no doubt I will be going back again. Thank you to all of the members of the stacks team!!!

I've never been treated so WELL by any garage in 55 years of car ownership. My truck broke down and we Ubered home. I called Stack's Auto right around closing time. The next day they picked up the key, got my truck, fixed and had it back by the end of the day. Staff is friendly courteous and they go the extra mile for their customers. They don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need which is the main reason I use stacks, they’re trustworthy.
Team did a phenomenal job with our Subaru. They are very friendly, reasonably priced, and their pickup and drop off service is amazing, rather than spending money on an uber back and forth. Highly recommend!
First time at Stacks and it was a wonderful experience. Dropped car off for the morning appointment and they gave me a ride to work. They notified me when the work was done and picked me up after my work day ended to grab my car. Will be returning for any/all other services.
Brought my SUV for inspection, immediately felt like I was dealing with some good guys. They were able to fit me in for a first appointment the next day. Took care of worn out brakes/rotors and a cracked rear mirror, while giving me a loaner car so I could get to work. Very reasonable pricing and excellent service, honestly can't say I've left a shop with a better feeling. Would use them again and recommend to anyone in the area.
My first time visiting Stack's, went in for a brake inspection/service and oil change. Dropped my car in the morning, and was provided a ride back home by the shop's super friendly driver, Mickey.
Jake provided a clear explanation of the condition of my car's brakes/rotors, and followed with an estimate before starting the replacement. I was able to get my car back the same day.
From the moment I walked in to the shop, I could tell Stack's values the customer's time and operates efficiently as possible. That is a very rare find. Will definitely return for my next service.
Huge thanks to TJ and Jake for taking such amazing care of me and my car! My water pump went out (along with a couple of other issues) right as I was leaving on vacation. While away, they handled everything so nicely and kept me updated the whole time, made sure I had all the info I needed, and got everything fixed up quickly and efficiently.
It’s not easy finding a shop that’s this trustworthy and caring. I’m seriously so grateful for how well they treated me. If you ever need auto work done, these guys are the best!
My ride is a Jaguar F type and I would not trust it to be serviced by anyone other than Stacks. Great people, super mechanics and extremely helpful with any issues.
These guys have amazing customer service, I'm not use to this at all.. moving from Brooklyn out to the village I wanted to make sure i found a good shop to bring all my vehicles to. These guys sold me with the detail and customer service. I plan on bringing the rest of my vehicles here, im sold for long term.
For my first time at Stack's, I was thoroughly impressed; the customer service deserves an A+. I was concerned about losing my vehicle for the weekend, but the team ensured all repairs were completed on time. I can highly recommend them and have certainly found my new go-to auto repair shop!

TJ and Jake were both a great help when I had a flat tire. The service didn’t take longer than 2 to 3 hours and my tire was fixed before I knew it. They were also very friendly and helpful, I will be returning.

Phenomenal experience, Tj at the front counter is so personable and upbeat ! You feel welcome once you walk in the door. Place is clean and staff is very friendly. One if the most friendly owners and staff work here. The knowledgeable staff is remarkable. They have loaner cars if they need to keep your car for a bit. They also have an awesome driver that can pick you up or drop you off at work or home. The entire team is up front with you. They actually care about you and your ride. Yes, they are always very busy but that tells you how many people trust them to do the job correctly. I highly recommend you using this place for your car repairs. They did great work on my car that is pictured here.
No other place stacks up to STACKS! I've been bringing my vehicles here for 20 years and they have never steered me wrong. The service is great, honest, reliable, and friendly. And they will drop you off and pick you up when your car is ready! I've had everything from a simple tire plugged to a complete engine replacement here and they do great work.

I just moved in to the area and first tried Stacks because I had a flat tire and couldn’t drive anywhere else. I was so impressed with how quickly they got my car back on the road at a very fair price, that they have become my trusted shop. They also had a small fleet of loaner cars which is a huge help since I need my car for work each day and otherwise can be difficult to get work done. I don’t know anything about the other shops in the area, but this place is a safe bet.
