Once I stepped into the store, Wayne was eager to help me and came out very quickly to check out my car. He instantly knew what the issue was and fixed it right away. My car finally started again after a week of it not being able to turn on without a jumpstart. Wayne was so incredibly helpful and fast, I think the whole encounter was like 10 minutes but in those 10 minutes Wayne was able to figure out the issue and fix it and saved me hundreds of dollars because I had a scheduled appointment with an autoshop nearby to replace my alternator because I assumed it was an alternator issue. Its not very common to have great customer service like this anymore so thank you Wayne for your help! I will definitely be coming to Autozone and referring all my friends to Autozone for any of their car related inquiries!
I've been into the store a few times over the past month and each time I have felt like the team was attentive and supportive.
This past weekend my car wouldn't start and I had to get a tow company to jump it, they said it was likely the battery. I went straight to Autozone and the guys immediately started figuring things out. Nathan went out and tested the battery, confirming it needed replacement. He checked with Johnny to be sure they could replace it for me. Johnny confirmed and rang me up while Nathan went out to remove my old battery. Wayne was also there and had remembered me from my last visit that he had helped me with and checked in to see how my car was doing.
After paying, I joined Nathan outside to watch how the battery was installed because I enjoy learning new things. I asked him if he minded while I watch and learn and he explained the process, a natural teacher.
I go to Autozone because when I walk in, I feel like the employees GENUINELY want to help their customers. This was yet another great visit and I appreciate the guys' collective effort to be sure I was taken care of and my car was running again.
Johnny, Nathan, Wayne, THANK YOU!!! You made my miserable, cold, frustrating Sunday so much better with your enthusiasm, knowledge, kindness and humor.
I went to AutoZone to replace my dead car battery, but my experience was frustrating and unprofessional. It took a while for someone to even acknowledge me, but once I finally got assistance, the employee grabbed a battery off the shelf for me. He then went to take a look at my car to see if he could help with the replacement.
However, he came back saying he couldn’t replace the battery because there was some issue with the fuse box next to it. Honestly, I couldn't fully hear what he said, but it didn't make any sense. He told me I would have to take it to a shop.
Rather than trust his vague explanation, I grabbed a crescent wrench, a socket, and a ratchet, and replaced the battery myself—at 10:00 PM, in freezing cold weather—with no issues with the fuse box.
Just a bad employee interaction, I'm sure there's people there that know what they're doing, I just got the one guy that didn't.

Spent $250.00 on a battery he whined to put it in for us. The battery would not hold a chargewe should have went to Advance auto they treat customers right.
Not a bad experience.. did not have the things I needed. (Specific oil, wheel studs, lug nuts). Why do we have to special order everything? The employees were pleasant and hospitable.
Bought a battery at Auto Zone. Service was great. On the phone Chris told me exactly what was needed and made sure I didn't get more battery than necessary. When I picked it up in the
evening Wayne installed it on a cold windy night. Terrific!

Walked into the store which already was empty, I was informed that to shop here I need to wear a mask even though I was near nobody and still complied with the govenors mandate, that if I social distance I do not need to wear a mask. So no problem Autozone. I'll take my business to your competitors.
AutoZone's always been good to me they're great place to go you need parts they they help you and they also make sure your car truck whatever you're driving runs good that's a random 5 stars God bless them for being such good workers
The guys working here are absolutely amazing and very helpful! I thought I got the wrong bulb for my headlights and went back in to change it. However, I was just trying to put the bulb in the wrong spot. They were very polite and one if them even came out and put the bulb in for me. Very happy with their service which was fast and friendly! Great work! Definitely going there in the future.
Helped me with my issues, I wasn't completely sure about their tool to check the codes on my computer though. Went to another store for a second opinion.
Typical autozone hit or miss if the guys know anything about parts or cars. One guy here is always a dick. Meh cheaper parts avoid most shelf items unless they're on special otherwise walmart is cheaper and had better selection for those items.
