was told to stop in for an inspection waited around for a half hour then just get blown off. Yelled at my husband for no reason! was told to pull around back then yells because truck is running and of course fumes will go into the garage. That cant be helped. How dare he treat anyone lile that

Vance is a very nice guy. Some people want to say that he takes too long to service a vehicle. But in my experience, Vance takes his time because he wants to make sure hes not going to waste YOUR money by fixing something that's just going to break again in a month.
His philosophy is to measure twice and cut once. Not to make any unnecessary errors.
If you need you vehicle serviced in 24 hours, then bring it somewhere else. But, if you want your vehicle serviced properly and to not be charged an arm and a leg for unnecessary nonsense such as ; "assessment fees" or "diagnostic computer fees" , then bring it to Vance Savage. He will make sure your vehicle is fixed right the first time and it's safe for you to drive away in. That's worth all the waiting in the world.

I highly recommend Vance Savage! He explains things to you and he does what he can as quickly as he can for you. His prices are very fair and he will be my mechanic for as long as he is in the business! Keep up the good work Vance. Thank God there is still a few good mechanics left in this world.
Left our car with a quarter tank of gas, just for us to pick it up with the gas light on… Also takes FOREVER getting things “worked on” or “fixed”. Has had our car for about 3 weeks and states our car was running fine, but he couldn’t inspect it.. and as soon as my husband went to pick it up, it all of a sudden wasn’t running smooth anymore.
i’ve done business here for the last 25 years the last 10 years or so this business has steadily gone downhill I spent the last three months trying to get a price on parts but you have to show up at 4:30 in the afternoon to get anything done to me that’s insane you can’t get any parts or any prices until 4:30 in the afternoon so if you want parts early or quick do not use this place I found them very unprofessional nowadays
