Bring your car in for one thing leave needing 7 other things the day you get it back. And the staff could be more polite to customers. They also don't listen when you say the car is disabled and can't move and end up breaking other things in the process.
Excellent customer service ! They diagnosed and fixed my Jeeps issues without costing me an arm and a leg !

We go here to get our car inspected. They are very nice people that work there, and they are very hard worker's and they always make sure your vehicle is fixed correctly.
I had a lug nut that was stuck on so tight that multiple mechanics tried to get off with heating coils and impact sockets that ended up breaking. Jason at Interlaken Auto had just the Right touch to get this fused lug nut off. I was sure that I was going to have to torch it and create a whole other list of problemsand. They alsosqueezed me in right before lunch time. Highly recommended
Very Courteous people and are prompt when they say your vehicle will be ready at a certain time its done. Also the prices are very fair and they do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend for all your car care needs.
The folks out at Interlaken Auto we're wonderful from start to finish. When my vehicle wasn't going to pass upcoming inspection because of breaks, they gave me a printup of their findings and didn't charge me for the partial inspection, so I could swap the brakes myself and save 120$. They got me back in the next day for inspection, in and out in 15. Great work. Good people. I'll be back for the next work.
We've taken our vehicles here for inspections and never had a problem with them " finding" reasons to fail your car. We keep up on maintenance and took the same car to Maguires who said I needed 4 new tires, however, we took it to BJ's and they measured the tread and said we still had 3/4's of tread left!! I guess that's how they make more money...replacing things that don't need it!
