Start off here by saying that this business is so above and beyond for customer service! We were traveling through with our little motorhome and experienced tire issues. A flat on the inside dual tire and under inflated outer tire. We pulled in at the outlet area in lake George area and made a call to our insurance company for help. They in turn got in touch with Matt’s/JKSterns Towing. Less than an hour later we had help. Repair guy Mike had tire changed and ready for us to drive in about 20 minutes. We then went to their shop in Wilton to get a valve stem replaced on the flat so we could have a spare tire for the rest of our trip home. That was done in a very timely manner. The shop crew were amazing and I can’t say enough about the office staff. It was such a miserable hot and exhausting day and they were generously gracious about sharing their air conditioned office with us. Thanks again!

This company really took care of us. But we wanted to write a review to mention the driver Josh. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about our vehicle and how to tow it. He also went out of his way to answer questions and concerns we had. He went above and beyond and we were truly grateful for how he handled everything. Thank you Josh!!
We had to have a trailer stored at this place for 21 days have no complaints about the storage or fees for storage i came up there to pay my bill and pick the trailer up and the trailer i was picking up had to be loaded onto the trailer i had on me also we were quoted 45 dollars a day for 21 days for the trailer storage that was cheap no problem when we ask them how much to load the trailer on our other trailer we were quoted 650 dollars that was cheap no problem I paid the bill up front as we should I got there at 815 am and was told we had to wait because there driver was out on a call all ready no problem I told the lady I would wait in my semi and she took my number and said she would call me when he got back she said it would be about an hour to hour and a half no problem we'll 10:30 rolled around no call so I walked back up there and the driver was back and she got him to come out and load the trailer so he went and dug a snider trailer out first wich took another 30 minutes no problem so we actually started at 11 am so he comes over to me and ask what we were doing and I showed him pictures of how the trailer needed to be loaded and he told me it couldn't be done that way so I said ok maybe he knows a better way we'll we did it his way to start and after an hour he figured out that we could not load it that way so then he decides to load it the way I showed him in the pictures and it did take a little time because it had to sit just Wright to make it work he had never ever loaded a trailer like this before and even told me had never done it and let's be clear I also had never done it myself and I told the lady up front that I was nervous about the loading part and she said not to worry that they new what they were doing and I said thank you so after he figured out his way would not work he did it the way I showed him with the pics I had and it took another hour and fifty minutes we were done loading it at 2 pm actually it was 1:50 pm to be exact so after it was all loaded and I started strapping it down the wrecker driver was putting all of his stuff away and when he was done he walked over and told me before you leave come up front the lady needed to see me I said ok no problem so when I got done with all my stuff I went up front and checked in with the lady and she begins to tell me that they wanted another 450.00 dollars because it took so long and I said to her that my boss was going to be upset and I told her that it was not fair had the wrecker driver listened to me on how to do it to begun with it would have taken at least an hour less so instead of him taking 3 hrs it would have Ben 2 hrs and she told me she didn't want to see the pictures and didn't care she had her best driver on the job and she become very nasty to deal with and she told me to take it up with the driver well he went and hid in the shop because he new he was wrong for doing what they did and I told her no sense in arguing over it because they had all ready made there minds up to steal another 450.00 dollars from us no matter what and she said yep that's correct so if you choose to use this business make sure that there BEST driver knows what he is doing because if he doesn't than they will gladly steal more money from you and yes I use the word steal because that's exactly what they did if you quote someone a price you should stick to that price just because your driver had no experience in doing what we did that day does not give you the Wright to steal more money from your customers now I see that the owner responds to every bad review they get let's see what kind of a spin they put on this because there is no way to spin this story this is exactly how this whole deal went down and that lady that works at the front counter the older lady not the younger lady would be fired immediately if she worked for me due to the way she talked to me and if you read other reviews on here I am not the only one to say this about her and as the old saying goes where there is smoke there is fire and I don't care if it family or not no need to be rude

This company is top notch. Tractor broke down by Round Lake. I called here and Darlene answered. She has great customer service and a great personality. Dispatched someone right away, and towed the rig to Chestertown. Rate was very fair. Hope to not need them again but would be the only company I would call. Thank You!
I was very impressed with the job they did even though it was not a good turnout for me they were extremely amazing on site and at their facility as well.
Be very careful with dealing with them I paid 1300 to get my truck towed few miles to there shop. And another towing company charge me 450 to bring truck and trailer back to another shop 35 miles away where it was fix and ready to go in 2 days for only 500 still didn’t even come to 1300 personally I felt rip off on top of that the guy told me truck is right off. And only had the lower control arm fixed and pump the tire and the truck was back up and running. Sad to say but ppl don’t run business to loose but they should not rip off ppl. That’s a service I won’t ever use again be careful guys.
Blew a tire on my trailer while on the highway. Managed to get to their shop and I had a new tire mounted in no time and I am back on the road with plenty of time to make it where I'm going!

They looked after all my towing and repair needs when my 2017 Mack broke down and needed a new radiator. I can't recommend this business enough. Quick and friendly service from the first phone call to getting my keys.
I was in a horrific accident on gansevoort road where a driver drove into my lane and I crashed into a telephone pole at 50 and made it out with my life. These people towed my totaled vehicle from the scene. With my Auto Insurance not being what I thought it was they were unable to pay for the expenses, (I am a 23 year old single mother with two children). With the pandemic not only causing strife in my life but all of america, especially the service industry (bars, restaurants, etc.) These people took advantage of the fact that I didn’t know my legal rights and instead of working with me to make payments on the hefty bill I owed they strong armed me and withheld my plates until I had to contact the State police because it was Illegal for them to do so. Then contacted me afterward from a blocked number with unprofessional statements. I would NEVER recommend these people for services. I am in complete discuss with the total lack of humanity these people displayed
