Came in to check my car’s codes because it was turning on and off , advance auto parts service member Rafael was outstanding in helping me diagnose the issue , he checked my cars computer and checked my cars battery alternator and starter all this while raining outside 5 star service all the way , definitely will be doing business again in this location thanks to the great customer service I received 🙏

They didn’t do a good job with me they gave me the wrong part with the wrong part number and when i when to return the part they didn’t even want to five me my money back because the label on the receipt didn’t match with the label on the box and i told them to check the cameras that everything is there and they told me to come back another day and a long Story now i am loosing money because of them not recommended

I visited looking for parts I ended up getting the parts from Walmart the sold the entire assembly advance is lacking at least they got smaller stuff like gasket sealer but the be honest wally word is coming Anything advance don't have wally got it it's insane a grocery chain is doing it like that and a company with a name is not

My battery stop in the parking lot with all my kids in it. I walked in for a jump and not one man sitting behind the desk actually assisted me. What type of service is this. Not an aid for women and children. Disgusting

Very nice staff. They couldn't get me what I needed, but directed me where to go (next nearest store) and offered other suggestions. Great store!

My mechanic just returned from finding a part for our 2006 Ford F550; he called the Central Islip Store and he was lucky enough to be assisted by an extremely helpful and competent young man named Derek who directed him to the Bay Shore store as Central Islip did not have the part in stock. Derek located the part and had the Bayshore store put it out for us. Derek saved us hours and a lot of aggravation! Thanks from All Island Paving !

I am very happy with the overall experience with Advanced Auto Parts. The prices were definitely cheaper than Auto Zone. Ray was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!! Thanks again.

These are good guys and have a knowledgeable staff as far as I've experienced. My step dad liked going to them and knew the owner everyone was pretty cool. You'll save some change on oem quality replacement parts there if in stock . They're close to AutoZone in the same area auto zone may have more products but I think the advanced auto crew maybe more experienced

Fairly good. They get busy sometimes, so a long wait. However, the staff really does try to help you. That alone is hard to find these days.

It's way better than the last one I went to but the only thing that could make it better is to have more than two people helping customers I was in there for almost 45 minutes just to pick up my order. If you are going to have customers come in for a pickup you should have someone else to take care of that as well.

There is only 1 person working there, their service is very bad I wish I could give them a zero we just want to return something it is very bad. Do not buy from here yes they have a lot of stuff but their service is VERY bad here other stores have the same thing but better service. They are very nice but still the line is soo long I am sorry but I would go somewhere else.

I went in today to get a steering wheel cover. Mark Anthony rung me up and told me the next time I come into the store, I could get $20 off a $50 purchase. He said I could purchase a few more items and save. So I did. Great customer service. Also he came out and replaced my old windshield wiper for me. Awesome service. Thanks Advanced Auto, I am a customer for life(already was, lol).

Of course they get 5 stars for CONSISTENTLY GIVING YOU THE WRONG PART....so if your in a pinch, and need too be someplace, but you don't want too make it, go there..

I give this place a zero if Google would let me but I was in there asked the one guy that was ringing people up if there was anyone else that could help he called for help and mangent told him what do you want he's busy. Like there waznt a line of people that needed help

Service was very helpful here. Called for a specific item which they had in stock. Did not show on their site.

The salesmen, Derek and Pac were very helpful and professional. I needed a few parts to send for my dad in Jamaica and they went through the list and was able to get all of them for me which the other store wasn't able to do. Thank you

This is one of the best stores around. Derek the mgr. Is great, always goes above and beyond to help always gets you the parts you need

The worse Customer service; I was on line waiting to be called next and after 15 minutes the store employee starts calling others customer to come up next before me. when I told him that I was here first, he replied that the other customers where waiting before me when he saw me there waiting for him for 15 minutes....what a joke. never again will I go into that store.

Great store. Small but parts area behind counter is immense. Staff is Extremely helpful and will call other stores for you to get the part or hold the partfor you.

Very helpful staff. Plenty of typical wear parts for cars. Installed car batteries without any issue. Even jump started my car when I had trouble.

Had good experiences using the online ordering to this store, most of the staff was friendly but there was one guy who was a little over the top and kind of annoying. Nothing that would stop me from coming back though. Prices were fair and they have online coupons often.

Quick and easy order pick up. However I wasn't aware the free battery installation needs to be done before 5pm. Would have been perfect if they informed me that when I called the store.

All the workers are knowledgeable and easy to work with when you need something. They always greet you by name if you're a regular like me, but still very professional.

Employees are the best there. Always helpful and very attentive even if they don't know what you want they will help you figure it out together.
