Excellent online purchase experience: found needed part for an excellent price. Staff very helpful by phone to make sure it was the correct part due to several similar ones. Purchase completed easily via paypal. Part was delivered within a few days. Exactly as described and worked great. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

We purchased and used engine for a Mercedes GL450 with a M278 engine. We received the engine and our Certified technician removed the spark plugs to be to bore scope the cylinders. This procedure was done to inspect the cylinder walls. The coating that Mercedes used on cylinder the sleeves start to deteriorate. This eventually damages the rings and pistons causing the motor fail. I emailed Jarred extension 102 and told him of the problem. We shipped the engine back them to get a credit of 7700.00. After almost a week and several calls to them I received the credit minus 5% restocking fee. I called and talked to Jarred he then transferred me to someone. This person kept denying that motor was bad. He kept saying that it was my opinion that it was bad. I eventually lost my temper with him. Attached are some photos of the engine bore scope test. It doesn’t take a Certified Tech to tell that there is a problem with those pictures. That state the engine was running good when removed it from the vehicle so that is why they would not refund that money. Just because the engine ran before, they removed it doesn’t mean that the engine was good. The other sad part of their operation is that they are probably going to sell that engine to someone else. I would strongly recommend not doing any business with this company.

I was looking for a Communication Control Module for a Mazda CX5. They are on an indefinite back order from the dealership due to covid. Plus the dealer wanted $1200 for a new part. These guys had one in stock. Albert processed my order quickly via PayPal and shipped it out right away. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for used auto parts.

Set me up with a used rim for my new tire because the old one was bent a bit causing leaking air. Got the rim from them and then they sent me a block down the road where 631 Tire & Wheel put the tire on in less than 10 minutes. Great service!!

i was order a part for my car the guy told me $250 and plug $50 for shipping total i paid $300 they did't send me the item after a week i didn't see my item yet and i call them he said the shipping cost too much that's why he didn't send and they didn't call you let you know .and i call them to get my refund they told me call me back but they didn't call me i keep pushing them after a week i got my refund .they just waste your time and you got not thing .

Great guys work here. They do what they can to get your parts to you. Very friendly.

They are very mean to answer when you call no business respect do not konw how to respond to cutomers when you ask them a semple question they promise to call you back but they never do, have no class at all.

Ordered parts on their website and then they cancel the order saying parts are no longer avaliable. Avoid these crooks otherwise they will waste your time.
