This guy is the worst mechanic shop you will go to I was broken down the guy said he could fix my vehicle an I had to pay 150.00$ for quote broken wire an he claimed he fixed it but the next day I go to start it didn't crank so now I'm having to take it to another shop due to the poor service I received from this man be very careful using this man horrible an will rip someone off.
Bob’s does a good job of listening to the problem I’m experiencing and making a good repair. I have never had a problem with service I’ve had done there.
Bob went above and beyond with the service .Vehicle went In for one thing and came out with another issue..and they were more than happy to take care of the issue ...I would give them ten stars of I could!!!
I traveled from FL to Norwood in late June and my tire pressure indicator light came on. Took it to Bob’s Auto and they found a slow leak and plugged the tire. Very friendly and reasonable priced.
The only mechanic I trust enough to drop my vehicle and let him work on it, every else id have to watch or just do the work myself. Price is not bad considering the experience he has.
Dropped my van off late morning with multiple issues and he had it ready to go that afternoon. Very fast and knowledgeable! I’m new to the area so it’s nice to find a place you can trust.
