I got my car serviced for Oil Change and they didn't installed back the panel properly screw were missing and panel got off next day scratching bottom on the road and making noise. This costs me $200 for the panel from Honda.

From start to finish they were knowledgeable and transparent about time and money! Great job and service!

Horrible experience still not rectified, they ruined 2 of my rims, broke my center cap and can’t reprogram my tpms. Their response, “ your just going to have to go to the dealer to reprogram your tpms (Chevy), and as far as the rims go there is nothing we can do, you should have been warned that they might get damaged, and the center cap fell off after you left not our problem.” I am still trying to get it all fixed and will be calling corporate. Definitely do not recommend going there.

I was pleased to see you made a staffing change at the front desk. The last time I was there for a tire issue, the young man at the desk made me so angry I started going to the Bay Shore Firestone. Both gentlemen were very pleasant, accommodating and professional. Please keep people with that customer service level

Have been going to the Medford, NY Firestone for as long as I have had a car and their attention to detail and customer service has always been great. It has only gotten better over the years with Al at the helm. Highly recommend making an appointment and visiting them for your car needs!

Started going to this Firestone a little less than 10 years ago and have never had any issues. Staff is helpful and communicative. I definitely recommend calling ahead or making an appointment online to get in.

Í don’t know how to describe my service, because it was a really bad experience whit them I dropped my car there for alignment and the told me it’s gonna be ready in 2-3 hours when I come back 4 hours later the have even touch it … if you want something done on time just don’t go there.

If they decide that they cant patch a tire and you refuse to pay for a new one, they will throw out the tire, put the rim in your backseat and put your spare on without even contacting you. A regular tire shop will be able to plug it but firestone will happily screw you over and not tell you until you are there to find a spare on your car. Thanks service advisor 12: john! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

If i could give this place negative stars, I would. This is my third update regarding this particular Firestone. Another wonder discovery with the ongoing incompetence of this place. Approximately 3 months ago, my wife took her car for an oil change and asked them to check the brakes because they were squealing. After a so-called inspection, they said they were fine. Well, 3 months later, she went to a different Firestone, and she needed, can you guess? Brakes, the pads were so worn out they were grinding and making grooves in the rotors. That doesn’t happen in 3 months. It's just another lazy, incompetent job at Medford Firestone. Went to the Firestone in Medford, NY, to get a "y" pipe repaired. The mechanic worked hard and got the job done at a lower cost than quoted. I decided to get the brakes done. Never in my 55 years have I ever heard new brakes making a grinding noise until now. Brought back 3 times, and each time, I was told my brakes were fine, and it was most likely "due to a manufacturing defect in the product that they use. After all ever since COVID, the quality of the parts went downhill. " COVID seems to be the goto excuse for shear laziness and inferior workmanship. I was also told that they get complaints all the time, and I only need to worry if my truck doesn't stop. That they use above standard parts. Wait, what? If that was true, then why are my brakes still to this day grinding? Isn't the whole point of getting brakes done so you didn't need to worry about your vehicle stopping? Never once was it offered to change out the parts for new. Excuses after excuses about the brakes. But I do have to give credit where credit is due they did take me in at the end af the day and repaired the issue with my coolant system and were very accommodating when I needed my flat repaired first thing in the morning. Went back another day to get my truck diagnosed. Have issues with overheating. After making an appointment at 8 a.m., my truck was taken in around 11 am. Less than an hour later, they called and stated I have a massive oil leak and they can't recreate my experience. We'll know how you could even do a proper diagnosis in less than a half hour. Well, I can think of a few reasons... 1. they didn't want to be bothered 2. The techs don't have the skills to diagnose my issue. Charged me $76 just to put anti freeze in my truck. How much you want to bet they didn't use the right anti freeze. Honda requires a special anti freeze that I'm sure they don't stock. I will never go back there for anything but tires.

Don't bother taking a carvana car here with warantee if it's complex repair. Carvana kinda makes u choose their in network mechanics but then u come to the conclusion that they don't want the carvana work. Like a dentist getting paid 20 cents on the dollar from your dental insurance. They told me my suspension was good. Saw no problems. Then I took to pep boys next day, my tire psi on all 4 tires was off by 8, too high, it was missing 1 lug nut, my rotors were visibly damaged from being wrong rotors and shocks were shot and car was bouncing all over in there 5 minute test drive. People boys concluded this in 10 minutes without going on tje lift. But firestone had nerve to waste my time and money taking Uber home after dropping car off to literally bs me. Even worse they knew they were bs me as they gave me no paperwork nor said nothing but good luck when I picked car up. That never happens at a auto shop. They tell u what they did etc ...unbelievable unprofessional scam situation over here. If ibwas paying cash they probably do $6k in repairs happily.

I have been a Firestone customer for years now l, and their Patchogue location is by far, my favorite! Everyone is always so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and it is one of the reason I keep coming back. The second reason (and most important) is their management, they go above and beyond to provide impeccable customer service, and ensure that all your concerns are met in a timely manner. I highly recommend Patchogue Firestone; you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped here for a tire change, as I have faithfully for years and they never disappoint. Continually I am provided with efficient service, reasonable prices, and treated with respect. The waiting room is very comfortable and the staff is always friendly. My teenager is now on the road and it’s comforting knowing I can depend on Firestone when his vehicle needs to be serviced too!

I bring my whole fleet here. The turn around time is always great. New tires are definitely balanced better than any other shop. Service manager Al always has been attentive and informative with the service work. He lets me know about any pending issues with the vehicles so we can stay ahead of the them, and it has made a real impact on reducing our downtime.

I recently visited Firestone for some much needed brake repairs and tire rotation, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Technician Eric was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, straightforward and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my brakes and provided clear options for the necessary repairs needed. Thank you again I plan to return if necessary!

Everyone here is knowledgeable and friendly-their prices are fair, they are always honest, and they’ve treated anyone I’ve ever recommended to them, with courtesy. If they see your vehicle has a bigger problem (than you initially thought), they call first, clearly explain the depth/urgency, and tell you the price outright. I highly recommend Lenny and Al (at the front desk) is great. I also like that they have before work, after work, and weekend hours, so you’ve no excuse to be late on your car’s inspection.

I’ve had a lot of work done here. Tires, oil changes, brakes. They always take great care of my car and I appreciate that they don’t try to upsell stuff that my car doesn’t need. I especially appreciate dealing with Al Beck. He’s great to work with.

Great experience today, had my screeching brakes replaced. Parts came fast and was in and out in no time. Always give me a courtesy check to make sure my car is up to par while I’m there and won’t have any reason to return too soon

Huge thanks to the team at Firestone for coming through late one night when I had car trouble with my daughter in the car. They took us in without hesitation, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had us back on the road in no time. The service was fast, friendly, and honestly a huge relief during a stressful moment. It’s rare to find that kind of professionalism and care—especially after hours. We left feeling safe and so grateful. Can’t recommend them enough!

Thanks Carlos for fixing my gas cap door which wouldn’t open. I’ve been here for a number of repairs on my Subaru Outback. And I feel like this location has been honest with me with what the problem is. Of course they try to sell you more than you need. I can replace the air filter myself and my wiper blades. I also like that they breakdown the parts and labor, and when I asked for my rotors a month ago, after they did my brakes, the guy brought my rotors out to me to see for myself that they were grooved. I know my cars. I have driven Outbacks for 25 years. So I know what I need and don’t need. I don’t feel like the treat me differently as a woman - cause I come in and say “ I need front brakes. Pads only. How much “ ? I like that they have a coupon for a regular oil change cause I’ll bring my daughter’s Toyota here. The location is also convenient. It’s near planet fitness and stop and shop so I can do some errands while I wait. They also have a nice waiting room. All of the guys here have been respectful and courteous to me the last 3 years.

I went to Medford Firestone after I was driving back home (200 miles away) over the holiday weekend and encountered a flat tire. I felt completely helpless as it was the holiday and no where was open. I was able to get to this Firestone and was so extremely impressed by it. Johnathan at the front could tell how stressed and upset I was and was clear, patient, and thorough in explaining all my options, being transparent with all pricing, and providing comfort in a time of pure stress. I felt I was in such incredible hands and after two new tires and a wheel alignment I was able to safely proceed home. They provided information and a price quote for the other two tires and brakes for my local Firestone. I am so appreciative of everyone’s help at Firestone that got me home safely after being scared and feeling helpless. Their patience and kindness has made me a lifelong Firestone customer. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. NEVER go to this facility EVER! They are frauds and a SCAM! A few weeks ago i went there to get an oil change and inspection for my dodge charger. After i dropped it off i got 3 phone calls...the first was they typical upcharge phone call trying to sell me new wiper blades and a potential brake job...i declined the additional services and asked for them to just do the requested work. About 15 min later i received another phone call saying my car BARELY passed inspection and i should really consider getting my brakes done asap...i said not at this time but thank you. Only 5 min later then get the 3rd phone call saying MY CAR FAILED INSPECTION! and for what...NONE OTHER THAN THE BRAKES THEY TRIED TO SELL ME ON TWICE! I told them to forget the inspection and just finish the oil change. They told me it was done and to come pick up the car. I pick the car up and pay for the services...I then go to another shop to get the car inspected....they pass it within minutes!!! I told them the story and they said the brakes did not need to be done for another couple of months. So I asked them to check the oil and filter to make sure the oil change was done....and to everyone's surprise THE OIL CHANGE THAT I HAD JUST PAID FOR AT YOUR FACILITY WAS NEVER DONE! I then had to go back to your facility to get my money back that you charged me for a service you didn't provide. I was then told by your staff that the Tech that "worked" on my car does this all the time and they have been trying to get him fired! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This is the most incompetent business and company I have ever seen. Finally, after getting my refund I was told that I would get a call from the Owner (AL) to rectify this...I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK....Absolutely amazing.....i was giving you a couple weeks to get in touch, you failed to do so. YOU ARE A FRAD AND A SCAM! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE...EVER!

Oil change was great and he even honored a better coupon than which I had…. but when I asked to have them just check out and see why my car was rattling they did not advise me That there would be a $40 charge for that. When I said that, upon paying I didn’t even receive an apology just basically okay how will you be paying ma’am….. I will next time just ask the dealership when they will put the diagnostic fee Toward the repair!

ALERT ! ALERT ! ALERT! I had a disappointing experience at AutoZone where I felt they attempted to upsell four unnecessary tires. To make matters worse, it seemed like they intentionally created another hole in my tire to justify the sale. Transparency and honesty are crucial in this place and unfortunately, my encounter left me feeling misled and frustrated. I advise others to be very very very cautious and thoroughly inspect any recommendations made by the staff. Even I coveyed it to manager and He told me they can make mistakes for making another hole in my tire and then they fixed their mistake and I have a tire with two holes now. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AND TRY NOT TO GET SCAMMED BY THEM.
