Very Poor customer service at this location, turns away customers half hour before closing when not busy which is unacceptable, front desk secretary needs to learn manners and proper business etiquette.
The business closes at 5pm. I arrived just before 4:30 kindly asking for assistance with a nail in my tire. This is not a long job. The guy at the front desk pointed at the clock (4:30) and told me no. I then called the store after and the technician said yes he could. He then checked with the guy up front and refused to assist. I guess they close at 4:30 if you’re wondering.
I had two tires fixed here and received excellent service. The gentleman who helped me was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. He took the time to listen, addressed the issues with my tires, and even checked the other two for me. Truly great customer service—thank you so much!
Locally owned community tire shop that deserves our business. They are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I’ve taken my vehicles to the cheap tire corporate shops (STS Tire & Mavis Tire owned by the same people, Walmart, Pep-boys, Firestone, and Sears) and always seem to have issues.
Last time I went to Mavis for one of my vehicles I specifically requested them to clean the bead before mounting the new tires. They said they know how to install tires. Guess what the tire had air leaks around the entire bead of all four tires because they did not clean the beads. This has happened a number of times before and that is why I asked for them to do the cleaning. Vowing not to to return to the big corporate store, I brought my car to Mt Sinai Tire and they found the leaks, removed all four tires completely, sanded, cleaned, and painted them all. They prepped the rim and painted it as needed and remounted and balanced the tires. I will not go elsewhere for tires. They have earned my trust.
They were worth every dollar!

My first impression was superb customer service and koodos to the gentleman that took the nail out of my tire was excellent. There was no wait time I was seen right away. He carefully took the screw that was hanging out of my tire out super quickly. I have recommended this tire shop to my family and friends.

Mr. P and his guys are the best. They have done an alignment for me, and also mounted/balanced numerous tires and wheels. Always VERY fairly priced and have a great turn around time. Also always willing to go the extra mile when I needed stuff back quickly. Great business to deal with.
Dan replaced my tire and was quick AND was a bill less than what Firestone Medford charged me 2 months earlier (they also put the wrong tire -.-)

Gary and his staff are extremely professional and honest. Im so grateful this shop is next door to me office. I use them for everything now and its so convenient. I even locked my keys in my truck and they sent someone over and got my truck open in record time! So thankful for these great guys! Definitely recommend!
Gary was absolutely awesome! I went to 2 other shops to get a estimate, and Gary beat them both by $500.
He also fine tuned my truck with no additional charge. Gary is the only Mechanic I’ll ever go to, and you should also go to Mt. Siani Tire for the best price, and exceptional service!
Mt. Sinai Tire was absolutely amazing! Getting ready to go on a road trip with my motorhome and they went above and beyond! I only needes one valve stem to be replaced but they went ahead and checked all my tires to make sure they were safe and even went as far as checking a fuse for me for something unrelated! Highly recommend them and they will continue to get my service from now on!
I have been dealing with Gary for almost 20 years. If he said the screw needed to be replaced rest assured it did. And he did change it. Honest mechanic with a high degree of integrity.
