Jeff is an very helpful on finding the vehicle you are looking for and he does his best to get you into the vehicle. Plus the parts department does a good job at servicing the vehicle before it leaves the lot.

I wanted to take a minute to absolutely from the bottom of my heart, thank everyone at the service center for the incredible work they did solving the engine trouble I was having with my pre-owned 2019 Ram 1500. I got it back from the service department a few weeks ago and after holding my breath, it's still running perfectly!
It all started with an engine misfire that was getting worse and had the check engine light on. After going to Bob Johsons Service Center with it 4 times over 2 months for the same issue and it not getting repaired, I had about given up on it. I was out of pocket for weeks of rental cars, diagnostic fees, a full tune up and parts I paid for that didn't fix the issue. I also spent weeks walking back and forth to work when I could not afford the rental car any longer. Very frustrating.
Out of desperation, I took it back to the nice people I had bought it from a year earlier at Waite Toyota. They surprisingly took full responsibility for the issues and helped me out immensely. They towed it to Team Blevins and loaned me a car for the entire time it was in for repairs, so I wasn't paying out of pocket for a rental.
Both Team Blevins and Waite Toyota kept me in the loop every step of the way from diagnostics to repairs, we knew exactly what was going on. After about 2 weeks, once it was done, Waite Toyota towed it back to their dealership where I picked it up and they didn't charge me a dime.
After holding my breath, I am happy to say I have now put nearly 500 miles on it and it's running better than it ever has. I couldn't be happier with it so thank you to everyone involved in helping my family and I so much and for doing the repairs right the first time!!

The only thing I would say if someone is working with 1 person that should be the only person that they are working with so they don't have to wait so long but I know that doesn't happen. JESSICA did a great job helping me out.

I don’t care where you live (within reason), you have to come here! I live 45 minutes away and we were actually headed farther north, but we’re so glad that we just happened to drive by and stopped here. This is the best experience I have had with a dealership in my 7+ years of driving. Also, please be sure to work with Jessica Huckle. She really took care of me with my OCD and perfectionist tendencies AND with a used vehicle nonetheless. She makes sure you’re further protected (they have a lot of protection plans you can purchase) and the vehicle is in perfect condition (within reason, especially for used) before you sign and drive off the lot. So don’t expect to leave same day with it, especially if they just got the vehicle in the day before you look at it (LOL). Anyways, long story short, great dealership and work with Jess Huckle!!

We got a 2020 Ram 1500 tonight and couldn’t be more pleased. Jess was our salesperson, she was absolutely the best.
