Nice people but when you call and ask about returns it would be nice to be told you need your receipt,as we went 40min out of are way to return a battery we did not need
It was ok. Cars are off the ground witch is really nice. The ground isn't paved though. For a used blower motor for my 03 jeep grand cherokee and a passenger side mirror, it was $68. I could have bought brand new parts off Rockauto for that price honestly.
First time there today. Staff were quick and informative, worked as a team at the desk and got a lot of us through. Printed out what I was looking for, gave verbal and visual directions. Lot was in good shape. Had no problem finding what I needed. Prices and customer service are far better than their competitors in Horseheads/elmira, which was where I had been earlier today and been going to, until now!
The boy Jacob with the long hair was very helpful. He carefully explained everything I didn't understand and was patient when it took a while, and I had a lot of questions. I will be returning if he's there.
I contacted several places about buying and towing my minivan away, which had been inoperable for quite a while. Communicating with the Wilbert's employee (Bath location) by text went very well, and I was offered the best price out of everyone. All questions answered, super nice person to deal with. Pickup a few days later was seamless, even the tow guy was great. He got the rusty bolts loose and took the licence plate off for me, even got the rear door open and removed a bike that I thought I'd need to just give away with the van LOL. Very helpful. I highly recommend selling your junk car to Wilbert's U-Pull It. Good people, best price.
1 starI called and sent pictures gave the Vin # and a Description of both vehicles. I was told $440 270 for the newer 1 and 170 for the older one. When I got there, they said they only buy. Those types of cars for a hundred each and this has been a similar experience the other two times i've taken cars there.
3 star this time was much better than the last 2 times I had vehicles to get rid of firstly they gave me what they said they would and the two employees were vary nice and helpful so I would much rather see someone get some use out of some of the parts instead of it just going to the scrap yard
Got tires for my husband's truck they were the right size just wrong rating returned item and was told we couldn't get the money back and had to get store credit. Never again will I do this again.

The girl with the curly hair and tinsel in it has absolutely not one single clue what she’s doing. Any time I’ve been there she has to ask any other employee how to price purchases. She uses YouTube, Google and AI to attempt to look up items. Pricing is not consistent.
Was told via website and phone they had a part. Went there well they had it but, someone had smashed it. It was a waste of time getting there finding the car and then realizing the part I needed was ruined. Other than that great staff and is well organized.
Called Bath location before driving 1 & 1/2 hrs to get there for my first experience with them. She double-checked and assured me they had 2 of the specific PCMs I needed. After driving all the way out there and paying to get in, they did NOT have ANY of the one I needed. ONLY THEN they told us they dont inventory ANY PARTS, only vehicles in general. Unwilling to even return our $ paid just to get in. If I could give a minus on stars, they would get it. DO NOT drive much distance to get there because the same thing may happen to you.
I called Buffalo to see if, under the circumstances, would they be able to have someone walk out to the vehicle, (they only had one of what I needed part from) and look to see if part is still there before driving over an hour each way to Buffalo. She said no. Unwilling to help.

Great experience! Online quote was easy to do. They did a follow up check to see if I was interested via text. At drop off it was professional and quick. Made me feel welcome to junk my car but not pressured. A well balanced experience all around
Great yard. Was driving from Baltimore, Maryland to Buffalo, New York last fall and ran into a deer on Rt 15 just before the New York line and damaged the headlight, grill and bumper on my '95 Jeep Cherokee. Since I had my tools with me I stopped in Wilbert's and found all the parts I needed to get fixed up and stopped in the rest area and swapped everything out and continued on my way!
