I had a very frustrating experience with this business. In my case, a contractor used a credit card over the phone to purchase materials, and I was later held responsible for the payment even though I did not authorize the order myself. In my opinion, their process for accepting phone payments and handling disputes felt careless and unfair. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to work with them although I did not even know they existed, this business is 45 min away from my location and I have had the privilege of working with many other masonry companies that conduct ethical business and do not accept credit card payments over the phone.

Farmingville masonry & concrete supply knowingly proceeded in a way that created unnecessary financial risk for me as the homeowner which could have been prevented with a simple signature by myself upon delivery or verification, They delivered RCA that they charged $24 a yard as opposed $16 a yard from any other place as well as a $240 delivery fee for 20 yards of RCA. In my opinion they are aware of the fraudulent credit card activity that is happening and still make sales knowing they can just go after the homeowner that’s not at fault.
A judgment was placed against me the homeowner for $783 this is for 20 yards of RCA which I could’ve ordered myself for $320 had I actually placed an order. I truly believe they up charge in this situation knowing that there is fraud happening and they will just go after innocent people/(homeowners).
To answer to your response- exactly my point!!! I was not the customer who placed the order yet the order was delivered to my home and I was taken to court due to your reckless business practices. Thanks for clarifying. I hope anyone attempting to make a purchase from your location to search else where.
I seriously can’t say enough good things about this place. My project changed about a million times, and they were beyond patient through all of it. Every time I needed to switch something up or add something last-minute, they just made it happen without any issues.
They really do put the customer first and turned what could’ve been a super stressful process into something easy and manageable. Their flexibility and willingness to help is honestly unmatched.
Highly recommend them if you want great products and a team that actually cares about helping you out!

They are scammers, they charge a 20% fee for returning things, knowing that they can sell me the things because they don't expire, discarding them for future purchases, and trying to buy what is there because they don't return money or they charge you.
Be careful of their fees. For example, When they send you masonry items that cost 1000.00, but they are the wrong size, obviously they have to go back, you will be charged almost half half that value with the language that there is a 20% restocking fee and the delivery fee. Buyer beware. There are 2 other masonary yards that don’t do this in Farmingville, 9 Brothers and Royal Masonary. Give them a try before you get overcharged at this place.
Farmingville Masonry has a great selection of pavers, stone and everything you need to create a beautiful back yard. The employees are friendly, know they're product well and are happy to help you figure out the quantity of product you need for your space. I've had several deliveries made to my home, the deliveries were as schedule, the drivers were polite and courteous, respected my property and concerns when dropping off materials.
We have searched all over Long Island for a good company that has all the materials we need for all types of jobs consistently and with unbeatable prices. Their materials are top notch, their customer service is excellent, and they are always ready to help us find exactly what we need! If you need anything, this is the place to go! You will not regret it!!
I will never again go here. Horrible customer service and reps. I only went here because my usual place didn’t have the stones I wanted in stock and from the start, they messed up my boyfriends construction name. They spelt it wrong then I have to return the two pallets to get my money and credit back I return them back they say that everything is OK ur all set refund will be sent. It isn’t sent I called over month later after I realize I never got any refund and they give me a hard time and argue with me that I didn’t pay for two pallets when I did or that I only paid for one pallet. Whether I did or didn’t, fact is I’ve called numerous times I’ve dealt with numerous people and I was aggravated as you can tell in the phone, good customer service and a good company. At that point we just end up sending out the check for the additional $25 for the pallet as a courtesy but instead they gave me an attitude they talk back to me and they were not willing to cooperate or understand where I’m coming from. As a company and business that 25 dollars should’ve just been refunded back as a courtesy due to the aggravation of the customer. I will not be doing business here again, ever. Worst customer service

I had an emergency and needed a delivery ASAP same day. I placed my order and within the hour, the guy pulled up. Professional and friendly service, and he didn't beat me over the head either.

Honesty very surprised with some of the bad reviews! As a homeowner coming in for material I have had nothing but a great experience. I have other mason yards closer to me but would not even think about going to another.

You would think we were bothering them when we call and ask questions... One word answers, attitudes. Take your business down the street trust me. Whoever is answering the phone wont get far in life.
