I just came from New Family Auto today & let me tell you what a REFRESHING FEELING to find a repair shop that is this Clean & well ran by its owner Rodrigo , he knows his stuff & is a very friendly person to go to for the 1st time . Front Rotors , Pads & 1 Caliber all done in 2 hrs & with a great price that I didn't have to take the Bus home after . My regular shop has become a real hassle with their hours & opened only 5 days which is hard get work without taking the day off to do it. There are a lot of Crappy Repair shops all over from Shirley to East Moriches area so don't waste your time getting Burnt with one . Give these Gentlemen a try , you won't be sorry. Thxs New Family, you now have 2 more cars to add to your Customer list.
Honestly, I was really satisfied with this shop. From the moment I got there, they treated me right, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to rip me off. The work came out solid and my car feels great now—definitely a spot I’d recommend
Great people!!! They helped me out no hesitation to take off piece of my bumper i had broken and was hanging on by 2 screws. Go here rather then galloways who said they were “too busy”.. it took the guys at new family auto maybe 5 mins to do it for me..
I called this place to schedule a wheel alignment and he tells me $580 then I’ve repeat myself because maybe he didn’t hear me and thought something else and he tells me $280 who in the world charges $280 for wheel alignment I should have asked if it was life time cause never in my life have a payed more then $100 for a wheel alignment good luck in business my guy🤣🤣
The owner Rodrigo was a pleasure to deal with, He gave me a fair price and informed me what was going on with my vehicle the entire time.. my repair was a timing chain replacement, My Land Rover runs great now! Thanks you Rodrigo and your staff...

Great shop. Brought my truck to two other mechanics with an issue with my work truck….new family solved problem did a great job. Great guys. Fair price. Also brought a friends car in a pinch they moved some cars around got on lift helped me with problem. GREAT SHOP THANKS GUYS. Spotless clean shop highly recommend. Wouldn’t bring my cars anywhere else
