Great service! Excellent knowledge on automobiles and how to repair them.

John's Auto Repair is absolutely fantastic. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars. They do a thorough job, explain the issue or what kind of job was completed so I am able to understand as well as the piece that may have been causing the problem. I feel I get a lesson on my car. He was able to accept my towed car, although incredibly busy- and somehow- with Christmas magic and a huge heart- fixed my car within hours and I was able to pick it up and continue my last minute holiday shopping. I love these guys, they have been caring for my cars since 1998. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is going on with your car. Plus all of their repairs take the first time. I NEVER had to bring my car back for the same problem right after they fixed it.

They could have sold me an alternator, but tried the simplest fix first, and it worked. They definitely don’t rip people off, and Dave is the nicest guy to deal with. I highly recommend this shop!
