Horrible attitude. Called to get their next availability. When the woman asked if going through insurance she proceeded to tell me to have them call since they are within network with progressive. I told her I already know that and was just calling around to find a shop with sooner availability. She then got an attitude with me and said If I would have let her finish she would tell me. Though she didn't say that, she told me to have the insurance company call her. She didn't say anything about the availability. I wont do business with someone who doesn't have any basic communication skills whom doesn't know how to be respectful to potential customers. There are MANY shops around. Just lost a customer and a complaint will be filed to progressive since they are within network.

I went here today to get my truck checked out after it got damaged and the gentleman that works here named Justin went above and beyond to help me and my mom with giving me advice on my truck. Justin took the time to explain the process, and gave me pointers. I highly recommend going here for any damages.

I dropped off my car in January. I was told my repairs would be done by Valentine’s Day. They then changed my due date 4 times (without informing me; I had to call every single time to get any information). I didn’t get my car back until the middle of March after finally having my father (aka a man) call them a few times. And even after that I had to take it back there because the molding on my back window immediately started to peel off.

My car suffered some damage after sadly hitting a deer. I couldn't find a body shop for miles that would take me in until I found this one. They took my car in and made it look as good as new! They were always friendly over the phone and gave me updates along the way. I can't thank them enough!

I had my car sent to Dave Ures and the service was awesome. My insurance told me all the shops in the area were booked 3 months out but Dave was able to get my car in and fixed in 6 weeks! When I went to pick up my vehicle the boss, was waiting after hours for me with my ride warmed up and ready. They did good work, fast, with awesome customer service was awesome!

They are the most honest, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and EXCELLENT people to repair anything on a vehicle. I recommend them to everyone without ANY reservation. We are very lucky to have this quality of artistry in our area!!!

These guys are the best, hands down, in the area. Even if they are backed up, it’s worth the wait. Any shop can “fix” your car, but these guys take the time to do it right. I will never go anywhere else when I need body work.

So glad to be able to hand off the entire insurance and repair process to professionals who had our back and did a fantastic job bringing our vehicle back to better condition than it was before the accident with a deer. This shop is the best around this shop treats you very well and they care about a great job not just a good job. I have been here several times for different repairs, always great service and great repair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!

I chose Dave Ure's Collision Plus to repair body damage to my 2014 Toyota Sienna after an accident. They were friendly, professional and communicated well with me throughout the entire repair process. They dealt with my insurance company directly, as well as the adjuster. The repairs to my vehicle were completed in one week and I picked up my vehicle looking as new as it was when I bought it on the lot three years ago. Dave Ure's Collision Plus is a local business that I am happy to recommend to my friends and family. They value their customers and their attention to detail is unmatched. Had to get pictures of my new car for insurance purposes..so as far as body work, Idk how good they are. If they are as professional as they acted just to take pics. Its almost a sure bet you will be satisfied.

The paint come out great but unfortunately that's where the complements end. Took 2 days longer than quoted and unlike they told me when I dropped the car off no one called to let me know the work would take a little longer but not a big deal. When I went to pick up the car there was about 400 dollars in new damages to the interior plastics (that they blamed on there 3rd party glass company) but there was also about $100 in damages that they billed me to fix still on the car. The interior cabin plastics have pry marks and scratches on them. They were not installed correctly at all, the back panels didn't line up to the floor or roof panels. Some of the panels were torn out of the car so rough they will no longer lay smooth as they did before the car was brought in. After complaining about the damages I had found they did look at the car and take it back in for another day to replace the back 2 panels and buff out a scratch they billed me for but missed. But the interior pieces still do not line up like before there's molding that isn't seated all the way and the pieces that we're torqued out of shape on the first visit are still very much out of shape and not formed back to the body of the car. Bottom line I'm not happy with my experience at all and will never be going back to them for any of my auto body needs as well as discouraging anyone ik from giving them money for there half-assed work.

Had them fix my left, rear, quarter panel - it came out perfect. Best part is that the final price was only a few dollars more than the original estimate. They do amazing work!
