This review is bittersweet because I didn’t think after getting my brand new car and having it only 2 months it would be at an Autobody shop after being hit. But I’m so glad I was referred by a friend to Perfect 10 Autobody. The owner Jay was great to work with. He answered all my questions (and there were many) and kept me informed with the process with the repair. The paint color was not a normal white, he was spot on with the color and matched it perfectly. The car looks amazing just like the day I picked it up at the dealership. I am beyond happy with the work. This is just a great welcoming professional place and I highly recommend Perfect 10 Autobody!
My vehicle was in an accident recently I dealt with the owner of the shop whose name is Jay he was very fair with his prices and gave me a great price to repair the vehicle since I didn't have full coverage I would recommend him to anybody.. be aware of fraudulent review by Blue Reaper 3321, I am aware of this particular situation his vehicle was actually towed by his own friend, the shop has pictures of the incident

I was greeted by the owner, Jason Bruno and immediately was impressed by his attention to detail - in examining the damage to my car.
I was grateful that Jason wouldn't accept a replacement hood that had a slight imperfection - even though it delayed him from completing the work by a few days. Additionally, he noticed a small dent & scratch on an adjacent door - and included the repair / paint at no additional charge (and the work is a "Perfect 10"!).
He is honest, genuine, reliable and - truly a perfectionist!

Jay is The Best ! I recently had the pleasure of working with Jay, an outstanding professional who truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment he began working on my car, his attention to detail was evident. Not only did he resolve the initial issue, but he also discovered a small leak in the sunroof that I hadn't noticed. Jay went above and beyond by running my car through the wash twice to pressure test it and ensure that the problem was thoroughly resolved. (Oh, he also did not charge me extra for that). Jay was referred to me by a friend when no one else would consider fixing my car. Jay proved to be an absolute lifesaver. His dedication and perfectionism are unparalleled, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. Jay is extremely talented! He painted my 2006 Mustang GT a while back, and I was blown away! I also had to get the bed side replaced on my 2010 GMC Canyon, and he eased my worries and assured me that it was no problem at all! Sure enough, both vehicles were mirror finishes, and looked better than when they were new!
Jay is amazing! He fixed my sons car and did an amazing job, fast forward a few months I was involved in a hit and run that damaged my car, it sat by him for 2 1/2 weeks b4 the adjuster totaled the car, his communication and patience was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend him

I had an awesome experience with Jay. After contacting a hand full of collision places and not getting anywhere, I went to Perfect 10 and dealt with Jay. He took care of everything and got my car looking great after being hit this past summer. 2 new doors later and you would never know I had an accident. Also Jay was super friendly, a real great guy. Hopefully I won’t need collision work in the future but if I do, I will definitely return to this place!
Just picked up my wife's chili red 2007 Mini convertible last night February 13, 2023. I have used many body shops in several places in New York and other states over my 50 years of being a car owner, and I must say without a doubt, that Jay Bruno, the owner of Perfect 10 Auto Body, is the most honest person that I have met. The work was exceptional and extremely reasonable. He kept me informed throughout the entire process while the insurance company dragged their feet. He went above and beyond what a shop normally does. I do not like recommending anyone, but in this case it would be a disservice not to mention his business. I highly recommend Perfect 10 for any of your body shop needs. You will not be disappointed. Jay Bruno...you are the best.

Beyond amazing. You can tell that there were no corners cut on the work that was completed. I was kept informed and met a due date. Jay was awesome and if I continued to live on the island I would go to his shop .
I had to get my front bumper done due to a hit in my work parking lot. I also got my hood painted due to chips. Everything came out absolutely perfect. I could not be happier with the job Jay did and I appreciated him staying late to get my car back to me quickly. Everyone was professional and I recommend coming here to get work done

Another car hit the back of my car and Jay did a PHENOMENAL job fixing it for me and made my car look brand new. He was in constant communication with my insurance company and made the process very easy. He was very communicative the whole time. I will be going back there for everything!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
My Subaru Forester was nailed by a Deer running across a back road in South Hampton and did a significant amout of damage. I shopped around for an Auto Collision facility and when I stopped at Perfect 10 to get an estimate. I was immediatley impressed with the facility and when I spoke to Jay the owner, he spent plenty of time with me explaining the process and how he does things. I was sold! When I picked the car up the work was Impecable and you could tell Jay was very proud of his work and I never felt at anytime that this was a rush job! I highly recommend this facility! My car presented clean as if it just rolled out of the show room!
Jay at Perfect 10 fixed my car this summer after I was in an accident. He worked with the insurance company and adjuster and made the experience very easy for me. The time frame he gave me was great and stuck to it. When I picked up my car after it was completed I was really amazed at how there was virtually no evidence that my car has been in an accident. I’m very impressed and happy with my experience with Perfect 10 Auto Body!

I brought my car to Perfect 10 Auto Body after getting in a minor accident that unfortunately resulted in severe damage to my Jeep. It was a pleasure working with Jay from start to finish. They were quick to get back to us with an estimate and helped us secure a rental during the time the repairs would be done. The repairs were completed quickly, and most importantly, at a very good price. My car was returned to me better than new and detailed impeccably- a great touch that most body shops miss. I cannot recommend them enough!

Mary cane. Come on. Obvious bs review from a local competitor body shop. First of all only open for 33 days. The reason why I’m open is because I only do quality work. I have a list of people waiting to get in because of the reputation I’ve built up. Prove it Mary Jane Cane. Show a receipt, some sort of proof you were here.
My mom and I were in a bad car accident. I totaled my moms car Jay was so helpful. Not only did he try to salvage the car but he helped me by talking to me about driving. Jay took his time out to talk to me about driving again because I was so scared to drive. I drove to east moriches to get everything out of my moms car. We forgot the license plates. I had ask Jay if he could mail them and he did.
I would recommend this guy to anyone. Jay knows his stuff and was so kind to talk to me and calm me down.
