I recently had body work done on my car. Not only did the shop do an amazing job, Latif was extremely professional, and repairs were done on time . I will definitely return for any bodywork and mechanic work.
Had to get an inspection done for Geico called in advance to check availability. Man who answered was beyond rude wouldn’t let me finish my sentence asked what time I was coming in. I asked if 12:00 was okay for them and he replies “You guys just want to have a party all of you asking to come in at 12” beyond rude could’ve said it wasn’t available. Do better with your customer service please
Terrible service would never recommend. I had brought my car here after I was in a accident and they didn’t even fix the problems I had with my car only the parts the looked damaged and even then they put junkyard parts on the car to “save us money” then blamed everything on the insurance company. When I came back to get it fixed I was told I would have to pay for the parts to be replaced. On top of that I never received a receipt for any of the service that was done and was never contacted when I had asked for my receipt. Overall worst auto body shop you can go to. Wish I could give 0 stars
Tried to come here for the easiest of services, photos to be taken of the car. The woman at the desk asked us to not open the door because she’s cold. Meanwhile, the unkept shop is so unbelievably dirty, anyone would need some fresh air. We called hours prior to make sure we could come in, they ensured us yes. When we got there, the story changed. They talked AT us instead of to us like dogs, not human beings. Told us “you’re not listening”, when we were told we could come in. That’s their mistake, and I didn’t appreciate the attitude I got for their wrong doing. Also, the smell of the place is so bad you could pass out. If I could give zero stars I would. As a business owner, I normally only write good reviews but this place deserved my first bad one.
Came in for insurance photo inspection. Was very fast. Ira was extremely helpful and super super pleasant. Definitely will recommend to friends in the near future! 5 stars across!!
Used them after I was in a car accident. When I picked up my car some of the paint wasn’t repaired and where they welded had bubbles. We didn’t rush to get the car back so they’re was no reason for it to not be completely finished. When I told them it was clear where the repair was they did fix it. What was even more disheartening is that when I got the car back the second time I noticed a flash flight my father in law gave me and $10 worth of quarters in the middle console were gone. Disappointed with quality and with their dishonesty.

HORRIBLE job! I got into an accident called them to hold my car for insurance purposes. Wanted to charge me 4 grand to replace my door and axel. I told them no I will take the car (still drivable) they were completely rude didn't want to give me my car (after insurance paid them for holding it) very disrespectful because I found a company and family member that could help me fix it. Don't go here!
Had my girlfriends 05' Jetta fixed at this shithole. First off the car took well over a month to complete, so long our rental coverage ran out. Now almost two months later her check engine light is on. We brought the car into Vw and they instantly knew it was in a front end collision, the body shop literally glued the secondary air injection pump back together instead of replacing it. Total hacks who only care about taking your money. I'd never, ever ever recommend this place.
